Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for manufacturing a webbing, in particular a seat belt for a motor vehicle in which two wefts in at least a shed be entered.
  • the invention relates in particular to a seat belt webbing for a motor vehicle with special Requirements, especially for the transverse stiffness.
  • Belt straps of this type are usually single-layer woven webbing, which with or without special edges are made.
  • This type of seat belt straps also shows considerable Disadvantages.
  • the two fabric edges not uniform, i.e. there are unequal ones Edges in front.
  • the tensile strength can be different Chain incorporation (in the middle part monofilament and multifilament weft, only one multifilament in the margins Weft, which is a change in diameter corresponds to the strength of the shot) between the middle section and edge part fall off.
  • the Reversal of shot i.e. through the weft loops of the monofilament weft, which is known to be harder and brittle between the edge part and the middle part an alley arise.
  • the monofilament only in the middle section with two working in opposite directions Weft needles entered the weft needle with the multifilament weft thread the middle part and the forms both edge parts and that weft needle with the monofilament weft only in addition to the middle part participates.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object a method of weaving a webbing and to create a webbing woven afterwards, in which on the one hand, no saw edges protrude from the belt edges and secondly, no loss in tensile strength arise and similar or the same looking or similarly shaped edges.
  • Another advantage of the method according to the invention is that with the two opposite multifilaments Weft threads edge parts in common binding techniques can be formed.
  • the weft needle for the third weft namely the monofilament yarn
  • the monofilament yarn can only be on one side, e.g. left or right, over the outer warp thread be brought out.
  • each of the three weft threads can be used individually can be linked with all known web systems. Likewise, each of the three wefts can be differentiated into one Web system be tied off.
  • the weft loops of the monofilament by knitting the auxiliary thread or through the stitches of the multifilament thread and through the Reverse shot of the co-rotating or moving multifilament Weft are covered.
  • Another solution to avoid saw edges can be consist in the weft reversal of the monofilament about his own tension through the mesh thighs of the auxiliary thread is drawn into the tissue.
  • a weft needle 2 carries a multifilament Weft 3 from one side through the whole Shed 1.
  • a weft needle 4 carries another multifilament weft 5 coming from the other side through the entire shed.
  • a third weft needle 6, from the same side comes like the first weft needle 2, wears a monofilament Weft 7, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 through the entire Shed 1.
  • the multifilament weft 5 is on the opposite Side secured by an auxiliary thread 9.
  • weft needle 6 with the monofilament weft 7 between or under the weft needles 2 and 4 with the to arrange multifilament wefts 3 and 5.
  • weft 7 with the monofilament Shot not - as shown - from the left, but from right in the shed 1.
  • the multifilament weft threads 3 and 5 should preferably be used half the thread count compared to a single entry exhibit; i.e. if, for example, with only one weft needle a 1100 dtex weft yarn is used, so are in the inventive method or the belt produced afterwards the half subtleties, namely two weft yarns with 550 dtex each used.
  • the Fineness of the simply inserted monofilament weft 7 can stay with the original choice.
  • the wefts 3, 5 and 7 are over the entire Belt width, i.e. entered over each warp thread 10, being a uniform tissue density with the same Weft thread insert on the belt width ensures one same incorporation of the warp threads 10 and thus one optimal strength utilization is guaranteed.
  • weft loops 11 of the monofilament are through the stitch 14 and by reversing the shot of the co-rotating or co-rotating multifilament weft thread 3 completely and permanently covered, which now saw edges on both sides be avoided.
  • the edge failure can be individually designed.
  • the weaving system can be used in this way be chosen that the same weaving systems for the edges or different web systems application Find.
  • the simultaneously entered weft threads 3 and 7 can, depending on the version, on the other side together and can also be caught and knitted individually.
  • the partial lift which is the entry of the third Weft needle 6 with the monofilament weft on one If the desired width is limited, the monofilaments are sufficient Weft threads 7 not on the fabric edge.
  • the arrangement of the weft needles only defined as an example. The same applies to the entry directions and the meshes with or without Auxiliary threads.
  • the weft threads 3 and 5 are over the entire belt width, so entered over each warp thread 10, so that better strength utilization is achieved than with separately woven hollow edges.
  • the predefined Width for the monofilament weft can be up to to a maximum of one warp thread at the edge of the Overall width.
  • the symmetrical edges are through opposing weft entries from the multifilament Shot of one side 3 and the multifilament shot given the other side 5.
  • the weft loops of the monofilament weft 11 lie according to a predefined Width of the weft entry within the fabric, so that no saw edges can arise because the Monofilament 7 does not occur at the edge of the fabric.
  • the Edge parts are made using an appropriate binding technique chosen. It can all for this Application known binding techniques applied will.
  • the edge versions can be made in material type, Material thickness and material density selected individually will.
