Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning device for stab protection gloves or the like with a carrier, the one or more holders for stab protection gloves takes up, wherein the carrier is movable is so that each bracket at least in the effective range a flushing nozzle can be brought out with a supply Cleaning liquid is connected.
- Stab protection gloves used in the meat and fish processing Industry used to pre staff Protect hand injuries, pollute at work, since it deals with meat fibers, meat scraps, blood and the like can clog. Due to the applicable hygiene regulations it is necessary that this at work dirty puncture-resistant gloves thoroughly cleaned become.
- FR-A-2647038 is therefore a cleaning device become known for gloves of the type mentioned at the beginning, in which the glove to be cleaned can be placed on a holding part and a spray head with a cleaning liquid can be treated.
- the spray head guides the Cleaning liquid from the outside of the glove so that there is a risk when cleaning puncture-resistant gloves that dirt particles adhering to the spray liquid be brought into the glove and there remain even after the cleaning process. So that's the not to comply with applicable hygiene regulations.
- the cleaning device stands out of the type mentioned in that the Rinse nozzle in this way on the stab protection glove to be cleaned is aligned that the cleaning liquid jet emerging from the flushing nozzle in the accommodated in the holder Stab protection glove can be inserted and the stab protection glove inside out with cleaning liquid acted upon.
- the invention is based on the idea that the dirty puncture-resistant gloves are automatically cleaned i.e. that it is possible e.g. also several dirty ones Hook puncture protection gloves into a device and that then after starting the cleaning device the dirty puncture protection gloves automatically getting cleaned.
- This automatic cleaning has the advantage that the cleaning according to previously detailed criteria done and the cleaning is not available from the standing time or the care of an individual.
- this device has the advantage that several puncture protection gloves can be cleaned at the same time can, which is particularly advantageous where due the variety of meat processing people a variety of dirty and to be cleaned stab protection gloves arises.
- the cleaning device according to the invention also has the known, automatically operating device the advantage that by means of the liquid jet in limbs dirt particles stuck to the stab protection glove, e.g. Meat leftovers to be pressed out with what a safe cleaning result goes hand in hand.
- a flushing nozzle is provided which during of the cleaning process in the in the holder Stab protection glove is movable.
- the cleaning device is in this embodiment designed carousel-like, d. H. in A round carrier plate 2 are recesses 1 arranged, in which the stab protection gloves to be cleaned 9 can be hung.
- the carrier plate 2 is round, can also have other shapes, or it is possible to clean the objects to be cleaned, like stab protection gloves 9, on one to transport a different type of conveyor, for example a corresponding conveyor belt, Conveyor chain etc.
- the carrier plate 2 is arranged on a base 17 and in the lower area of the base 17 is one Base plate 3 arranged, the lower Has diameter than the carrier plate 2. Either the carrier plate 2 and the base plate 3 driven by a drive, not shown, in the same direction and with the same speed.
- the basin 7 can be different Have shape or be shorter or longer.
- the actual rinsing unit 19 which is arranged on a base 20, so that the rinsing unit 19 over the rotating support plate 2 is arranged at a short distance.
- the Rinsing unit consists of a rinsing nozzle, which is not is shown and approximately conical is. This flushing nozzle has in its outer circumference Holes on it, and in the entire flushing nozzle can underneath high pressure water can be introduced so that this Water comes out of the nozzles and cleaning of the stab protection glove reached.
- the flushing nozzle in the flushing unit 19 is designed to be movable and lowers when a recess 1 below the.
- the Rinsing unit 19 also has a not shown Rinsing device arranged on the stationary is and the water on the suspended stab protection glove 9 splashes to clean the Stab protection glove 9 can also be reached from the outside.
- the rinsing nozzle cleans the puncture-resistant glove 9 inside out to one to achieve optimal cleaning effect.
- Metal contacts are arranged below the base plate 3, each corresponding to the recesses 1 arranged in the support plate 2 above are.
- One arranged below the base plate 3 Sensor brushes these contacts, and accordingly The information from this sensor becomes the carrier plate 2 clock-controlled by a motor drive rotated, d. H. every time a recess 1 is located below the flushing nozzle of the flushing unit 19, the drive of the carrier plate 2 and stops the rinsing nozzle can now in the recess 1 and in the glove that is attached to it.
- the order of the sensor and the individual contact surfaces below the base plate 3 has the advantage that the Space below the base plate 3 splash-proof is and thus a pollution of this technical Attachments is excluded.
- a second sensor is located in the rinsing unit 19 and feels whether a stab protection glove 9 in the Recess 1 is hooked. If no glove is attached, this is from this second sensor recognized and accordingly no reduction takes place the rinsing nozzle instead, but the carrier plate 2 pre-clocked to the next recess 1 thereupon check whether a stab protection glove 9 is attached is.
- the actual cleaning of the attached glove 9 takes place under high pressure, e.g. B. 200 bar, and either water is suitable for cleaning or a special cleaning liquid.
- a drain pipe 14 provided by which the used rinse water is derived to a drain basin 15 which with a sieve is provided to remove the coarser components of the drain water.
- the filtered Water is removed via the drain line 21.
- the gloves that are on her cuffs are provided with a textile band, this textile band Has 3 openings, from below into the recesses 1 hung.
- the recesses are each provided with three hooks 22 pointing upwards, as can be seen from Fig. 2.
- the openings in the gauntlets of the stab protection gloves 9 are pushed onto the hooks 22 so that the gloves, as can be seen from Fig. 1, down hanging from the support plate 2.
- the base 17 is designed like a cabinet and therefore secured against pollution.
- a door 6 arranged to the electronics and that Maintain gear inside socket 17.
- an emergency stop switch 12 is provided in the housing 11 in the housing 11 .
- Two lamps 13 signal the operation of the device shown. When two lamps light up, there will be water with a cleaning liquid in the glove 9 sprayed. After the first rinse, only Water introduced into the glove 9 to the Remove cleaning liquid and it lights up only one lamp 13 is left on.
- the cleaning processes for the Stab protection glove 9 according to need and degree of contamination be set individually, d. H. the type and number of cleaning operations can be pre-programmed.
