Description
Claims (10)
- Schienenverladewagen (11) zum Auf- und Abladen von Langschienen (5) mit einem auf Schienenfahrwerken (2) abgestützten Wagenrahmen (3), auf dem bezüglich der Wagenlängsrichtung endseitig Führungsrollen (30) zur Führung der Langschienen (5) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine wenigstens zwei Führungsrollen (12) mit einer vertikalen Drehachse (23) aufweisende Schienenführungseinrichtung (14) zur Distanzierung vom Stirnende (10) des Wagenrahmens (3) in Wagenlängsrichtung verschiebbar und um eine vertikale Achse (15;20) verschwenkbar ausgebildet ist.
- Verladewagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schienenführungseinrichtung (14) auf einem in Wagenlängsrichtung verlaufenden, durch einen Antrieb (17) teleskopförmig verlängerbaren Tragrahmen (16) angeordnet ist.
- Verladewagen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweiteilig ausgebildete Tragrahmen (16) am den Führungsrollen (12) der Schienenführungseinrichtung (14) gegenüberliegenden Ende um eine senkrecht zur Wagenlängsrichtung und horizontal verlaufende Achse (19) verschwenkbar am Wagenrahmen (3) befestigt und zur Verschwenkung mit einem Verstellantrieb (21) verbunden ist.
- Verladewagen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsrollen (12) der Schienenführungseinrichtung (14) aus wenigstens zwei jeweils um eine vertikale Drehachse (23) verdrehbar gelagerten, in Wagenquerrichtung voneinander distanzierten Vertikalrollen (24) und einer zwischen diesen in deren unterem Endbereich vorgesehenen Horizontalrolle (25) mit einer horizontal und senkrecht zur Wagenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Achse (26) gebildet sind.
- Verladewagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsrollen (12) der Schienenführungseinrichtung (14) auf einer in einer horizontalen Ebene verlaufenden Tragplatte (13) befestigt sind, die um die vertikale Achse (15) verschwenkbar am Ende des Tragrahmens (16) befestigt ist.
- Verladewagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte (13) durch einen Verschwenkantrieb (29) um die vertikale Achse (15) relativ zum Tragrahmen (16) verschwenkbar ausgebildet ist.
- Verladewagen nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, gekennzeichnet durch weitere, von den Vertikalrollen (24) - in Richtung zum von den Führungsrollen (12) weiter entfernten Ende des Wagenrahmens (3) - distanzierte Umlenkrollen (27), die um einen vertikalen und mit seinem unteren Ende auf der Tragplatte (13) befestigten Bolzen (28) drehbar gelagert sind.
- Verladewagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch zwei in Wagenquerrichtung voneinander distanzierte Schienenführungseinrichtungen (14), die jeweils mit einem eigenen, durch einen Antrieb (17) in Wagenlängsrichtung verlängerbaren Tragrahmen (16) verbunden sind.
- Verladewagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zu den in Wagenlängsrichtung verschiebbar gelagerten Führungsrollen (12) der Schienenführungseinrichtung (14) weitere Führungs- bzw. Umlenkrollen (30) mit einer vertikalen Drehachse (31) am Stirnende (10) des Wagenrahmens (3) gelagert sind.
- Verladewagen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwischen zwei Führungs- bzw. Umlenkrollen (30) eine Abstützrolle (32) mit einer horizontal und senkrecht zur Wagenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Drehachse (33) am Stirnende (10) des Wagenrahmens (3) angeordnet ist.
