Claims (6)
- Schneckenpresse zum Extrudieren keramischer Massenmit einem Zylinder (1, 2), welcher längs in zwei Hälften (1, 2) geteilt ist, die voneinander trennbar sind,mit einer im Zylinder (1, 2) koaxial zu dessen Längsachse (18) angeordneten Schnecke,und mit einem oder mehreren an den Hälften (1, 2) des Zylinders innen auswechselbar angebrachten Verschleißeinsätzen (12 bis 15), die achsparallele Längsränder (16, 17) haben,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschleißeinsätze (12 - 15) an ihren Längsrändern (16, 17) durch Keilleisten (20; 24, 25) gehalten sind, die gegen Drehbewegungen um die Längsachse (18) des Zylinders (1, 2) formschlüssig in einer passenden Keilnut (19, 20) des Zylinders (1, 2) befestigt sind. - Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschleißeinsätze (12 bis 15) einen derart abgestuften Längsrand (16, 17) haben, dass sich die benachbarten Längsränder (16, 17) benachbarter Verschleißeinsätze (12, 15) zu einer Keilnut ergänzen, welche den aus der Keilnut (19, 20) des Zylinders (1, 2) vorstehenden Abschnitt der Keilleiste (21; 24, 25) aufnehmen und abdecken.
- Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hälften (1, 2) des Zylinders derart abgestufte Längsränder haben, dass die einander zugewandten Längsränder sich zu Keilnuten (19) des Zylinders (1, 2) ergänzen.
- Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den so gebildeten Keilnuten (19) des Zylinders (1, 2) nebeneinander zwei Keilleisten (24, 25) liegen, von denen die eine (24) mit der einen Hälfte (1) und die andere (25) mit der anderen Hälfte (2) des Zylinders verschraubt ist.
- Schneckenpresse nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrauben (26), mit denen die Keilleisten (24, 25) am Rand der Zylinderhälften (1, 2) befestigt sind, in tangentiale Sackbohrungen (27) der Zylinderhälften (1, 2) gedreht sind.
- Schneckenpresse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Zylinderhälfte (1, 2) zwei sich über einen Umfangswinkel von 90° erstreckende Verschleißeinsätze (12 bis 15) hat, die einerseits durch Keilleisten (24, 25), welche an der Trennfläche (3) der Zylinderhälften (1, 2) angeordnet sind, und andererseits durch eine zwischen ihnen angeordnete, den Verschleißeinsätzen (12 bis 15) gemeinsam zugeordnete Keilleiste (21) gehalten sind.
