Abstract

Ein Kühl- oder Gefrierschrank besitzt eine an einer Wand des Schrankkörpers angelenkte Tür (30), die an ihrem inneren Randbereich mit einer umlaufenden, sich an die Stirnseiten der Seitenwände und der Deck- und Bodenwände des Schrankkörpers (32) anlegenden Dichtung versehen ist. Die Tür (30) ist durch eine mit einem Handgriff (46) versehene Verblendplatte oder Möbeltür (33) verkleidet. Um die Tür (30) ohne große Kraftanstrengung öffnen zu können, ist an mindestens einem Randbereich (35) der Öffnungsseite der Tür (30) ein zweiarmiger Hebel (37) schwenkbar gelagert, dessen kürzerer Arm (38) sich unmittelbar oder über ein Übertragungsglied auf der Stirnseite der Deck- und/oder Bodenwand abstützt und dessen längerer Arm (40) über einen Zapfen (41) oder ein Gleitstück in einer Führung (44) der Verblendplatte oder Möbeltür (33) geführt ist. Die Verblendplatte oder Möbeltür (33) ist parallel zur Schwenkachse der Tür (30) an dem Schrankkörper oder einer Möbelwand angelenkt. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kühl- und/oder Gefrierschrank mit einer einen Handgriff aufweisenden, an einer Wand des Schrankkörpers angelenkten Tür, die an ihrem inneren Randbereich mit einer umlaufenden, sich an die Stirnseiten der Seitenwände und der Deck- und Bodenwände des Schrankkörpers anlegenden Dichtung versehen ist.
  • Kühl- und Gefrierschrankdichtungen bestehen üblicherweise aus elastomerem Material mit einem geschlossenen, balgenartigen Hohlprofil und einer auf diesem befestigten Leiste aus magnetisiertem Material, die sich, um eine gut dichtende Anlage des Dichtungsprofils an den Stirnseiten des Schrankkorpus zu gewährleisten, auf einen an den Stirnseiten der Schrankwände befestigten Streifen aus Eisen, der den Anker für den Magnetstreifen bildet, anlegt. Da bei dem Öffnen der Tür der an der Dichtung befestigte Magnetstreifen großflächig von dem Eisenstreifen abgerissen werden muß, ist eine erhebliche Kraft erforderlich, um die magnetische Zuhaltekraft zu überwinden.
  • In Gefrierschränken entsteht nach einem Verschließen der Tür durch Ausfrieren der Feuchtigkeit der während der Öffnungszeit in den Gefrierschrank gelangten Umgebungsluft ein Unterdruck, der die Gefrierschranktür mit großer Kraft gegen die Stirnseiten des Schrankkorpus ansaugt, so daß sich die Gefrierschranktür für eine gewisse Zeit nach dem Schließen nur mit erheblicher Kraftanstrengung öffnen läßt. Um die Kühl- oder Gefrierschranktür öffnen zu können, ist es daher häufig erforderlich, an dem Handgriff mit größerer Kraft oder ruckweise zu ziehen, was nicht nur lästig ist, sondern auch zu einem unerwünschten Verrücken des Kühl- oder Gefrierschrankes insgesamt führen kann.
  • In Einbauküchen sind die Türen von Kühl- oder Gefrierschränken durch eine Verblendplatte oder eine Möbeltür verkleidet, die an einer Seitenwand eines Umbaumöbels angelenkt ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Kühl- oder Gefrierschränke zu schaffen, deren Türen sich auch dann ohne große Kraftanstrengung durch Betätigung eines Handgriffes öffnen lassen, wenn diese durch Verblendplatten oder Möbeltüren verkleidet sind.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist vorgesehen, daß an mindestens einem Randbereich der Öffnungsseite der Tür ein zweiarmiger Hebel schwenkbar gelagert ist, dessen kürzerer Arm sich unmittelbar oder über ein Übertragungsglied auf der Stirnseite der Deck- und/oder Bodenwand abstützt und dessen längerer Arm über einen Zapfen oder ein Gleitstück in einer Führung der Verblendplatte oder Möbeltür geführt ist, wobei die Verblendplatte oder Möbeltür parallel zur Schwenkachse der Tür an dem Schrankkörper oder einer Möbelwand angelenkt ist. Nach der Erfindung wird der längere Arm des zweiarmigen Hebels nicht unmittelbar durch Benutzung als Handgriff betätigt, sondern mittelbar über eine leichte Schwenkbewegung der Möbeltür oder der gelenkig gehalterten Verblendplatte. Durch Verschwenken der Möbeltüre um einen kleinen Winkel wird auch der längere Hebelarm verschwenkt, so daß der kürzere Hebelarm im Öffnungssinne auf den Stirnrand des Schrankkörpers wirkt.
  • Ist die Tür durch eine Verblendplatte verkleidet, kann diese gleichachsig mit der Möbeltür gehaltert sein.
  • Die Führung für den längeren Arm besteht zweckmäßigerweise aus einer Langlochführung.
  • Die zweiarmigen Hebel sind zweckmäßigerweise entweder auf der oberen und/oder auf der unteren Schrankseite der Tür gelagert. Sind zwei Öffnungshebel vorgesehen, werden die Öffnungskräfte gleichmäßig an die obere und untere Türseite eingeleitet.
  • In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß der zweiarmige Hebel durch eine vorgespannte Feder in Richtung seiner Schließstellung vorgespannt ist. Diese Feder bewirkt beim Schließen, daß nach dem Schließen der Tür auch die Vorbautür in ihre Verschlußstellung gezogen wird.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. In dieser zeigt

