Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines flächenförmigen Werbeträgers aus Folie oder ähnlichem Material, wobei der Werbeträger zwischen zwei Bügeln aufspannbar angeordnet ist, und wobei die beiden Bügel durch ein Gestell relativ zueinander beweglich aufnehmbar sind, wobei der eine Bügel durch einen Anschlag entgegen der Spannrichtung gespannt gehalten wird.
Große flächenförmige Werbeträger sind in den verschiedensten Ausgestaltungen bekannt; es sind beispielsweise Plakatwände bekannt, die an Hauswänden angeordnet sein können. Bekannt ist ebenfalls zur Werbung, ganze Hauswände entsprechend farblich auszugestalten. Ebenfalls bekannt sind elektrische Werbeträger in Form von beleuchteten Reklametafeln. Alle diese bekannten Werbeträger haben die unterschiedlichsten Nachteile. Nachteilig insbesondere bei Plakatwänden ist, daß sich hier ein Werbebild aus mehreren einzelnen Segmenten zusammensetzt. Das äußere Erscheinungsbild und damit die Qualität des Plakates ist hierbei wesentlich von der Person abhängig, die das Plakat auf die Plakatwand aufbringt. Darüber hinaus ist ebenfalls zum Kleben eines großflächigen Plakates ein erheblicher Zeitaufwand erforderlich, wobei nicht zu vergessen ist, daß bei großen, das heißt auch hohen Plakatwänden ein gewisses Sicherheitsrisiko für die Person gegeben ist, die das Plakat klebt. Darüber hinaus ist auch ein erheblicher technischer Aufwand zum Kleben von großflächigen Plakaten erforderlich, da gegebenenfalls Hubgerüste gestellt werden müssen.
Leuchtreklametafeln wiederum sind sehr teuer, was zur Folge hat, daß das Reklamemotiv nur selten ausgetauscht wird; gleiches gilt für gewerblich bemalte Hauswände.
Bei der aus der US-A 4,368,586 bekannten Vorrichtung ist ein Rahmen mit zwei horizontal verlaufenden Bügeln vorgesehen, wobei einer der beiden Bügel relativ zu dem anderen Bügel durch zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende Gestellrohre verschieblich geführt ist. Der eine auf den Gestellrohren verschieblich angeordnete Bügel ist mittels einer Klemmeinrichtung an den Gestellrohren klemmbar fixiert. Hierbei wird der Werbeträger an dem oberen Bügel befestigt und nach unten aufgespannt. Das heißt, daß zum Wechsel des Werbeträgers der obere Bügel zugänglich sein muß. Der Wechsel eines Werbeträgers in einem solchen Gestell ist allerdings dann mit Schwierigkeiten behaftet, wenn der flächenförmige Werbeträger eine große Erstreckung in vertikaler Richtung aufweist, mithin der obere Bügel nur schwer zugänglich ist. Das heißt, die aus dieser US-Patentschrift 4,368,586 bekannte Vorrichtung ist zwar zur Aufnahme von flächenförmigen Werbeträgern geeeignet, die allerdings zumindest in vertikaler Richtung keine große Spannweite aufweisen sollten, da ansonsten der Wechsel eines Werbeträgers mit größerem Aufwand verbunden ist.
Aus dem nächstliegenden Stand der Technik gemäß der EP-A 0 331 853 ist ein Rahmen zur Aufnahme eines Posters bekannt, bestehend aus zwei horizontal verlaufenden Bügeln, die durch zwei vertikale Stangen miteinander in Verbindung stehen. Diese vertikalen Stangen sind geteilt ausgebildet, wobei im Bereich der Teilung der Stangen die beiden Stangen relativ zueinander teleskopartig bewegbar sind, wobei im Bereich der Teilung jede Stange eine Feder aufweist, so daß das durch die beiden horizontal verlaufenden Bügel aufgenommene Poster immer gespannt gehalten wird. Nachteilig an diesem Rahmen ist, daß hiermit im Prinzip nur eine bestimmte Größe eines Werbeträgers aufgenommen werden kann.
