Claims (17)
- Fräskopf zum Ausfräsen baumrandiger Eckstreifen mit einem an einer Antriebswelle befestigbaren und um eine Rotationsachse rotierbaren Trägerkörper (24), der an seinem Außenumfang mit zwei Kränzen (12, 16) von mindestens je zwei Hackmessern (14, 18) zum Erzeugen von Hackschnitzeln aus dem Material der auszufräsenden Eckstreifen versehen ist, deren Schneiden im wesentlichen parallel zur Rotationsachse (10) verlaufend bei Rotation zwei gedachte, im wesentlichen zylindrische Rotationsflächen unterschiedlichen Durchmessers beschreiben,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hackmesser (14, 18) mindestens eines der Hackmesserkränze (12, 16) mit ihren Schneiden in ihrem Radialabstand von der Rotationsachse (10) im Trägerkörper (24) verstellbar sind, zum Verändern des Durchmessers einer der Rotationsflächen im Verhältnis zur anderen, und
der Überstand der Schneiden des Hackmesserkranzes (16) kleineren Durchmessers in axialer Richtung über die axiale Erstreckung der Schneiden des Hackmesserkranzes (12) größeren Durchmessers hinaus veränderbar ist, zum Einstellen einer gewünschten wirksamen Breite der Schneiden des Hackmesserkranzes (16) kleineren Durchmessers. - Fräskopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gkennzeichnet, daß die Hackmesser (14, 18) des einen Hackmesserkranzes (12, 16) in bezug auf ihre Umfangsposition versetzt zu den Hackmessernm (18, 14) des anderen Hackmesserkranzes (16, 12) angeordnet sind.
- Fräskopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hackmesserkranz kleineren Durchmessers mit fest eingespannten Hackmessern und der Hackmesserkranz größeren Durchmessers mit Hackmessern versehen ist, bei denen der Radialabstand der Messerschneiden von der Rotationsachse einstellbar ist.
- Fräskopf nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hackmesser des Hackmesserkranzes kleineren Durchmessers gemeinsam auf einem Trägerelement angeordnet sind, welches in axialer Richtung mehr oder weniger in den Trägerkörper eintauchbar und in unterschiedlichen Eintauchstellungen im Trägerkörper arretierbar ist.
- Fräskopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messerträger (34) der Hackmesser (18) des Hackmesserkranzes (16) kleineren Durchmessers einzeln kreuzschlittenartig am Trägerkörper (24) geführt und in unterschiedlichen Stellungen der kreuzschlittenartigen Führungen arretierbar sind.
- Fräskopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Messerträger (34) des Hackmesserkranzes (16) kleineren Durchmessers in im wesentlichen radialer Richtung verschiebbar an einer im wesentlichen axial verlaufenden Messerstütze (38) geführt und durch Klemmittel (36) an dieser arretierbar ist.
- Fräskopf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Messerstütze (38) in axialer Richtung veschiebbar in einer Messerkopfführung im Trägerkörper (24) verschiebbar geführt und an dieser durch Klemmittel (40, 42) arretierbar ist.
- Fräskopf nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerkörper (24) an der dem Hackmesserkranz (16) kleinen Durchmessers zugewandten Stirnseite des Hackmesserkranzes (12) großen Durchmessers mit Feinbearbeitungswerkzeugen zur Bearbeitung derjenigen Fläche des von dem Hackmesserkranz (16) größeren Durchmessers ausgearbeiteten Ecke (20) versehen ist, welche mit den Schneiden der Hackmesser (14) des Kranzes (16) größeren Durchmessers einen Winkel bildet.
- Fräskopf nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feinbearbeitungswerkzeuge Sägeblattelemente (46) sind.
- Fräskopf nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feinbearbeitungswerkzeuge in den Umfangszwischenräumen zwischen den Hackmessern (14, 18) angeordnet sind.
- Fräskopf nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hackmesserkranz (16) kleinen Durchmessers an seiner dem Hackmesserkranz (12) großen Durchmessers abgewandten Stirnseite mit Feinbearbeitungswerkzeugen (48) versehen ist.
- Fräskopf nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feinbearbeitungswerkzeuge Schlichtmesser (48) sind, deren Schneiden im wesentlichen in einer Radialebene liegen.
- Fräskopf nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlichtmesser (48) auf den freien Stirnseiten der Messerträger (34) des Hackmesserkranzes (16) kleineren Durchmessers angebracht sind.
- Fräskopf nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verstellbaren Hackmesser (18) für manuelle Verstellbarkeit ausgebildet sind.
- Fräskopf nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verstellbaren Hackmesser mit Verstellantrieben versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Zerlegen von Baumstämmen (2) in Holzerzeugnisse mit mindestens einem Paar sich gegenüberliegender, um eine Rotationsachse rotierbar angetriebener Fräsköpfe (6) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-15 mit je zwei Kränzen (12, 16) von mindestens zwei Hackmessern (14 bzw 18), deren Schneiden im wesentlichen parallel zur Rotationsachse (10) verlaufen, zum seitlichen Begrenzen zweier nebeneinanderliegender, abzutrennender Seitenbretter unterschiedlicher Breite an einer Seite des Baumstammes durch Ausfräsen jeweils zweier parallel verlaufender baumrandiger Eckstreifen, wobei die Schneiden der beiden Hackmesserkränze auf unterschiedlichen Rotationsdurchmessern liegen und die Hackmesser geeignet sind, Hackschnitzel aus dem auszuarbeitenden Eckmaterial zu erzeugen, sowie
mit jedem Fräskopfpaar zugeordneten Trennsägemitteln zum Abtrennen dieser beiden Seitenbretter,
wobei die Rotationsdurchmesser der Hackmesser (14 bzw. 18) der beiden Hackmesserkränze (12, 16) relativ zueinander verstellbar und die wirksame Breite der Hackmesser (18) der sich im Paar der Fräsköpfe (6) gegenüberliegenden Hackmesserkränze (16) kleinen Durchmessers zur seitlichen Begrenzung des außenliegenden, schmaleren der beiden Seitenbretter einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsachse (10) des mindestens einen Paares von Fräsköpfen (6) parallel zu den Schnittebenen der zugehörigen Trennsägemittel verläuft.
