Claims (10)
- Gleitstuhl (28) zum Abstützen einer zu einer ersten Schiene (20) wie Backenschiene verstellbaren zweiten Schiene (66) wie Weichenzunge, wobei der Gleitstuhl lösbar auf einer Unterlageplatte (10) wie Rippenplatte mittels eines Federelementes (80) festgelegt ist, das sich zum einen in einer Ausnehmung (68) des Gleitstuhls erstreckt und zum anderen an seitlich entlang dem Gleitstuhl verlaufenden, von der Unterlageplatte ausgehenden Gegenlagern, (74, 76) abgestützt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Gleitstuhl (28) eine durchgehende in Längsrichtung der Schienen (20, 66) verlaufende Durchbrechung (68) als von dem Federelement (80) durchsetzte Ausnehmung aufweist, wobei jeweils eines der Gegenlager (74, 76) im Bereich einer jeweiligen in einer Seitenfläche des Gleitstuhls verlaufenden Öffnung (70, 72) der Durchbrechung verläuft. - Gleitstuhl nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Federelement (80) ein stabförmiges, exzenterförmiges Federelement ist, das sich im gespannten Zustand zum einen auf einen Wandabschnitt, insbesondere im Bodenbereich (82) der Durchbrechung (68) und zum anderen an den Gegenlagern (74, 76) abstützt. - Gleitstuhl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gegenlager (74, 76) ein plattenförmiges von der Unterlageplatte (10) abragendes Element mit einer Öffnung (78, 80) ist, die zu der Öffnung (70, 72) der Durchbrechung (68) in dem Gleitstuhl (28) fluchtet. - Gleitstuhl nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich der Gleitstuhl (28) mit seinem schienenseitigen Ende auf dem Fuß (22) der ersten Schiene (20) mittelbar oder unmittelbar abstützt und mit seinem schienenabgewandten Ende in einer im Schnitt U-förmigen Aufnahme (104) festgelegt ist, die sich in Längsrichtung der ersten Schiene (20) erstreckt. - Gleitstuhl nach zumindest Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff bestehende U-förmige Aufnahme (104) von der Unterlageplatte (10) ausgeht. - Gleitstuhl nach vorzugsweise einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Gleitstuhl (28) eine Längenerstreckung aufweist, die in etwa oder etwas größer als die zu der ersten Schiene (20) verstellbare zweite Schiene (66) in ihrem Fuß (64) ist. - Gleitstuhl nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zweite Schiene (66) in ihrer zu der ersten Schiene (20) abliegenden Stellung außerhalb oder im wesentlichen außerhalb des Gleitstuhl (28) verläuft. - Gleitstuhl nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Unterlageplatte (10) in Draufsicht eine T-Form aufweist, im Bereich dessen Querschenkel einerseits das Federelement (80) zum lösbaren Verbinden des Gleitstuhls (28) mit der Unterlageplatte (10) verläuft und andererseits seitlich des Gleitstuhls (28) jeweils ein Verbindungselement wie Schraube (14, 16) verlaufen, über die die Unterlageplatte befestigbar ist. - Gleitstuhl nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Unterlageplatte (10) mit einem Träger (12) verbunden ist, der zwischen aufeinanderfolgende Schwellen, insbesondere einer normalen Schwelle wie Betonschwelle und einer Hohlschwelle verläuft und diese miteinander verbindet. - Gleitstuhl nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Federelement (80) im ungespannten Zustand einen gebogenen Verlauf aufweist und sowohl mittig als auch im Endbereich wulstartige Verstärkungen (88, 90, 92) zum Abstützen einerseits an einem Wandabschnitt wie Boden (82) der Durchbrechung (68) des Gleitstuhls (28) und andererseits an den Gegenlagern (74, 76) aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise das Federelement zumindest an einem Ende, insbesondere an jedem Ende, als Mehrkantkopf (94, 96) ausgebildet ist.
