Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Verschluß für Sicherheitsgurte, mit einem Schwenkriegel, der in einem lasttragenden Rahmen gelagert ist und in seiner Sperrstellung an einer Rastkante einer Steckzunge angreift, einem Sperrglied, das am Rahmen quer zur Schwenkrichtung des Schwenkriegels zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung, in der es den Schwenkriegel freigibt, und einer Sperrstellung, in der es den Schwenkriegel in seiner Eingriffsstellung blockiert, verschiebbar gelagert ist, einer gleichfalls am Rahmen gelagerten Lösetaste, durch deren Betätigung das Sperrglied in die Öffnungsstellung verschiebbar ist, und einer schraubenförmigen Druckfeder, die sich mit ihrem einen Ende an dem Schwenkriegel und mit ihrem anderen Ende an dem Sperrglied abstützt sowie in einer Federaufnahme gehalten ist, die von Zwei Stegen des Rahmens begrenzt ist und einen Zapfen am Sperrglied umfaßt.
- Verschlüsse dieser Art für Sicherheitsgurte sind wegen ihrer robusten und einfachen Mechanik, ihrer hohen Zuverlässigkeit und der geringen Betätigungskräfte auch unter Belastung schon seit vielen Jahren in Gebrauch.
- Bei der weitgehend automatisierten Montage dieser Verschlüsse kann es zu einem Montagefehler kommen, der darin besteht, daß die zwischen den Schwenkriegel und das Sperrglied eingesetzte Druckfeder so eingebaut ist, daß sie sich zwar an dem Sperrglied abstützt, jedoch nicht in der vorgesehenen Weise in ihrer Aufnahme zu liegen kommt. Dieser Montagefehler äußert sich nur in einer von dem vorgeschriebenen Wert geringfügig abweichenden Federkraft und kann daher unbemerkt bleiben.
- In diesem Zusammenhang ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Verschluß der eingangs genannten Art für Sicherheitsgurte dahingehend weiterzubilden, daß eine Fehlmontage der Feder ausgeschlossen ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Verschluß der eingangs angegebenen Art dadurch gelöst, daß das sperrgliedseitige Ende der Druckfeder und die Federaufnahme mit Formgestaltungen versehen sind, durch die das sperrgliedseitige Federende auf dem Zapfen zwangszentriert ist.
- In der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und den beigefügten Zeichnungen ist die bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung dargestellt. In den Zeichnungen zeigen:
- Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch einen erfindungsgemäßen Verschluß;
- Fig. 2 einen teilweise geöffneten, erfindungsgemäßen Verschluß;
- Fig. 3 einen Teil eines Verschlusses nach dem Stand der Technik mit fehlerhaft montierter Feder;
- Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt durch eine Feder gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung.
- In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist ein Verschluß für Sicherheitsgurte gezeigt, bei welchem in einem lasttragenden Rahmen 14 ein Schwenkriegel 16 gelagert ist, der in seiner Sperrstellung an einer Rastkante einer Steckzunge 10 angreift. Im Rahmen 14 ist ein Sperrglied 20 quer zur Schwenkrichtung des Schwenkriegels 16 zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung, in der es den Schwenkriegel freigibt, und einer Sperrstellung verschiebbar gelagert, in der es den Schwenkriegel in seiner Eingriffsstellung blockiert. Im Rahmen 14 ist auch eine Lösetaste 24 gelagert, durch deren Betätigung das Sperrglied 20 in seine Öffnungsstellung verschiebbar ist. Eine zwischen dem Schwenkriegel 16 und dem Sperrglied 20 angeordnete schraubenförmige Druckfeder 30 stützt sich mit ihrem einen Ende an dem Schwenkriegel 16 und mit ihrem anderen Ende 40 an dem Sperrglied 20 ab und ist in einer Federaufnahme gehalten, die von zwei Stegen 50 des Rahmens 14 begrenzt ist und einen Zapfen 35 am Sperrglied 20 umfaßt. Die Druckfeder 30 beaufschlagt sowohl den Schwenkriegel 16 in seine Öffnungsstellung als auch das Sperrglied 20 in seine Sperrstellung.
