Description
Diese Vorrichtung benötigt auch keinerlei Richtungsversatz der Ware im Behandlungsbereich; sie kann gestreckt vertikal durchlaufen. So können die erläuterten Niederhalter und Abheber entfallen. In weiterer Optimierung der erstrebten Feineinstellung hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn die Brennereinheiten höhenmäßig zueinander versetzbar sind. Bei dann gleicher Winkeleinstellung der beiderseitigen Brennereinheiten können die Flammen mit gleicher Intensität und ohne gegenseitige Behinderung frei durch die gitterartige Struktur der Fadenschar hindurchschlagen. Eine solche Wirkung ohne entsprechende maschinenseitige Versetzbarkeit kann in bestimmten Grenzen schon erlangt werden, wenn die Brennereinheiten hinsichtlich ihrer Schwenkachsen - bis auf eine kleine vertikale Abstandsdifferenz - im wesentlichen auf einer horizontalen Ebene angeordnet sind, also eine Dreh- bzw. Schwenkachse etwas höher liegt.

Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung (V) zum Absengen von Kettfäden, vornehmlich in Form einer Kettfadenschar, sowie textiler Flächengebilde (1), mit beidseitig einer Warenführung angeordneten Brennereinheiten (3), welche relativ zu dem durchsetzenden textilen Gebilde (1) verschwenkbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf Schwenkachsen (4) beidseitig der durch das textile Gebilde (1) definierten, vertikalen Warenführung gelagerten Brennereinheiten (3) jeweils bis in die Horizontale (Strichpunktlinie) der Schwenkachsen (4) verschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennereinheiten (3) höhenmäßig zueinander versetzbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennereinheiten (3) hinsichtlich ihrer Schwenkachsen (4) - bis auf eine kleine vertikale Abstandsdifferenz (D) - im wesentlichen auf einer horizontalen Ebene (E-E) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennereinheit (3) im Zuge eines Verschwenkens auf das textile Gebilde (1) hin zugleich durch eine gekoppelte Bewegung eine zunehmende Nähe zum textilen Gebilde (1) einnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (4) jeder Brennereinheit (3) über einen Schwenkarm (5) an einem Arbeitszylinder (7) angreift, dessen der Gelenkstelle (6) zwischen Schwenkarm (5) und Arbeitszylinder (7) abgewandter Gelenkpunkt (8) ortsfest ist und welche Schwenkachse (4) über die gekoppelte Bewegung bringende Stützarme (12) gehalten ist, welche Stützarme (12) von der Warenführung weg fallend kippbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Brennereinheit (3) unabhängig von ihrer Schwenkbewegung in einem vorgegebenen Verstellweg hinsichtlich ihres senkrechten Abstandes zum textilen Gebilde (1) zustellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellweg mittels eines im wesentlichen horizontal verlagerbaren Schlittens 14 erzielt ist und der die Brennereinheit (3) tragende Stützarm (12) am Schlitten (14) sitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zustellung des Schlittens (14) mittels eines Exzentertriebes (16) durchführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkachse (4) ein Stützrad (20) zugeordnet ist, das sich an einer zur Warenführung hin ansteigenden Schräge (21) des Schlittens (14) abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schräge (21) im wesentlichen quer zur Ausrichtung des Stützarmes (12) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schräge (21) von einem freigespannten Fahrradkettenabschnitt (22) gebildet ist und das Stützrad (20) ein Ritzel ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß einer Brennereinheit (3) in Durchsetzrichtung (Pfeil z) des textilen Gebildes (1) eine Absaugvorrichtung (A) nachgeschaltet ist, derart, daß die Absaugvorrichtung (A) so eingestellt ist, daß diese mit der Durchsetzrichtung des textilen Gebildes (1) einen spitzen Winkel (Alpha) einschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Brennereinheiten (3) vorgesehen sind, wobei jeder Brennereinheit (3) eine Absaugvorrichtung (A) zugeordnet ist und beide Absaugvorrichtungen (A), mit der Durchsetzrichtung (z) des textilen Gebildes (1) einen spitzen Winkel (Alpha) einschließen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einem Saugmund (23) der Absaugvorrichtungen (A) Leitschirme (28) zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur höhenmäßigen Versetzbarkeit ein Hubwerk (H) vorgesehen ist, daß aus einer Getriebemotor/Exzehter-Einheit (32/35) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2,5,7 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem Hubwerk (H) verbundene Brennereinheit (3) samt des diese steuernden Arbeitszylinders (7) und Schlittens (14) beiderends auf je einer vertikal verschieblich geführten Tragplatte (37) sitzen, die einen Mitnahmevorsprung (36) aufweist zum Untergriff einer vom Getriebemotor (32) betätigten Exzenterscheibe (35) des Hubwerks (H).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Brennereinheit (3) unterhalb ihrer Flammaustrittsstelle zufolge einer Kehlkante (11) hinterschnitten ist.