Darüber hinaus ist festzuhalten, daß mit einem derartigen Rahmenapparat großflächige Werbeträger, beispielsweise in den Maßen von Hauswänden, nicht aufgespannt werden können. Ein Grund hierfür darin zu finden ist, daß der Rahmen gemäß der Europäischen Patentschrift zum Aufspannen eines derartig großen Werbeträgers immer zunächst von der Hauswand abgenommen werden müßte. Nach dem Einspannen des Werbeträgers in den Rahmen müßte dann der gesamte Rahmen mit beispielsweise einer Werbefolie versehen wieder an die Hauswand angebracht werden. Dies ist äußerst umständlich und erfordert bei großen Hauswänden immer auch den Einsatz von Hebegeräten, wie z. B. Kränen.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines flächenförmigen, insbesondere eines großflächigen Werbeträgers aus Folie oder einem ähnlichen Material, oder einem Werbeträger in Form einer Plane zu schaffen, der einen einfachen Aufbau des Werbeträgers, und damit auch einfachen Wechsel des Werbeträgers ermöglicht.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Seilwinde gelöst, die mit dem einen Bügel in Verbindung steht.
Durch eine derartige Seilwinde wird die Möglichkeit eröffnet, den Werbeträger in beispielsweise an einer Hauswand angebrachten Zustand der Vorrichtung durch die Vorrichtung aufzuspannen.
Im einzelnen ist vorgesehen, daß die Bügel horizontal verlaufend durch das Gestell aufnehmbar sind, und daß der Werbeträger durch die beiden Bügel zwischen den Bügeln aufgespannt wird. Das Gestell selbst umfaßt zwei, insbesondere vertikal verlaufende Schienen zur Aufnahme der Bügel, wobei, um ein Verkanten des Bügels während des Aufspannvorganges zu vermeiden, der Bügel jeweils endseitig mit einer Rolleinrichtung versehen ist, wobei die Rolleinrichtung durch die Schienen beweglich geführt ist.
Zum Aufspannen des Werbeträgers wird demzufolge so vorgegangen, daß der eine obere Bügel durch den Seilzug in den Schienen hochgezogen wird, während der andere untere Bügel in einer Stellung fixiert wird, beispielsweise durch einen oder mehrere Anschläge. Der Anschlag ist vorzugsweise als federbelasteter Anschlag ausgebildet, um den Werbeträger im gespannten Zustand zu halten. Das heißt durch den Anschlag wird der Bügel entgegen der Spannrichtung gehalten. Um den Werbeträger im aufgespannten Zustand zu sichern, sind Sicherungsmittel zum Sichern des einen Bügels des Werbeträgers vorgesehen. Das Sicherungsmittel umfaßt insbesondere einen federbelasteten Bolzen, der in lösbaren Eingriff mit dem Bügel bringbar ist. Vorteilhaft ist hierbei vorgesehen, daß der Bügel eine mit einer Einlaufschräge versehenen Öse für den Bolzen aufweist, so daß der Bolzen automatisch in die Öffnung einläuft, wenn der Bügel in den Bereich des Bolzens gelangt.
Ein anderes Sicherungsmittel zeichnet sich durch einen in die Schiene einschwenkbaren Hebel aus, der verhindert, daß die Rolleneinrichtung und mithin der obere Bügel unbeabsichtigt in den beiden Schienen herunterläuft.
Die Sicherheit gegen unbeabsichtigtes Herunterrollen der Rolleneinrichtung wird noch dadurch erhöht, daß der Hebel unter der Last einer Feder in die Schiene gedrückt gehalten wird. Demzufolge sind Zugmittel vorgesehen, um den Hebel entgegen der Kraft der Feder aus dem Bereich der Schiene bringen zu können.
Anhand der Zeichnungen wird die Erfindung nachstehend beispielhaft näher erläutert.

Gemäß der Fig. 1 besitzt die insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnete Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines flächenförmigen Werbeträgers la das insgesamt mit 2 bezeichnete Gestell, das an einer Hauswand 48 angeordnet ist. Das Gestell 2 besteht aus den beiden vertikal ausgerichteten und parallel zueinander verlaufenden Schienen 3 und 4, durch die die Bügel 5 und 6 geführt sind. Die Schienen 3 und 4 sind zur Aufnahme der Bügel im Querschnitt in etwa c-förmig gebogen (Fig. 2, Fig. 3), wobei die in etwa c-förmig gebogene Schiene die Rolleinrichtung 7 bzw. 8 aufnimmt. Die Rolleinrichtung umfaßt ein Winkelelement 10, durch welches die Rolleinrichtung mit dem Bügel 5, 6 verbunden ist.
