Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for storing an applicator roller according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the disadvantages occur particularly with conventional roller bearings.
  • a roller is supported on both sides with a roller journal in a swivel arm, the by means of a cam or other shut-off gear to the neighboring rollers and the plate cylinder is movable or can be switched off.
  • the cam gear acts against spring force.
  • the unrolling of the application rollers on the plate cylinder is special disadvantageous due to the spring force. Every radial movement of the application roller when the cylinder channel on the plate cylinder overflows, the adjusting springs come to light in an irregular movement, even if you use fixed stops try to limit these movements.
  • an ink roller bearing for printing machines is known. It is as Fixed bearing listed and has wedge elements for adjusting the axial position.
  • the ink roller bearing is additionally provided with means for starting and stopping. A simultaneous Starting and stopping to a plate cylinder and an upstream roller is not described.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide storage for an applicator roller avoids the disadvantages described and an exact setting of the applicator roller both allowed to the plate cylinder as well as to the neighboring rollers.
  • the solution to the problem is based on the features of the characterizing part of the claim 1.
  • a solution has been found here, the on and off movement the application roller in an optimal way to the rollers or cylinders interacting with it allowed.
  • the on and off movements can be independent of each other to the plate cylinder and to the neighboring rollers.
  • results jolt-free operation even when overflowing due to the so-called frame-fixed storage defects in the plate cylinder in the form of cylinder channels.
  • the dampening unit consists of a water tank 1, an immersion roller 2, and an employee thereon Dosing roller 3 and an applicator roller 4 between the plunger roller 2 and a Plate cylinder 7 is arranged.
  • the application roller 4 is by means of a bridge roller 5 connected to a first inking roller 6.
  • the inking roller 6 and the application roller 4 are on the plate cylinder 7 employed.
  • the plate cylinder 7 has on its circumference in the Contour interruptions that serve to set up a printing form. With rotation of the plate cylinder, this interruption in the surface contour, the so-called Cylinder channel also overflow the position of the applicator roller 4 and the ink roller 6.
  • Around To prevent a non-uniform movement of the applicator roller 4 is a special roller bearing provided, as shown in Fig. 2 in section.
  • Fig. 2 it is shown for a roller side that the applicator roller 4 by means of a short Roll pin 8 is inserted in a bearing shell 9.
  • the bearing shell 9 is corresponding a so-called roller lock is formed, in which the roll neck 8 can be fixed in this way is that the applicator roller 4 follows all movements of the bearing shell 9.
  • the roll neck 8 is also provided on the end face with a recess 10.
  • the recess 10 engages a disk-shaped drive element 11, which is coupled to a drive shaft 12 and a drive gear 13 is driven in rotation.
  • the application roller 4 is by means of the devices described when inserted into the bearing shell 9 coaxially and immovably with the drive shaft 12 connected.
  • the drive shaft 12 is in turn within a frame part 14, which with the Printing press is firmly connected, adjustable.
  • the eccentric 16 in turn has a bearing for the drive shaft 12 on.
  • At the adjusting eccentrics 15, 16 adjusting levers 17, 18 are provided, which the Serve rotation of the eccentric 15, 16. Grab on the control levers 17, 18, only here schematically shown, control rods 19, 20.
  • the eccentric 15 over the Adjusting lever 17 held or moved by the actuating rod 19.
  • the eccentric 16 is on Adjusting lever 18 held or moved by the adjusting rod 20.
  • Fig. 3 the arrangement of the eccentric 15, 16 for their movement drive is shown in more detail.
  • the assignment of the eccentricities or the axial positions is the Adjusting eccentric 15, 16 to the drive shaft 12 and the axis of the applicator roller 4 shown.
  • an axis A1 for the application roller 4, for the positioning eccentric 15 an axis A2 and an axis A3 is provided for the positioning eccentric 16.
  • the axes A1, A2 and A3 are related to each other, their execution and Purpose is explained in more detail below.
  • On the eccentric 15, 16 act via a adjustable rotary connection 21, the control rods 19, 20.
  • the control rods 19, 20 are acted upon by a drive lever 22.
  • a pneumatic cylinder engages on the drive lever 22 23 on.
