Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Brammen in einer Stranggießanlage, mit einer der Gießkokille (11) nachgeordneten, in Segmente (14, 14', 30) unterteilten Strangführung (10), bestehend jeweils aus einem zweigeteilten Segmentrahmen (16, 18), dessen Rahmenteile mittels Hydraulikzylindern (17, 31) miteinander verspannt sind und in die paarweise einander gegenüberliegende Rollen (13, 13') zur Stützung und zur Förderung des erstarrenden Gussstranges (12) gelagert sind, wobei mindestens einer dieser Rollen (13, 13'), die Antriebsrolle (13'), zur Übertragung der Strangförderkräfte mit einer definierten Anstellkraft gegen den Gussstrang (12) gedrückt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch vier stufenlos positipns- und kraftgeregelte hydraulische Segmentanstellzylinder (31) die Rahmenteile (16, 18) des zweigeteilten Segments (30) mit Abstand miteinander verbunden und mit definierter Krafteinleitung gegeneinander verspannt sind und mindestens eine Antriebsrolle (13') gegen den Gussstrang (12) gedrückt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Antriebsrolle (13') am einlaufseitigen Segmentrand, bezogen auf die Förderrichtung (26), angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Antriebsrolle (13') am auslaufseitigen Segmentrand, bezogen auf die Förderrichtung (26), angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zu Erzeugung von Brammen in einer Stranggießanlage, mit einer der Gießkokille (11) nachgeordneten, aus zweigeteilten durch Hydraulikzylinder miteinander verbundenen und gegeneinander verspannten Segmentrahmenteilen (16,18) bestehenden Strangführung (10), in der der Gussstrang (12) aus der vertikalen Gießrichtung in die horizontale Walzrichtung geführt und dabei durch einander paarweise gegenüberliegenden Rollen (13, 13') gestützt und durch mindestens eine mit definierter Anstellkraft gegen den Gussstrang (12) gedrückten Antriebsrolle (13') gefördert wird, unter Verwendung eines Segments (30) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier Segmentanstellzylinder (31) des Segments (30) so positions- und kraftgeregelt werden, dass zusätzlich zur Verspannung der Segmentrahmenteilen (16,18) durch die Segmentanstellzylinder (31) auch die erforderliche definierte Anstellkraft zur Übertragung der Förderkräfte auf mindestens eine Antriebsrolle (13') aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vier Segmentanstellzylinder (31) so positions- und kraftgeregelt werden, dass die erforderliche Anstellkraft zur Übertragung der Förderkräfte auf mindestens eine Antriebsrolle (13') am Segmentrand (Ein- oder Auslaufteil) des Segments (30) übertragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die stufenlose Positions- und Kraftregelung der Segmentanstellzylinder (31) eine Anti-Blockier-Regelung der Antriebsrolle (13') ermöglicht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die stufenlose Positions- und Kraftregelung der Segmentanstellzylinder (31) eine Anti-Schlupf-Regelung der Antriebsrolle (13') ermöglicht wird.
