Claims (13)
- Einen Abschalwinkel und eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für diesen Abschalwinkel aufweisende Anordnung für eine Betonschalung, z.B. eine Deckenrandabschalung oder Unterzugschalung, wobei der Abschalwinkel in Gebrauchsstellung ein Vertikalprofil (2) und ein auf die obere Fläche (5,7) eines Trägers (6,8) auflegbares Horizontalprofil (1) und einen diese beiden Profile miteinander verbindenden schräg verlaufenden Druckstab aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung (9,26) eine Klemmverbindung mit zwei Schenkeln (10,11,26) aufweist, die durch eine Spannvorrichtung (17,34) kraftschlüssig an die beiden Seitenflächen (19,29) des Trägers (6,8) anpreßbar sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung zwei Schenkel (10, 11, 26) und ein diese verbindendes Joch (12, 30) aufweist, wobei die Schwenkpunkte der Schenkel (10, 11, 26) am Joch (12, 30) in einem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkelenden an den den Seitenflächen (19, 29) des Trägers (6, 8) zugewandten Flächen Vorsprünge (15) aufweisen.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung durch eine separate Klammer (9) gebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Joch (12) der Klammer (9) durch eine Feder gebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Vertikalprofil (2) des Abschalwinkels einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (26) des U-Querschnittes über die Ansatzstelle (27) des Horizontalprofils (1) hinaus nach unten verlängert sind und zumindest auf ihrem verlängerten Abschnitt gegeneinander beweglich sind und daß eine Spannvorrichtung (34) vorgesehen ist, durch die diese Verlängerungen an die Seitenflächen (29) des Trägers (8) anpreßbar sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (26) des U-förmigen Querschnitts des Vertikalprofils (2) höhenverschiebbar geführt sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Jochteil (28) des U-Querschnittes des Vertikalprofiles (2) einen nach innen in den Querschnitt ragenden Vorsprung (31) aufweist und daß die Schenkel (26) ein Langloch (33) aufweisen, das von einer Spannvorrichtung (34) durchsetzt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (26) zumindest auf ihrem über die Ansatzstelle (27) des Horizontalprofils (1) verlängerten Ende federnd ausgebildet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Horizontalprofil (1) des Abschalwinkels mehrere Durchbrüche (20) zur Aufnahme von Befestigungsmitteln aufweist, die im eingeschalteten Zustand des Abschalwinkels in den Träger (6, 8) eindringen.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Horizontalprofil (1) an seiner Unterseite profiliert ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Schalung angreifenden Ränder (23) der Schenkel des U-Profils des Vertikalprofils (2) rechtwinklig abgewinkelte Randstreifen (23) aufweisen.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der der Schalung zugewandte Rand des im Querschnitt U-förmigen Vertikalprofiles (2) gegebenenfalls einschließlich der Randstreifen (23) auf einer Innenoberfläche (25) abgeschrägt sind.
