Claims (4)
- Strangführung einer Stranggießanlage für Dünnbrammen, umfassend Führungsrollen (6), die an gegenüberstehenden Rahmen (9, 10) gelagert und durch Zuganker (14, 15) gegen Anschlagflächen verspannt sind, wobei zwischen einander zugeordneten Anschlagflächen der Rahmen (9, 10) auf Dehnung der Zuganker (14, 15) ausgelegte Hydraulikzylinder angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hydraulikringzylinder (17, 18) mit einer Hydraulik-Druckquelle (21) über ein Mehrwegeventil (20) verbunden sind, das von einer aus Brammendickenmesseinrichtung (7) und Rechner (19) bestehenden Regelung gesteuert ist. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Hydraulikringzylinder (17, 18) zwischen den Anschlagflächen der Rahmen (9, 10) die Zuganker (14, 15) umschließen. - Strangführung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nur den Zugankern (14 bzw. 15) einer Strangführungsseite Hydraulikringzylinder (17 bzw. 18) zugeordnet sind. - Verfahren zur Distanzeinstellung der Strangführung einer Stranggießanlage für Dünnbrammen, umfassend Führungsrollen (6), die an gegenüberstehenden Rahmen (9, 10) gelagert und durch Zuganker (14, 15) gegen Anschlagflächen verspannt sind, wobei zwischen einander zugeordneten Anschlagflächen der Rahmen (9, 10) auf Dehnung der Zuganker (14, 15) ausgelegte Hydraulikzylinder angeordnet sind, nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Distanzeinstellung der gegenüberstehenden Rahmen durch fortlaufende Messung der Dicke der Brammenseiten eine Untermaßseite der Bramme (2) ermittelt wird, aus der Maßdifferenz die erforderliche Dehnung der Zuganker (14 bzw. 15) an der Untermaßseite bestimmt und die Hydraulikzylinder mit dem dazu erforderlichen Druck beaufschlagt werden.
