Claims (15)
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung für ein Kurzfarbwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einer Farbwanne (3) und zwei Rakelmessern (23; 24) sowie einer in der Farbwanne (3) achsparallel zur Rasterwalze (1) angeordneten rotierbaren Walze (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Inneren der Farbwanne (3) mindestens eine zumindest teilweise in Druckfarbe (20) eintauchende, in einem Abstand (b) vom Mantel (15) der Walze (12) angeordnete angetriebene Scheibe (17; 18) angeordnet ist.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Scheiben (17; 18) angeordnet sind.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (17; 18) kreisrund ausgebildet ist.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (17; 18) Durchgangsbohrungen aufweist.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsachse (19; 21) der Scheibe (17; 18) rechtwinklig zur Rotationsachse (22) der Gummiwalze (12) verläuft.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheiben (17; 18) als miteinander kämmende Zahnräder ausgebildet sind.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der halben Länge (l/2) am Umfang der Walze (12) eine Verzahnung (32) vorgesehen ist.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1, 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnräder (17; 18) und die Walze (12; 32) gemeinsam mittels einer Schneckenwelle (31) antreibbar sind.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (12) mit einem Gummimantel versehen ist.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gummimantel Erhebungen (13) aufweist.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vier Kammerrakeleinrichtungen (2) in achsparalleler Richtung (22) der Rasterwalze (1) nebeneinander und unterhalb der Rasterwalze (1) angeordnet sind.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Kammerrakeleinrichtung (2) in achsparalleler Richtung (22) der Rasterwalze (1) zwei Scheiben (17; 18) nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (b) der Scheiben (17; 18) zur Gummiwalze (12) für jede Scheibe (17; 18) einzeln einstellbar ist.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (b) der Scheiben (17; 18) zur Gummiwalze (12) gemeinsam einstellbar ist.
- Kammerrakeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbwanne (3) unterhalb der Rotationsachse (16) der Rasterwalze (1) angeordnet ist.
