Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung für das registergerechte Anlegen von Druckplatten auf den Plattenzylinder von Druckmaschinen, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, bestehend aus einer achsparallel im Plattenzylinder angeordneten Klemmschiene, welche zum Befestigen der dem Druckanfang zugeordneten Kante der Druckplatte einen zu schließenden Erfassungsbereich aufweist und im Bereich dieses Erfassungsbereiches Anschläge vorgesehen sind, die mit entsprechend geformten Ausstanzungen an der Kante der Druckplatte zusammenwirken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens einer der Anschläge (2.1, 2.2) ebene Flächen (5) aufweist, welche schräg zu der Zuführrichtung (R) der Druckplatte (3) verlaufen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Anschlag (2.1) mit einer U-förmigen Ausstanzung (4.1) zusammenwirkt, welche einen kreisbogenförmigen Konturbereich aufweist und der Anschlag (2.1) eine kreisbogenförmig gestaltete Stirnseite (7), sich darin anschließende ebene Flächen (5) mit wiederum sich daran anschließenden kreisbogenförmigen Übergängen aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Anschlag (2.2) mit einer Ausstanzung (4.2) zusammenwirkt, welche eine Kante aufweist, die parallel zur Vorderkante der Druckplatte (3) verläuft und daß der Anschlag (2.2) eine Stirnseite (7) in Form einer ebenen Fläche aufweist, an welche sich die schräg zur Zuführrichtung (R) der Druckplatte (3) verlaufenden ebenen Fläche (5) anschließen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Flächen (5) an einem der Anschläge (2.1, 2.2) einen Winkel von 90° zueinander einschließen, wobei die Zuführrichtung (R) der Druckplatte (3) die Winkelhalbierende darstellt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschläge (2.1, 2.2) als ein an der Klemmschiene (1) befestigbares Plättchen ausgebildet sind, wobei das der Druckplatte (3) zugewandte Ende des Plättchens die ebenen Flächen (5) sowie die vorgesehenen Stirnseiten aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an den Seitenflanken des als Plättchen ausgebildeten Anschlages (2.1) konkave Einbuchtungen (6) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die als Plättchen ausgebildeten Anschläge (2.1, 2.2) an dem von der Druckplatte (3) abgewandten Ende ein Langloch (10) zur einstellbaren Befestigung an der Klemmschiene (1) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in die Anschläge (2.1, 2.2) elektrisch isolierte Einsätze (8) eingelassen sind, welche jeweils die Stirnseite (7) der Anschläge (2.1, 2.2) bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die elektrisch isoliert gegenüber den Anschlägen (2.1, 2.2) angeordneten Einsätze (8) einzeln von einer Steuerung abfragbar sind.
