Definitions

  • the invention relates to a formwork panel with at least one support supporting the formlining on the side facing away from the concrete, which has an approximately U-shaped cross section, the U-legs of which are connected by a U-transverse web, which is located on the side facing away from the formwork facing , and the U-legs seen in cross-section from the U-cross bar diverge diagonally and at their free ends - seen in cross-section - from the U-legs projecting outward and away from each other fastening flanges for engaging on the formlining.
  • Such a panel is known for example from DE-PS 24 26 708.
  • the formwork panels described therein are parts of large-area formwork for differently curved surfaces with a formwork skin that can be adjusted with regard to their curvature. This contributes to the fact that the U-legs can be moved laterally when the curvature changes without permanent deformation and engage belt sections of variable length on the U-crossbars. This formwork has proven itself.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a formwork panel of the type mentioned at the beginning, in which a very simple extension of the cross-sectionally approximately trapezoidal supports is possible in spite of the fastening flanges projecting from them.
  • the carrier consists of two U-shaped carrier parts or sections which are adjustable in the longitudinal direction relative to one another and encompass at least in an overlap region
  • the helix angle of the U-legs of the at least partially inner carrier section with the formlining inside its cross-section is blunt or larger than that of the outer support section encompassing it
  • the clear width between the U-legs on the formlining in the inner support section is at least smaller by the total width of the fastening flanges of the inner support section which are directed away from one another than in the case of is the outer support section and that the mounting flanges of both support sections lie side by side in the same plane.
  • the cross sections of the two support sections to take the mounting flanges into account differ considerably from one another in that the angle enclosed by the U-legs is more acute in the internal support section than in the support section surrounding it, so that the mounting flanges of both Carrier sections each have different distances and the outer carrier section can accommodate the inner carrier section together with its protruding flanges. Nevertheless, it is ensured that the inner support section - seen in cross section - also obliquely diverging legs has, which can be moved with its mounting flanges without permanent deformation when the curvature of the formwork panel is changed. At the same time, a correspondingly good stiffening also results in the extension area. Such an extension can take place both vertically and vertically with the carrier arranged vertically.
  • the U-crossbars of the two partially interlocking support sections can lie against one another in the position of use and can be releasably connected to one another.
  • the coupling or connection of the two support sections, the U-legs of which diverge due to their different angles, can be carried out in a simple manner on the U-transverse webs.
  • An extension of mating carrier sections can be achieved by first loosening them and then reattaching them in another relative position. However, it is quicker and easier if the carrier sections can be displaced relative to one another in the longitudinal direction of the carrier and a sliding guide or longitudinal guide, in particular at least one elongated slot, is provided on the U-crossbars of at least one carrier section. This not only allows a quick change in the overall length of the carrier by a relative displacement of its carrier sections, but also a stepless adjustment to different lengths.
  • An expedient arrangement in particular with regard to the mutual sliding guidance of the carrier sections, can consist in that a perforation of the radially projecting projection or head has fastening elements on perforations of the carrier section lying outside in the use position, the projection or head lying inside the carrier section and the edges of an elongated slot serving as a countermeasuring means or the like leadership of the inside engages the underlying support section, and that the fastening element can be braced or tightened with respect to the internal support section.
  • the two support sections can thus be jointly penetrated in their overlap area by fastening elements which, on the one hand, engage with a projection or head on the inner support section, which can be displaced with an elongated slot relative to this head, but also by tightening the fastening element in the respectively set position can be fixed and clamped.
  • the fastening element has a thread on the outside of the carrier and a nut which can be tightened thereon.
  • a screw with almost any head can serve as a fastening element, the head of which, under the inside as a counter-guiding element, engages underneath the edges of the longitudinal slot of the inner carrier section, while on the outside a conventional threaded nut in the loosened state enables mutual displacement during length adjustment and in the tightened state the carrier parts against each other.
  • Suitable measures can be taken to ensure that the projection or head of the fastening element cannot rotate when the nut is tightened.
  • this head can have corresponding flat sides and come to rest in a recess in such a way that its rotation is prevented.
  • the inner support part can be composed of two approximately Z-shaped support profiles which have a slot spacing from one another in the region of the U crossbar and which are held together by cross connectors or cross plates located in the interior of the U cross section. In this way, there is a continuous guide slot over the entire length of the inner carrier part.
  • the Z-shaped support profiles after their mutual connection by means of transverse plates as a whole have great rigidity that the forces occurring in the extension area of such switchboards can be absorbed with corresponding certainty. Subsequent milling of a guide slot can be avoided.
  • the cross connectors or cross plates of the inner support section can have a recess in the area of the guide slot of the support sections, the clear width of which is greater than that of the counter-guide means or the head of the fastening element.
  • These cross plates do not represent an obstacle when changing the overall length of the beam.
  • the fastening element can be a hammer head screw, so that no bracing is required on the head when bracing, since this hammer head, due to its shape, can lie against the inside so that it fits not turning.