  • the axes A1, A2 and A3 are not coaxial, but from each other away.
  • the axes A1 and A2 form an eccentricity E1 of the application roller 4 the plate cylinder 7.
  • the axes A2 and A3 form an eccentricity E2 of the application roller 4 compared to the plunger roller 2, the eccentricity E2 being in the distance of the Axes of rotation of the eccentric 15, 16 represents.
  • the distances and the orientation are like this chosen that the adjustment possibilities result in ideal radial movements.
  • the axis A1 of the applicator roller 4 is arranged in relation to the axis A2 of the adjusting eccentric 15, that the eccentricity E1 corresponding to the distance is approximately perpendicular to the connection the axis A1 of the applicator roller 4 and the axis of the plate cylinder 7.
  • the axis A3 of the positioning eccentric 16 to the axis A2 of the positioning eccentric 15 about the eccentricity E2 is offset approximately at right angles to the orientation of the axis connection Applicator roller 4 and dip roller 2. This ensures that the respective eccentricity E1 or E2 when turning on or off or setting approximately radially on the assigned Impacting level.
  • Fig. 4 is again the connection between the drive lever 22 and the control levers 17, 18.
  • the actuating rods 19, 20 are rotatable within the drive lever 22 secured with lock nuts. They are in the adjusting levers 17, 18 in sliding pieces 24, 25 screwed in. When the drive lever 22 moves, there are also compensating movements the adjusting rods 19, 20 with respect to both the drive lever 22 and opposite the levers 17, 18 possible.
  • the applicator roller 4 can be positioned in two directions of adjustment A and B.
  • the directions A and B are each radial to the adjacent surface of the plate cylinder 7 or Dip roller 2.
  • An on or off movement of the applicator roller 4 should be simultaneous as radially as possible to the plate cylinder 7 and also radially to the dip roller 2.
  • the direction of attack A corresponds to the connection between the axis A1 of the application roller 4 and the axis of the dip roller 2.
  • the direction of attack B corresponds to the connection between the axis A1 of the application roller 4 and the axis of the plate cylinder 7.
  • an adjustment of the plate cylinder 7 so that the movement is tangential to the applicator roller 4.
  • the so-called pressure provision ie. to readjust the starting pressure.
  • the application roller 4 is provided only minimally affected by the tangential displacement.
  • there is no tracking the applicator roller 4 is required for larger travel ranges due to the lack of Springing of the application roller 4 could otherwise be necessary.
  • the two adjusting eccentrics 15, 16 are arranged that as described above each one of the eccentric 15, 16 exactly the optimal Parking movement to the dip roller 2 or to the plate cylinder 7 corresponds.
  • the independent Positioning of the application roller 4 relative to the plate cylinder 7 or to the dip roller 2 takes place in an optimal manner via the adjusting rods 19, 20 by this in the sliders 24, 25 can be screwed in or out.
  • the basic position of the application roller 4 fixed. So that the setting both approximately radially to the plate cylinder 7, as can also be carried out to dip roller 2.
  • the on and off movement is an optimal one Combination of the positioning movements relative to the two individual elements of the plate cylinder 7 or dipping roller 2.
  • Fig. 6 the parked position of the applicator roller 4 and the parking movement is shown or positioning movement shown in the form of a double arrow.
  • the combined Setting direction from the movement of the two eccentric 15, 16 points, so to speak, in the Gap between plate cylinder 7 and plunge roller 2.
  • the applicator roller 4 shows a special positioning of the applicator roller 4. It can be in certain Cases may be necessary, the applicator roller 4 only to the plate cylinder 7 and Ink roller 6 over the bridge roller 5 down. This is due to the separate positioning of the two eccentric 15, 16 possible.
  • the eccentric 16, which Adjustment to the plunger roller 2 rotates so far that in the employed position in As a result of the movement of the pneumatic cylinder 23, there is no longer any contact between the application roller 4 and the dip roller 2 is given. In this position, the application roller 4 can be used as an additional inking roller. This is for example in use of so-called waterless printing forms useful in the offset printing machine.
  • the application of the special bearing of the application roller 4 by means of the two eccentric 15, 16 is not limited to the embodiment shown.
