Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Beutelpackungen (b) mit ebenem Boden, mit einer Beutelformeinrichtung, die ein taktweise gedrehtes Dornrad (5) mit mehreren auf einem Teilkreis angeordneten blockförmigen Formdornen (6) aufweist, um die nacheinander zunächst ein faltbarer Packstoffzuschnitt zu einer Hülse geformt, und darauf ein quer über die freie Stirnseite ragender Überstand zu einem flachen Boden gefaltet wird, mit einer jeweils eine schüttbare Füllgutmenge (m) abgebenden Fülleinrichtung (9) und mit einer die Öffnung des Beutels (b) verschließenden Schließeinrichtung (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dornrad (5) um eine senkrechte Achse (4) gedreht wird und die Formdorne (6) mit ihrer Längsachse parallel zur Drehachse (4) am Dornrad (5) angeordnet sind, daß die Formdorne (6) einen durchgehenden Hohlraum und an ihrem Boden ein festes Gitter (22) aufweisen, und daß die Formdorne (6) der Fülleinrichtung (9) des Dornrads (5) zuordenbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (15) der Formdorne (6) sich von der oberen Einfüllöffnung zum Boden hin erweitert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formdorne (6) auf ihrer Außenseite mit Vertiefungen strukturiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenumfang der Formdorne (6) sich zum Boden hin verjüngt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formdorne (6) im wesentlichen aus zwei ineinandergesteckten Hülsen (16, 17) bestehen, von denen die innere Hülse (17) die Form eines Pyramidenstumpfes aufweist und ihr bodenseitiges Ende am bodenseitigen Ende der Außenhülse (16) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenhülse (16) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt mit im wesentlichen scharfen Ecken und die Innenhülse (17) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt mit abgerundeten Ecken (18) aufweist, derart, daß in den Eckbereichen zwischen Außenhülse (16) und Innenhülse (17) Durchgangsverbindungen (20) zum Abströmen von verdrängter Luft gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gitter (22) als Widerlager für die Bildung eines Bodens (c) des Beutels (b) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gitter (22) keilförmig ausgebildete Lamellen (23, 24) aufweist.