  • the cross connectors or cross plates of the inside support part can also touch the inside of the U crosspiece and act on it from there only a part of the cross-sectional length of the U-legs of this support section. On the one hand, this results in a sufficiently firm connection of the Z-shaped support profiles, but on the other hand maintains the elastic deformability of the U-legs.
  • the U-legs of the carrier parts can thus be moved laterally without permanent deformation and the formwork can be curved or its curvature can be bent about one or more axes running parallel to the carrier or carriers.
  • the side wall can easily be formed with the required curvatures corresponding to the curvature of the curve on a sloping upward and simultaneously forming lane, the slope of the lane being taken into account at the same time by correspondingly different extensions of the formwork panel supports can.
  • the cross connectors or cross plates have a distance between them which is at least almost the length of the support section or preferably a little less than half this length, and two or three cross connectors or cross plates can be distributed over the length of the support section so that in each case close to the such cross connector or a cross plate is provided in each case at the front ends and in particular in the center of the support section.
  • such cross connectors can either be provided at its ends or a cross connector can also be arranged in the middle to improve the mutual stiffening of the Z-shaped support profiles.
  • the manufacture of this support section serving as an extension is correspondingly simple.
  • the extension parts advantageously have a trapezoidal shape, i.e. they have the same geometrical shape as the support sections or trapezoid supports on the formwork panel, but are dimensionally modified with respect to their cross-section so that they can be shifted in particular steplessly with respect to these support parts, although on them U-legs are provided for connection to the formlining, each flanges projecting outwards. Since the guide slots are provided on the displaceable support sections, it is also possible to retrofit existing formwork panels which have a trapezoidal cross-section in cross-section.
  • the U-legs 5 each have - again seen in cross-section - fastening flanges 7 which project outward from the U-legs 5 and face away from one another for engaging on the formlining 2, i.e. for fastening, for example by means of screws.
  • the respective carrier 4 consists of two carrier parts or sections 4a and 4b which can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction relative to one another and which encompass at least one - analogously adjustable - overlap area, whereby the helix angle of the U-legs 5 of the at least partially inner support section 4b with the formlining 2 inside its cross section is obtuse or larger than that of the outer support section 4a surrounding it. Conversely, the angle between the legs 4b is smaller or more acute than that between the U-legs 4a. This results in an acute angular space WR, which can be clearly seen in FIG. 2, between the legs 5 of the carrier section 4a and those of the carrier section 4b.
  • the clear width between the U-legs 5 at the point at which they are or are connected to the formlining 2 is smaller in the inner support section 4b at least by the total width of the fastening flanges 7 facing away from one another than in the outer support section 4a.
  • the fastening flanges 7 of the two carrier sections 4a and 4b are in the use position in the same plane next to one another, as long as the formwork skin 2 is not curved, but rather runs according to FIG.
  • the fastening flanges 7 of the carrier sections 4a and 4b, which are respectively directly adjacent to one another, also lie approximately in a corresponding tangential plane, even when the formwork skin 2 is curved.
  • the formwork panel shown in FIG. 1 shows two girders 4 on the formwork skin 2, each consisting of girder sections 4a and 4b, the U-legs of the girder sections 4a and 4b - as mentioned - being movable laterally without permanent deformation and the formwork panel 1 around one or more axes running parallel to the carrier (s) 4 can be curved and their curvature can be changed.
  • the means which act on the areas of the carrier 4 lying away from the formwork skin 2, for example tensioning screws, for changing and fixing the respective curvature of the formwork skin 2 are not shown since their formation is not involved.
  • the U-cross webs 6 of the two partially interlocking support sections 4a and 4b lie in the use position according to Figure 2 to each other, as far as the carrier sections 4a and 4b overlap, and are releasably connected to each other in this area. A once set extension by corresponding relative displacement of the two carrier sections 4a and 4b in their longitudinal direction can thus be determined accordingly.
  • carrier sections could also be joined together in different positions relative to one another, it is expediently provided for easy handling in the exemplary embodiments that the carrier sections 4a and 4b can be displaced relative to one another in the longitudinal direction of the carrier 4 and on the U-transverse webs 6 of a carrier section, a sliding guide or longitudinal guide, in particular at least one long slot, is provided.
  • fastening elements 10 having a radially projecting projection or head 9 act on perforations 8 of the U-cross bar 6 of the carrier section 4a lying outside in the use position, wherein the projection or head 9 lies in the interior of the carrier cross-section and, as a counter-guiding means, engages under the edges of an elongated slot 11, that is to say a guide, of the carrier portion 4b lying on the inside.
  • These fastening elements can be braced or tightened relative to the inner carrier section 4b on the outer carrier section 4a.
  • they have a thread on the outside of the carrier 4 and a nut 12 which can be screwed and tightened thereon. Conceivable would also be bracing with the aid of a wedge passing through a slot in the protruding part of the fastening element 10.
