Claims (19)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un matelas pneumatique comprenant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    le matelas pneumatique (1) comprend une partie fonctionnant en tant que pompe (2, 18) et une partie à gonfler ;

  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la paroi périphérique (4) comprend des languettes entretoises (5) situées au moins à deux côtés opposés, en ce qu'on les fait passer à travers des fentes (15) dans l'outil (12) et en ce qu'on les relie dans le sens diagonal avec la peau extérieure supérieure (1a) et la peau extérieure inférieure (1b), respectivement.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait passer une valve à feuille (10) reliée à un côté de la paroi (4) à travers une ouverture (16) dans une paroi latérale de l'outil (12).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, si on utilise un bloc (6) en tant que matériau expansible, on introduit ce bloc avant le soudage de la paroi (4).

  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'on relie ensemble des parties opposées de la paroi (4) à l'aide d'une languette de traction (30) définissant la distance réciproque de ces parties.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie de pompe (18) est située dans un coin du matelas pneumatique (1), et en ce que l'outil (25) passe entre des bords voisins du matelas pneumatique (1).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un outil (25) ayant une forme en "L".
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce qu'on soude une paroi de partie de pompe (20), constituée de bandes de feuille reliées entre elles par un bord longitudinal par une soudure (20a), et adaptée à la forme de l'outil (25).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'on soude la valve à feuille (10) entre les bandes de feuille.
  16. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'on soude les extrémités de la paroi de partie de pompe (20) à l'aide de la soudure (19) entourant et reliant les bords de la peau extérieure supérieure et inférieure entre eux.
  17. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise des bandes de feuille ayant une largeur décroissante vers les extrémités de la paroi de partie de pompe (20).
  18. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'on relie une partie de la paroi, séparant la partie de pompe (18) de la partie à gonfler, à l'intérieur avec une languette de traction (30).
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que la liaison de la languette de traction (30) avec la paroi (20) se fait par la soudure (20a) reliant les bandes à feuille entre elles formant la paroi (20), et en ce que la liaison de la languette de traction (30) avec le bord du matelas pneumatique se fait par la soudure reliant les peaux extérieures (17a, 17b) entre elles.