- Wie am besten in Fig. 3 gesehen werden kann, die einen gattungsgemäßen Verschluß nach dem Stand der Technik darstellt, weist die Aufnahme für die Druckfeder 30 an dem Sperrglied 20 einen Zapfen 35 zur Zentrierung der Druckfeder 30 auf. Bei dieser Gestaltung der Bauteile des Verschlusses kann, wie in der Figur dargestellt, die Druckfeder 30 fehlerhaft montiert werden, so daß sie nicht von dem Zapfen 35 zentriert wird. Sie stützt sich dann auf einem neben dem Zapfen 35 liegenden Abschnitt der der Druckfeder zugewandten Seite des Sperrglieds 20 ab. Eine Fehlmontage dieser Art ist bei der Herstellung dieser Verschlüsse offensichtlich unerwünscht, da durch sie die tatsächliche Federkraft von dem vorgeschriebenen Wert abweichen kann.
- Um nun eine Fehlmontage der oben beschriebenen Art zu verhindern, sind erfindungsgemäß das sperrgliedseitige Ende der Druckfeder und die Federaufnahme mit Formgestaltungen versehen, durch die das sperrgliedseitige Federende auf dem Zapfen zwangszentriert ist.
- In der bevorzugten und in den Figuren 1, 2 und 4 dargestellten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das sperrgliedseitige Ende 40 der Druckfeder 30 flanschartig mit einem größeren Durchmesser als ihre Arbeitswindungen ausgebildet. Dieser größere Durchmesser des Federendes 40 wird durch wenigstens eine weitere, hinsichtlich der Arbeitswindungen der Druckfeder 30 im Durchmesser vergrößerte Windung nach Art einer Führungswindung gebildet, die, wie am besten in Fig. 4 zu sehen ist, im Anschluß an die die Arbeitswindungen abschließende, beigedrückte Windung in der Ebene dieser Windung gebildet ist. Diese im Durchmesser vergrößerte, spiralförmige Windung ist mit nahezu aneinanderliegenden Windungsgängen bis zu einem solchen Außendurchmesser des Federendes 40 ausgeführt, daß im Zusammenwirken mit den Stegen 50 des Rahmens 14 eine Zwangszentrierung des Federendes 40 in der Federaufnahme eintritt. Durch diese Zwangszentrierung wird die in Fig. 3 gezeigte, fehlerhafte Montage des Federendes 40 in der Federaufnahme verhindert.
Claims (4)
- Verschluß für Sicherheitsgurte, mit einem Schwenkriegel (16), der in einem lasttragenden Rahmen (14) gelagert ist und in seiner Sperrstellung an einer Rastkante einer Steckzunge (10) angreift, einem Sperrglied (20), das am Rahmen (14) quer zur Schwenkrichtung des Schwenkriegels (16) zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung, in der es den Schwenkriegel freigibt, und einer Sperrstellung, in der es den Schwenkriegel in seiner Eingriffsstellung blockiert, verschiebbar gelagert ist, einer gleichfalls am Rahmen gelagerten Lösetaste (24), durch deren Betätigung das Sperrglied (20) in die Öffnungsstellung verschiebbar ist, und einer schraubenförmigen Druckfeder (30), die sich mit ihrem einen Ende an dem Schwenkriegel (16) und mit ihrem anderen Ende (40) an dem Sperrglied (20) abstützt sowie in einer Federaufnahme gehalten ist, die von zwei Stegen (50) des Rahmens (14) begrenzt ist und einen Zapfen (35) am Sperrglied (20) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das sperrgliedseitige Ende (40) der Druckfeder (30) und die Federaufnahme mit Formgestaltungen versehen sind, durch die das sperrgliedseitige Federende (40) auf dem Zapfen (35) zwangszentriert ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das sperrgliedseitige Federende (40) mit einem Durchmesser ausgebildet ist, der wesentlich größer als der Durchmesser der Arbeitswindungen der Feder (30) ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das sperrgliedseitige Federende (40) spiralförmig mit im wesentlichen aneinanderliegenden Windungen ausgebildet ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das sperrgliedseitige Federende (40) ringflanschförmig ausgebildet ist.