  • the long slot 11 serving as a guide is formed according to FIGS. 5 and 6 on the inner support section 4b by the fact that this support section 4b consists of two approximately z-shaped, mirror-symmetrical to the longitudinal center plane in the area of the U-crosspiece, with a slot spacing from one another arranged support profiles is assembled, which are held together by transverse connectors or transverse plates 13 located in the interior of the U-cross section.
  • approximately trapezoidal in cross-section support section 4b which would then have to be provided with longitudinal slots on the U-cross bar 6, so is made from the start from two individual pieces that leave the longitudinal slot 11 between them.
  • the cross connectors or cross plates 13 have a recess 14 in the region of the guide slot 11, the clear width of which is greater than that of the counter-guide means, that is to say in the exemplary embodiment of the head 9 of the fastening element 10.
  • the carrier section 4b can be moved relative to the fastening element 10 and its head 9 as long as the connection is still loosened without a transverse plate 13 preventing this.
  • the overlap region which can be seen in FIGS. 7 and 8 can thus be determined, for example, with two fastening elements 10.
  • the fastening element 10 can be a hammer head screw, which therefore has a correspondingly shaped head which does not turn when the nut 12 is turned, provided that it is held in a corresponding recess.
  • the shaft region directly connected to the head 9 has such a polygonal shape that it cannot be rotated relative to the longitudinal slot 11.
  • a support plate 16 is arranged under the nut 12 and a washer 15, the width of which corresponds approximately to the width of the U-crosspieces 6.
  • the cross connector or cross plates 13 of the inner cross member section 4b also touch the U-cross bar 6 from the inside and act on it from only part of the cross-sectional length of the U-leg 5 of this carrier section 4b, so that the U-leg 5 largely retain the lateral mobility already mentioned, also in the area of these transverse plates 13.
  • the cross connectors or cross plates 13 have a distance between them in the longitudinal direction of the support section 4b according to FIG. 6, which distance corresponds at least almost to the length of this support section 4b. For improved stability, however, the distance can be somewhat less than half this length of the carrier section 4b.
  • such transverse plates 13 are present near the front ends of the carrier section 4b. This applies both in the event that two transverse plates 13 and three transverse plates 13 or possibly even more such transverse plates 13 are distributed over the length of the carrier section 4b.
  • a transverse plate 13 is also provided in the center of the carrier section 4b. 6 shows the perforations 17 in the fastening flanges 7, through which fastening means such as screws and nails can engage in the formlining 2.
  • FIG. 7 In the form of the panel according to FIG. 7 or 8, in contrast to that according to FIG. 1, four carriers 4 are provided, FIG. 7 showing an arrangement in which these carriers 4 are each extended by the same amount by pulling out the inner carrier sections 4b .
  • Such a formwork panel 1 is thus extended upwards by a constant width.
  • Figure 8 illustrates in such a formwork panel 1 with four supports 4 that the supports 4 - as in all other exemplary embodiments - can also be extended downwards, the extension of each individual support 4 being different.
  • Figure 8 takes For example, the extension from left to right, so that an attached formlining runs obliquely at its lower edge, for example, to take into account a driving ramp and its slope, next to which a boundary wall is to be concreted with the help of formwork panel 1.
  • switchboards 1 can thus be used, for example, when building underground garages and their access ramps, where it is not uncommon for inclined lower or upper wall closures to be created by the ramps. Since such driving ramps can make curves at the same time, it is particularly favorable that the supports 4 and their support sections 4a and 4b permit a curvature or change in the curvature of the formwork panel 1.
  • the formwork panel 1 has a formwork skin 2 and this support 4 on the side facing away from the concrete and, if appropriate, edge webs 3 running approximately parallel to the supports 4, with which adjacent formwork panels 1 are coupled to one another and can be connected.
  • the carriers 4 have an approximately U-shaped cross-section, the U-legs 5 starting from a U-cross bar 6 at an angle and at their free ends where their mutual distance is greatest, fastening flanges 7 pointing away from one another for connection to the formwork skin 2 to have.
  • the respective carrier 4 consists of two carrier parts or carrier sections 4a and 4b which are adjustable in the longitudinal direction relative to one another and encompass at least in an overlap area, the helix angle of the U-legs of the inner support section 4b with the formwork skin 2 inside its cross-section is blunt or larger than the corresponding angle of the support section 4a encompassing it or the angle of the inner support section 4b lying between the two U-legs is more acute than the corresponding angle between the U-legs 5 of the outer carrier section 4a.
  • angles are chosen so that when the U crosspieces 6 are adjacent to one another, the clear width between the U legs 5 on the formlining 2 for the inner support section 4b is approximately less by the total width of the fastening flanges 7 facing away from one another than the clear width for the outer one Carrier section 4a is in the same place, so that the fastening flanges 7 of both carrier sections lie next to one another in the same plane when the formlining 2 is flat.