  • Aus Fig. 1 ist eine Vorderansicht eines Kühl- oder Gefrierschrankes ersichtlich, dessen Tür 30 um die strichpunktiert angedeuteten Achsen 31 schwenkbar an dem Schrankkörper 32 angelenkt ist. Der Kühl- oder Gefrierschrank ist in eine Einbauküche eingebaut, und die Tür 30 wird durch eine strichpunktiert angedeutete Möbeltür 33 abgedeckt, die um die Achse 34 an einer Möbelseitenwand der Einbauküche angelenkt ist. Wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist, ist auf der schmalen Oberseite 35 der Tür 33 um die Achse 36 ein zweiarmiger Hebel 37 schwenkbar gelagert, dessen Arme an ihren freien Enden mit Abwinkelungen 38, 39 versehen sind. Die Abwinkelung 39 des längeren Hebelarms 40 ist mit einem vertikalen Zapfen 41 versehen, der in eine Langlochführung 42 eines auf der Innenseite der Möbeltür 33 befestigten Führungsteils 44 greift. Das Führungsteil 44 ist über seitliche Befestigungsflansche mit der Innenseite der Tür 33 verschraubt und weist ein mittleres, das Langloch 42 aufweisendes Stegteil auf. Die Führung 42, 44 verläuft im geschlossenen Zustand der Türen 30, 33 etwa parallel zu dem oberen Rand der Tür 30.
  • In dem aus Fig. 3 ersichtlichen geschlossenen Zustand befindet sich der Zapfen 41 etwa an dem linken Endbereich des Langloches 42. Wird nun die Möbeltür durch Ziehen an dem knopfartigen Handgriff 46 leicht geöffnet, gleitet der Zapfen 41 in der Langlochführung 42 nach rechts, so daß der längere Hebelarm 40 des Hebels 37 in Richtung des Pfeils D verschwenkt wird und sich das abgewinkelte Endteil 38 des kürzeren Hebelarms auf dem Stirnrand des Schrankkörpers neben der umlaufenden Dichtung 48 abstützt.
  • Der längere Hebelarm 40 des Hebels 37 ist durch eine auf dem Zapfen 36 befestigte Schenkelfeder 49 in Richtung auf seine aus Fig. 3 ersichtliche Schließstellung belastet.

Claims (5)

  1. Kühl- oder Gefrierschrank mit an einer Wand des Schrankkörpers angelenkten Tür, die an ihrem inneren Randbereich mit einer umlaufenden, sich an die Stirnseiten der Seitenwände und der Deck- und Bodenwände des Schrankkörpers anlegenden Dichtung versehen ist, und mit einer die Tür verkleidenden und mit einem Handgriff versehenen Verblendplatte oder Möbeltür,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß an mindestens einem Randbereich (35) der Öffnungsseite der Tür (30) ein zweiarmiger Hebel (37) schwenkbar gelagert ist, dessen kürzerer Arm sich unmittelbar oder über ein Übertragungsglied auf der Stirnseite der Deck- und/oder Bodenwand abstützt und dessen längerer Arm (40) über einen Zapfen (41) oder ein Gleitstück in einer Führung (42, 44) der Verblendplatte oder Möbeltür (33) geführt ist, wobei die Verblendplatte oder Möbeltür parallel zur Schwenkachse der Tür (31) an dem Schrankkörper oder einer Möbelwand angelenkt ist.
  2. Kühl- oder Gefrierschrank nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verblendplatte gleichachsig mit der Möbeltür gelagert ist.
  3. Kühl- oder Gefrierschrank nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung aus einer Langlochführung (42) besteht.
  4. Kühl- oder Gefrierschrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweiarmige Hebel (37) auf der oberen und unteren Schrankseite der Tür (30) gelagert ist.
  5. Kühl- oder Gefrierschrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweiarmige Hebel (37) durch eine vorgespannte Feder (49) in Richtung seiner Schließstellung beaufschlagt ist.
