Claims (4)
- Zerspaner für Hackschnitzel mit einem Rotor (1), der einen Kranz von achsparallelen Flügeln (3) aufweist; mit einem Messerring (4), der eine Mehrzahl von über dem Umfang verteilten Messerpaketen (11) aufweist; jedes Messerpaket umfaßt einen Messerträger (10), der eine dem Rotor zugewandte Verschleißfläche (10.1) aufweist, und der ein Messer (11) trägt, dessen Schneide wenigstens annähernd achsparallel verläuft und gegen den Rotor gerichtet ist, wobei die Verschleißflächen der Messerträger von der Kreisform abweichen, so daß sich die Weite des Ringspaltes zwischen dem Flugkreis des Rotors (1) und den Verschleißflächen (10.1) in Umfangsrichtung ändert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Verschleißfläche im wesentlichen eben ist und die Mitte der ebenen Verschleißfläche zwischen zwei Messerpaketen tangential zum Flugkreis ausgerichtet ist. - Zerspaner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschleißfläche (10.1) an einer am Messerträger (10) befestigten Verschleißplatte (10.2) gebildet ist.
- Zerspaner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschleißfläche (10.1) durch Auftragsschweißen und anschließendes Schleifen zu einer ebenen Fläche erzeugt ist.
- Zerspaner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschleißfläche (10.1) durch Bedampfen oder Beschichten erzeugt ist, beispielsweise zum Herstellen einer Keramikbeschichtung oder einer Chrom-Beschichtung.
