Claims (11)
- Gekühlter Rostblock als Teil eines Rostes für eine Anlage zur thermischen Behandlung von Abfall, mit einer oberen Wand (23), deren Aussenfläche eine Nutzfläche (33) bildet, auf der der zu behandelnde Abfall zu liegen kommt und entlang welcher der Abfall transportiert wird, bei dem die obere Wand (23) einen darunterliegenden Kühlraum (27) begrenzt, der von einer Wasserzufuhrleitung (30,31,34) und einer Wasserabfuhrleitung (40,42,43) durchgesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserzufuhrleitung (30,31,34) und die Wasserabfuhrleitung (40,42,43) im Kühlraum (27) enden und mehrere Austrittsöffnungen (35) bzw. mehrere Eintrittsöffnungen (41) aufweisen, wobei die Eintrittsöffnungen (41) der Wasserabfuhrleitung (40, 42, 43) im Bereich einer am Übergang der oberen Wand (23) zu einer vorderen Wand (24) gebildeten Ecke (25) angeordnet sind.
- Gekühlter Rostblock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kühlraum (27) in einem U-förmigen Blockkörper (20) gebildet, seitlich durch zwei Seitenwände (29) und von unten durch einen Boden (28) sowie einen Fuss (26) geschlossen ist, wobei jeweils der Fuss (26) eines Rostblocks (6) der oberen Wand (23) eines nachgeschalteten Rostblocks (6) relativverschiebbar zugeordnet ist.
- Gekühlter Rostblock nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnungen (35) der Wasserzufuhrleitung (30,31,34) im Bereich des Fusses (26) angeordnet sind.
- Gekühlter Rostblock nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserzufuhrleitung (30,31,34) eine parallel zu einer hinteren Wand (21) des Blockkörpers (20) angeordnete Querleitung (31) aufweist, an welche mehrere, bis in den vorderen Bereich des Kühlraumes (27) hineinragende, mit den Austrittsöffnungen (35) versehene Verzweigungsleitungen (34) angeschlossen sind.
- Gekühlter Rostblock nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserabfuhrleitung (40,42,43) eine parallel zu einer hinteren Wand (21) des Blockkörpers (20) angeordnete Querleitung (42) aufweist, an welche mehrere, bis in den vorderen Bereich des Kühlraumes (27) hineinragende, mit den Eintrittsöffnungen (41) versehene Verzweigungsleitungen (40) angeschlossen sind.
- Gekühlter Rostblock nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querleitung (31) mit mehreren zusätzlichen Wasseraustrittsöfnungen (32) versehen ist.
- Gekühlter Rostblock nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, der einen Teil eines Verbrennungsrostes einer Abfallverbrennungsanlage bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine vordere Wand (24) des Blockkörpers (20) mit mehreren, über die Rostblockbreite gleichmässig verteilten Luftaustrittsöffnungen (47) versehen ist, denen die Luft als Verbrennungsmittel durch entsprechende, den Kühlraum (27) zwischen dem Boden (28) und der vorderen Wand (24) durchragende Rohre (46) zugeführt wird.
- Gekühlter Rostblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserzufuhrleitung (30,31,34) und die Wasserabfuhrleitung (40,42,43) an ein geschlossenes, mit einem Wärmeaustauscher versehenes Kühlwassersystem angeschlossen sind.
- Rost aufgebaut aus gekühlten Rostblöcken (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei mehrere Rostblöcke (6) an einem Blockhalterohr (7) eingehängt und miteinander verbunden eine Rostblockreihe (4 bzw. 5) bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rostblockreihe (4 bzw. 5) aus maximal vier Rostblöcken (6) gebildet ist.
- Rost nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Seitenwände (29) der benachbarten Rostblöcke (6) miteinander verschraubt sind.
- Rost nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, mit mehreren ortsfesten Rostblockreihen (4) und mehreren beweglichen Rostblockreihen (5), die abwechselnd einander folgend angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die ortsfesten Rostblockreihen (4) als auch die beweglichen Rostblockreihen (5) durch die wassergekühlten Rostblöcke (6) gebildet sind.
