Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Brammen in einer Stranggießanlage, mit einer der Gießkokille (11) nachgeordneten, in Segmente (14, 14', 30) unterteilten Strangführung (10), bestehend jeweils aus einem zweigeteilten Segmentrahmen (16, 18), dessen Rahmenteile mittels Hydraulikzylindern (17, 31) miteinander verspannt sind und in die paarweise einander gegenüberliegende Rollen (13, 13') zur Stützung und zur Förderung des erstarrenden Gussstranges (12) gelagert sind, wobei mindestens einer dieser Rollen (13, 13'), die Antriebsrolle (13') zur Übertragung der Strangförderkräfte mit einer definierten Anstellkraft gegen den Gussstrang (12) gedrückt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verspannung der Segmentrahmenteile (16, 18) stufenlos durch positions- und kraftgeregelte Segmentanstellzylinder (31) erfolgt, mit denen auch die für die Übertragung der Strangförderkräfte erforderliche Anstellkraft für die Antriebsrolle (13') aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vier Segmentanstellzylinder (31) vorgesehen sind, die so positions- und kraftgeregelt werden, dass die erforderliche Anstellkraft zur Übertragung der Förderkräfte auf mindestens eine Antriebsrolle (13') am Segmentrand (Ein- oder Auslaufteil) des Segments (30) übertragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die stufenlose Positions- und Kraftregelung der Segmentanstellzylinder (31) eine Anti-Blockier-Regelung der Antriebsrolle (13') ermöglicht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die stufenlose Positions- und Kraftregelung der Segmentanstellzylinder (31) eine Anti-Schlupf-Regelung der Antriebsrolle (13') ermöglicht wird.
- Stranggießanlage zur Erzeugung von Brammen, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch vier positions- und kraftgeregelte Segmentanstellzylinder (31), die die beiden Segmentrahmenteile (16, 18) mit Abstand - ohne Distanzstücke - miteinander verbinden und gegeneinander verspannen.
- Stranggießanlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Antriebsrolle (13') am Segmentrand angeordnet ist.