Um den Bügel 5 zu heben, ist die insgesamt mit 11 bezeichnete Spanneinrichtung vorgesehen. Die Spanneinrichtung umfaßt eine Seilwinde 12 zur Aufnahme des Seiles 13, das über Umlenkrollen 14 und 15, die an der Hauswand 48 befestigt sind, mit dem Bügel 5 verbunden ist. Um den Bügel 5 in aufgespannter Position des Werbeträgers zu sichern, sind Sicherungsmittel 16 vorgesehen (Fig. 2). Das Sicherungsmittel 16 umfaßt jeweils einen zu beiden Seiten der Schienen durch Feder 17 belasteten Bolzen 18, der in Eingriff mit der Öse 19, die am Bügel 5 angeordnet ist, bringbar ist. Um zu gewährleisten, daß der Bolzen 18 automatisch in die Öse einläuft, ist vorgesehen, daß die Öse an ihrem unteren Rand eine Einlaufschräge 19a aufweist. Denkbar ist ebenfalls, daß der Bolzen 18 auf seiner der Öse zugewandten Seite eine entsprechende Schräge zum automatischen Einlaufen in die Öse 19 besitzt. Zum Lösen des Bolzen 18 aus der Öse 19 ist der Bolzen 18 durch das Entriegelungsseil 16a entgegen der Kraft der Feder 17 aus dem Bereich der Öse 19 zu ziehen.
Der Bügel 6 wird durch zwei Anschläge 21 gehalten (Fig. 4). Der Anschlag 21 umfaßt einen unter dem Druck der Feder 22 stehenden Bolzen 23, der von oben auf den Bügel 6 einwirkt. Die Ausbildung des Anschlags 21 als federbelasteten Anschlag ist deswegen erforderlich, um zu gewährleisten, daß der Werbeträger la immer gespannt zwischen den Bügeln 5, 6 gehalten wird.
Die zweite Ausführungsform gemäß den Fig. 5 - Fig. 10b unterscheidet sich von der ersten Ausführungsform lediglich in der Ausführung der Sicherungsmittel und in der Anordnung von zwei Rollen 34 und 35, um den Bügel 5 vertikal nach oben ziehen zu können. Darüber hinaus weist sowohl der Bügel 5 als auch der Bügel 6 eine Versteifungsleiste 5a bzw. 6a auf. Die Ausbildung der Sicherungsmittel 30 ergibt sich aus den Figuren 8a bis 8c; das Sicherungsmittel 30 besteht aus dem an der Schiene 3, 4 angeordneten schwenkbaren Hebel 31, der unter der Last der Feder 32 steht. Diese Feder 32 befindet sich in einem Gehäuse 32a, wobei das Gehäuse 32a einen Bolzen 32b axial beweglich aufnimmt, wobei der Bolzen 32b der Führung der Feder 32 dient. An seinem oberen Ende ist der Hebel 32 mit dem Zugmittel 33, beispielsweise einem Seil verbunden, wobei durch das Zugmittel 33 der Hebel 31 in Richtung des Pfeiles x aus der Schiene 3, 4 verschwenkbar ist. Dadurch, daß der Hebel ständig unter der Kraft der Feder 32 steht, ist gewährleistet, daß die Schiene 3, 4 blockiert ist, so daß die Rolleinrichtung 7 nicht unbeabsichtigt in der Schiene nach unten laufen kann. Gleichzeitig ist aber gewährleistet, daß beim Spannen der Bügel 5 problemlos den Hebel 31 passieren kann, da sich der Hebel 31 bei Passieren des Bügels 5 selbständig in Richtung des Pfeiles x bewegt, da er winklig in die Schiene 3, 4 hineinragt.
