Claims (4)
- Coupeuse à copeaux pour l'obtention de viande hachée, avec un rotor (1) qui présente une couronne d'ailettes (3) parallèles,avec un anneau de lames (4) présentant une pluralité de paquets de lames (11) répartis sur sa circonférence,chaque paquet de lames comprenant un support de lame (10) qui présente une surface d'usure (10.1) orientée vers le rotor et porte un couteau (11) dont le tranchant est au moins approximativement parallèle à l'axe et orienté vers le rotor, les surfaces d'usure des supports de lame s'écartant de la forme circulaire de telle sorte que la largeur de l'espace annulaire entre le cercle de rotation du rotor (1) et les surfaces d'usure (10.1) se modifie dans le sens de la circonférence, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'usure est sensiblement plane et le milieu de la surface d'usure plane entre deux paquets de couteaux est tangent par rapport au cercle de rotation.
