Description
Claims (10)
- Einrichtung an Handwerkzeugmaschinen zur Drehmitnahme von schlagenden und/oder bohrenden Werkzeugen, mit mindestens drei Drehmitnahmen und mindestens einer Axialverriegelung, welche über den Umfang des runden Werkzeugschaftes (11) und der zylindrischen Aufnahmebohrung (13) des Werkzeughalters (10) mindestens etwa gleichmäßig verteilt angeordnet sind, wobei die Drehmitnahmen am Werkzeugschaft (11) als axial zum Schaftende auslaufende Ausnehmungen (17, 19, 21) sowie damit zusammenwirkende, axial verlaufende Vorsprünge (18, 20, 22) am Umfang der Aufnahmebohrung (13) ausgebildet sind und wobei die Axialverriegelung als axial verlaufende mindestens zum Schaftende hin geschlossene Mulde (16) im Werkzeugschaft (11) ausgebildet ist, die mit einem radial verschiebbaren, aus der Aufnahmebohrung (13) nach innen vorstehenden Verriegelungskörper (15) zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen zwei Drehmitnahmen in dem der Axialverriegelung gegenüberliegenden Umfangsbereich angeordnete mittlere Drehmitnahme derart ausgebildet ist, daß deren Vorsprung (22) und/oder Ausnehmung (21) auf mindestens einer Längsseite (21b, 22b) sehnenförmig zum Umfang des Werkzeugschaftes (11) und/oder der Aufnahmebohrung (13) des Werkzeughalters (10) auslauft und daß die zwei dazu beidseitig benachbarten Drehmitnahmen unterschiedlich groß ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittlere Drehmitnahme (21, 22) zumindest auf ihrer in Drehrichtung nacheilenden Längsseite (21b, 22b) sehnenförmig zum Umfang ausläuft.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittlere Drehmitnahme (21, 22) auf ihrer in Drehrichtung vorderen Längsseite (21a, 22a) als etwa radial verlaufende Drehmitnahmeflanke ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der sehnenförmige Flächenabschnitt (21b, 22b) der mittleren Drehmitnahme (21, 22) zur Drehmitnahmeflanke (21a, 22a) einen Winkel von mindestens 90° bildet.
- Werkzeug für eine Einrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 mit mindestens drei Mitnahmeausnehmungen (17, 19, 21) und einer Verriegelungsmulde (16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei Mitnahmeausnehmungen (17, 19) die in dem der Verriegelungsmulde (16) gegenüberliegenden Umfangsbereich angeordnete mittlere Ausnehmung (21) auf mindestens einer Längsseite (21b) sehnenförmig zum Umfang des Werkzeugschaftes (11) auslauft und daß die zwei beidseitig dazu benachbarten Mitnahmeausnehmungen (17, 19) unterschiedlich groß sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Ausnehmung (21) mindestens auf ihrer in Drehrichtung nacheilenden Längsseite (21b) sehnenförmig zum Schaftumfang ausläuft.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Ausnehmung (21) auf ihrer in Drehrichtung vorderen Längsseite (21a) als etwa radial verlaufende Drehmitnahmeflanke ausgebildet ist, die mit dem sehenförmigen Flächenabschnitt (21b) einen Winkel von mindestens 90° bildet.
- Werkzeughalter für eine Einrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 mit mindestens drei Mitnahmevorsprüngen (18, 20, 22) und einem Verriegelungskörper (15) am Umfang seiner Aufnahmebohrung (13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zwischen zwei Vorsprüngen (18, 20) in dem dem Verriegelungskörper (15) gegenuberliegenden Umfangsbereich der Aufnahmebohrung (13) angeordnete axial verlaufende mittlere Vorsprung (22) auf mindestens einer Längsseite (22b) sehnenförmig zum Umfang der Aufnahmebohrung (13) ausläuft und daß die zwei dazu beidseitig benachbarten Vorsprünge (18, 20) unterschiedlich groß sind.
- Werkzeughalter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Vorsprung (22) mindestens auf seiner in Drehrichtung nacheilenden Längsseite (22b) sehnenförmig zum Umfang ausläuft.
- Werkzeughalter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Vorsprung (22) auf seiner in Drehrichtung vorderen Längsseite (22a) als etwa radial verlaufende Drehmitnahmeflanke ausgebildet ist, die mit dem sehnenförmigen Flächenabschnitt (22b) einen Winkel von mindestens 90° bildet.