Die Anordnung der Rollen 34, 35 zum Aufziehen des Bügels 5 an der Wand zur Aufnahme der Vorrichtung ergibt sich insbesondere aus den Figuren 9a und 9b und 10a und 10b. Hierbei zeigen die Figuren 9a, 9b die Anordnung der Rolle 34. An der Wand 48 zur Aufnahme der gesamten Vorrichtung 1 befindet sich ein Vierkantprofil 37, mit einem Gehäuse 38 zur drehbaren Aufnahme der Rolle 34. Durch einen Winkelstück 40 ist der Bügel 5 bzw. die Versteifungsleiste 5a des Bügels 5 mit der Rolleinrichtung 7 verbunden.
Die Rolle 35 selbst und die Anordnung der Rolle 35 unterscheidet sich insofern von der Rolle 34, als diese als zweiläufige Rolle ausgebildet ist. Da der Bügel 5 an zwei Stellen hochgezogen wird, nämlich im Bereich der Rolle 34 und im Bereich der Rolle 35 selbst sind vom Grundatz her zwei Seile 20a, 20b erforderlich. Ein erste Seil 20a, das im Bereich der Rolle 34 mit dem Bügel verbunden ist, und ein zweites Seil 20b, das im Bereich der doppelläufigen Rolle 35 mit dem Bügel 5 verbunden ist.
Beide Seile werden nach der Umlenkung durch die Rolle 35 zu einem Seil 13 zusammengeführt, daß mit der Seilwinde 12 in Verbindung steht. Denkbar ist allerdings auch die Rolle 35 einläufig auszubilden, wenn der Lauf, das heißt die Rille breit genug ist, um zwei Seile zu führen.
Bei breiten Werbeträgern, also Folien oder Planen mit einer Breite von beispielsweise 6 m, schnürt sich der Werbeträger an den Längsseiten ein. Um dies zu verhindert ist vorgesehen, daß der Werbeträger seitlich mit Spannmitteln 60 versehen ist. Die Spannmittel 60 umfassen einen Karabiner-Haken 61, der in eine entsprechende Öse 70 in den Werbeträger einklinkbar ist, wobei der Karabiner-Haken 61 durch ein Seil 62 mit einem Spannschloß 63 verbunden ist, wobei das Spannschloß 63 an einer an der Wand 48 angeordneten Halterung 64 befestigt ist.

Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines flächenförmigen Werbeträgers (1a) aus Folie oder ähnlichem Material, wobei der Werbeträger (1a) zwischen zwei Bügeln (5, 6) aufspannbar angeordnet ist, und wobei die beiden Bügel (5, 6) durch ein Gestell (2) relativ zueinander beweglich aufnehmbar sind, wobei der eine Bügel (6) durch einen Anschlag (21) entgegen der Spannrichtung gespannt gehalten wird,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine Seilwinde (12), die mit dem einen Bügel (5) in Verbindung steht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Bügel (5, 6) horizontal verlaufend durch das Gestell (2) aufnehmbar sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Gestell (2) zwei Schienen (3, 4) zur Aufnahme der Bügel (5, 6) umfaßt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Bügel (5, 6) eine Rolleinrichtung (7) aufweist, wobei die Rolleinrichtung durch die Schiene (3, 4) beweglich geführt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    Sicherungsmittel (16) 30) zum Sichern des einen Bügels (5) im aufgespannten Zustand des Werbeträgers vorgesehen sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Sicherungsmittel (16) ein federbelasteter Bolzen (18) ist, der in lösbarem Eingriff mit dem Bügel (5) bringbar ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Bügel (5) eine mit einer Einlaufschräge (19a) versehene Öse (19) für den Bolzen (18) aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Anschlag (21) als federbelasteter Anschlag ausgebildet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das Sicherungsmittel (30) einen in die Schiene (3, 4) einschwenkbaren Hebel (31) umfaßt, der verhindert, daß die Rolleinrichtung (7) mithin der Bügel (5) unbeabsichtigt herunterläuft.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Hebel (31) unter der Last der Feder (32) steht.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Hebel (31) entgegen der Kraft der Feder (32) durch Zugmittel (33) aus der Schiene (3, 4) bringbar ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einer der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Werbeträger (1a) seitlich durch Spannmittel (60) gespannt gehalten ist, um eine Einschnürung zu verhindern.
