Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement with a motion detector.
- Motion detectors can be used to perform certain switching functions, e.g. the input and Turn off light sources, automate or a specific room area to monitor whether unwanted intruders appear. Movements of people but also animals can be seen through light barriers or through the always Passive infrared motion detector (PIR detector), which is becoming more and more popular. In connection with the latter, man or a warm-blooded animal acts as a transmitter of it Movements are perceived by the PIR detector.
- PIR detector Passive infrared motion detector
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide an arrangement with a motion detector, which makes it possible to differentiate on the unwanted intrusion of people or to react to certain animals and thereby to repeated intrusion a main warning to respond.
- the time-shifted switching of separately controllable functional units with the help of a Control circuit as a function of a detection unit used for motion detection provides the prerequisite for the fact that when a motion is first recorded a first functional unit is activated and only then delays a second Functional unit is turned on when the intruder's response to the effect the first functional unit does not meet the request.
- control circuit at the start of motion detection triggers a pre-notification or a pre-alarm via at least one first functional unit and only after a blocking period by another functional unit the main message or causes the main alarm.
- the control circuit must trigger during this minimum time block the main message or warning. The blocking period therefore begins with the first Motion detection and ends similar to the pre-notification or warning, if it can be expected that the intruder will escape the Has left the property again.
- the main message or main warning can be omitted when motion detection is omitted let end, or by a corresponding delay time above this Extend the time.
- the mode of operation of the first functional unit will then be determined with which Type of intruders to be reckoned with.
- Garden owners are very often interested in it Fundamentally drive out invading cats, regardless of the fact that they could also trigger a false alarm.
- you become the first functional unit choose a device that generates sound when switched on and in one Frequency range works that is outside the human hearing range.
- At A frequency in the range from 20 to 30 kHz can be selected with a corresponding one Amplify the sound level of dogs and cats without bothering the neighbors.
- It is expedient to determine the effective range of the sound-generating first Dimension functional unit so that it covers the detection area of the detection unit beyond that. As a result, the intruded animal is generally sufficient widely distributed.
- the effect of the sound-generating functional unit can be improved even more, that a random generator is used, the frequencies, amplitudes and Controls on / off times in a random change.
- the first functional unit In this case it would be the first functional unit to use a tape amplifier system, which in the case of a Motion message a clear request to leave the Property.
- a tape amplifier system which in the case of a Motion message a clear request to leave the Property.
- a camera as the second functional unit, you can control them with the help of the control circuit so that they for The time of a first motion detection starts and immediately or ends with a delay with a last movement detection. In this case, all the reactions of an intruder are visual captured.
- the term functional unit should include individual or combined effects, but without the to define constructive structure.
- the different functional units can thus be independent devices in any Way to connect to the motion detector or they can, depending on the type and structure of the entire arrangement, also immediately be integrated in the motion detector.
- a motion detector A has an optoelectronic detection unit E for detecting movements and a control circuit S for controlling three function transmitters F1, F2 and F3. Certain, or even all of the function transmitters F1 to F3 can be combined with the motion detector A to form a structural unit and can be constructed individually or in combination as structural units B and C and, if appropriate, also positioned at different locations.
- the control signals emitted by the control circuit S for controlling the function transmitters F1 to F3 and which change as required are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
- the first time axis t B in each of the two figures shows the movement detections registered by the detection unit E.
- the respective second time axis t F1 shows the switch-on time of the first functional unit.
- a fourth time axis t SF shows the blocking times t S and the release times t F of a signal with which the switching behavior of a further functional unit F3 responsible for the main alarm is influenced.
- a fifth time axis shows the switching behavior of the further functional unit F3 and thus the triggering of a main alarm.
- the detection unit E carries out a movement detection at time 1, which in turn ensures that the first functional unit F1, that is to say, for example, a sound-generating device or a device emitting flashes of light or a speech-generating device is activated for prewarning.
- the first functional unit F1 that is to say, for example, a sound-generating device or a device emitting flashes of light or a speech-generating device is activated for prewarning.
- a blocking signal during the blocking time t S ensures that the third functional unit F3 cannot trigger a main alarm.
- the movement detection ends because, as is assumed, the intruder has taken flight.
- the second functional unit which in the present case is a film camera, can also be switched off since no further interesting events are to be expected at first.
- the blocking time t S also ends, which is dimensioned such that even less responsive intruders have sufficient time to escape, but which on the other hand is not sufficient to enter a house.
- the first functional unit is switched off because by then the intruder is probably far enough from the property and a return must not be expected. Events 3 and 4 can also coincide if necessary.
- a second movement detection follows at time 5, which represents a special case in that the intruder returned shortly after his escape.
- the blocking time t S does not start again, but is first followed by a release time t F , which ensures that the main alarm is given immediately.
- the release time t F ensures that the blocking time t S cannot be used by an intruder to the effect that there is no main warning. Otherwise, an intruder could limit his movements to the period t S and prevent the main warning from taking effect with targeted breaks.
- the effectiveness of the system can be further improved in that at least the release time t F is subject to a constant change, for example controlled by a random generator. At time 6 the end of the release time has been reached and at time 7 the last movement detection is registered.
- a camera acting as a second functional unit F2 can also be switched off and the main warning caused by the third functional generator F3 can also be omitted or can last until the time 9 with a delay time t V.
- the switching off of the first functional unit F1 at time 8 can also be coupled with the movement detection, but can also depend on a predetermined signal time.
- the intruder triggering a movement signal could not be forced to flee by the first functional unit F1, for example because he did not perceive the ultrasound signal as a person or because it was a stubborn burglar.
- the main alarm is given immediately after the blocking time t S at time 2 and a camera is activated as the second functional unit.
- the end of activation of the first functional unit F1 at time 3 is irrelevant. Only at time 4, when the intruder has left the property, is the main alarm switched off, which can optionally be extended to time 5 with a delay time t V.
- the release time t F again ends at time 6.
- Fig. 4 are the special conditions in an arrangement shown, in which the first functional unit F1 emits an ultrasound Device is.
- the optoelectronic detection unit E and the sound-emitting device F1 are constructionally too summarized in one unit, with one hand in front of them a detection area EB of the detection unit E and an effective area WB of the sound-emitting device F1 mushroom-like expands. It is essential for the mode of operation according to the invention that that the effective range WB is clearly above the detection range EB extends so that it is sustainable Eviction e.g. reached a cat, and not at the main alarm on a return.
