Claims (9)
- Greifervorrichtung mit einem Greiferzylinder (1) und einem ersten Elektromagnet (12), wobei der Greiferzylinder eine Greiferspindel (3) und eine Greiferauflage (5) zum Erfassen und zur Weitergabe von Druckexemplaren aufweist, die zwischen an der Greiferspindel (3) befestigten Greifern (4) und der Greiferauflage (5) klemmbar sind, wobei die Greiferspindel (3) einen Anker (9, 90) trägt, und die Bewegung der Greifer (4) elektromagnetisch steuerbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Elektromagnet (12) ein ortsfester, außerhalb des Greiferzylinders stationär angeordneter Stator (12) ist, an den der Anker (9, 90) heranschwenkbar ist, wenn durch den Stator (12) ein Strom fließt und dieser ein Drehmoment auf den Anker (9, 90) ausübt.
- Greifervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das entgegengesetzte Drehmoment von einer Feder (8), einem Dauermagneten oder einem zweiten Elektromagneten (12') erzeugt wird.
- Greifervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anker (9, 90) entweder die Greifer (4) gegen eine Greiferauflage (5) klemmt oder die Greifer (4) öffnet und gegen einen Anschlag (14) drückt.
- Greifervorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anker (9, 90) wenigstens zeitweise von einem wenigstens im wesentlichen als Kreisbogenabschnitt ausgebildeten Gehäuseteil (130) des Stators (12, 12') des ersten oder des zweiten Elektromagneten geführt wird.
- Greifervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäuseteile (130, 130') der Statoren (12, 12') beider Elektromagneten jeweils im wesentlichen als Kreisbogenabschnitte oder als im wesentlichen kreisförmige Ringe ausgebildet sind und der Anker (9, 90) in Abhängigkeit davon, welcher der Elektromagnete von Strom durchflossen wird oder welcher von ihnen, wenn beide stromdurchflossen sind, das stärkere Drehmoment auf den Anker (9, 90) ausübt, die Greiferspindel (3) verschwenkt.
- Greifervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stator (12) des ersten Elektromagneten an einer Stirseite des Greiferzylinders (1) als konzentrischer Ring stationär angeordnet ist, daß das Gehäuseteil (130) des Stators (12) eine durchgehende Steuerkurve für eine gemeinsam mit dem Anker (9) schwenkbare Kurvenrolle (10), die in dem Anker (9) drehbar gelagert ist, bildet und daß nur bei jeder n-ten Umdrehung und in einer festgesetzten Kreisphase ein Strom durch den Stator (12) fließt, wodurch das Druckexemplar entweder von den Greifern (4) ergriffen oder freigegeben wird.
- Greifervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseteil (130, 130') entweder eine Innen- oder eine Außensteuerkurve bildet.
- Greifervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mehrere Greiferspindeln (3) mit einer Vielzahl von Einzelgreifern auf seinem Umfang aufweist.
- Verwendung des Greiferzylinders (1) der Greifervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als Anlege- oder Überführtrommel in einer Bogendruckmaschine, als Druckzylinder in einer Bogendruckmaschine oder als Greiferzylinder in einem Falzwerk.
