Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、耐荷重フレーム内
に取り付けられ、かつロック位置において挿入タングの
ラッチエッジと係合する回りラッチ装置と、前記回りラ
ッチ装置を開放する開放位置と、前記回りラッチ装置を
その係合位置にブロックするロック位置との間を、前記
回りラッチ装置の旋回方向に対して横方向に移動可能に
前記フレームに取り付けられたロック部材と、前記フレ
ームに取り付けられた開放ボタンであって、前記開放ボ
タンを作動させることによって前記ロック部材が前記開
放位置へ移動可能である、前記開放ボタンと、一端部が
前記回りラッチ装置によって支持されるとともに他端部
が前記ロック部材によって支持されているらせん状の圧
縮ばねとを有し、前記らせん状の圧縮ばねは、前記フレ
ームの２つのリッジ（ｒｉｄｇｅ）即ち隆起部によって
画定されたばね受け内に保持されており、また、前記ら
せん状の圧縮ばねは、前記ロック部材に備えられたスピ
ゴット（ｓｐｉｇｏｔ）即ちピンを取り囲んでいる、シ
ートベルトのバックルに関する。

【従来の技術】シートベルトのためのこの種のバックル
は、それらの頑丈でかつ簡単な機械構造と、高信頼性
と、荷重がかかっている時でも必要とする作動力が小さ
いことによって、長年の間使用されてきている。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】このバックルの完全に
自動化された組み立てにおいて多かれ少なかれ、回りラ
ッチ装置と据え付けられたロック部材との間に挿入され
る圧縮ばねの組立不良が生じることがあり、圧縮ばね
は、ロック部材によって支持されているにも拘らず、ば
ね受けの中に所望の整合された状態で納まらないことが
ある。この組立不良によってばね力が所定の値からわず
かにずれ、それに気がつかないままでいることがある。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の目的は、シート
ベルトのための上述した種類のバックルを改良し、圧縮
ばねの組立不良をなくすことにある。
【０００５】前記目的は、前記らせん状の圧縮ばねの前
記ロック部材によって支持されている前記他端部は、前
記らせん状の圧縮ばねの作動領域の巻部の直径よりも大
きな直径を有しており、前記らせん状の圧縮ばねの前記
ロック部材によって支持されている前記他端部と２つの
前記隆起部によって画定された前記ばね受けとは、前記
他端部と２つの前記隆起部とが協働することによって、
前記他端部が自動的に前記ピン上に中心決めされるよう
な形状になっていることを特徴とするシートベルトのバ
ックルによって達成される。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明の好ましい実施例は、以下
の説明と添付図面とから明らかになるであろう。
【０００７】図１及び図２においてはシートベルトのバ
ックルが示されており耐荷重フレーム１４内には回りラ
ッチ装置１６が取り付けられ、これはそのロック位置に
おいては挿入タング１０のラッチエッジと係合してい
る。このフレーム１４の中では、ロック部材２０が回り
ラッチ装置１６の旋回方向を横断する方向に移動自在に
取り付けられており、回りラッチ装置１６を開放してい
る開放位置と、回りラッチ装置１６を係合位置にブロッ
クするロック位置との間において移動することができ
る。また前記フレーム１４の中には開放ボタン２４も取
り付けられており、この開放ボタン２４を作動させるこ
とにより前記ロック部材２０を前記開放位置へ移動させ
ることができる。らせん状の圧縮ばね３０がその一端に
おいて回りラッチ装置１６によって支持され、その他端
４０はロック部材２０によって支持され、またフレーム
１４の２つのリッジ（ｒｉｄｇｅ）若しくは平行な隆起
部５０によって画定された（即ち境界を定められた）ば
ね受けによって保持されており、らせん状の圧縮ばね３
０は、ロック部材２０にスピゴット（ｓｐｉｇｏｔ）若
しくはピン３５を取り囲んでいる。前記圧縮ばね３０は
前記開放位置においては回りラッチ装置１６に荷重をか
け、前記ロック位置においてはロック部材２０に荷重を
かける。
【０００８】この関連分野における従来技術によるバッ
クルを説明した図３から明らかになるように、圧縮ばね
３０のためのばね受けは、圧縮ばね３０の中心決めのた
めにロック部材２０にピン３５を設けている。図３に示
したようなバックルの構成要素の形状においては、圧縮
ばね３０の組立不良が生じてピン３５による中心決めが
うまく行われないことがあり、そうなると圧縮ばね３０
はピン３５の側部に位置する圧縮ばね３０に対面したロ
ック部材２０の側部によって支持されることになる。こ
の種の組立不良はバックルの製造においては明らかに望
ましくなく、実際のばね力が所定の値からずれてしまう
結果となる。
【０００９】上述した種類の組立不良を防ぐために、本
発明は圧縮ばね３０のロック部材２０側の端部４０とば
ね受けとの形状を、圧縮ばね３０のロック部材２０側の
端部４０が自動的にピン３５上に中心決めされるような
形状にしている。
【００１０】図１、図２、及び図４に示した本発明の好
ましい実施例においては、圧縮ばね３０のロック部材２
０側の端部４０はばねの作動領域の巻部の直径よりも大
きな直径のリングフランジの形状になっている。この直
径の大きな端部４０は、圧縮ばね３０の作動領域の巻部
の直径よりも大きな直径を有した、少なくとも１つの巻
部を有する他の巻部によって、一種の案内巻部として形
成される。大きな直径を有する前記案内巻部は、図４か
ら最もよくわかるように、作動領域の巻部の終りの巻部
に続いて形成され、その案内巻部の平面において付随的
な力を受け止める。このような大直径のらせん状巻部
は、端部４０の外側直径部がフレーム１４の隆起部５０
と協動するようになるまで、多かれ少なかれ、１つの巻
部が、他の巻部の外側に位置するようにして形成され、
端部４０のばね受け内での自動中心決めが行われる。こ
の自動中心決めによって、図３に示したような端部４０
のばね受けにおける組立不良を防ぐことができる。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 耐荷重フレーム（１４）内に取り付けら
    れ、かつロック位置において挿入タング（１０）のラッ
    チエッジと係合する回りラッチ装置（１６）と、前記回
    りラッチ装置（１６）を開放する開放位置と、前記回り
    ラッチ装置（１６）をその係合位置にブロックするロッ
    ク位置との間を、前記回りラッチ装置（１６）の旋回方
    向に対して横方向に移動可能に前記フレーム（１４）に
    取り付けられたロック部材（２０）と、前記フレーム
    （１４）に取り付けられた開放ボタン（２４）であっ
    て、前記開放ボタン（２４）を作動させることによって
    前記ロック部材（２０）が前記開放位置へ移動可能であ
    る、前記開放ボタン（２４）と、一端部が前記回りラッ
    チ装置（１６）によって支持されるとともに他端部（４
    ０）が前記ロック部材（２０）によって支持されている
    らせん状の圧縮ばね（３０）とを有し、前記らせん状の
    圧縮ばね（３０）は、前記フレーム（１４）の２つの隆
    起部（５０，５０）によって画定されたばね受け内に保
    持されており、また、前記らせん状の圧縮ばね（３０）
    は、前記ロック部材（２０）に備えられたピン（３５）
    を取り囲んでいる、シートベルトのバックルにおいて、前記らせん状の圧縮ばね（３０）の前記ロック部材（２
    ０）によって支持されている前記他端部（４０）は、前
    記らせん状の圧縮ばね（３０）の作動領域の巻部の直径
    よりも大きな直径を有しており、前記らせん状の圧縮ば
    ね（３０）の前記ロック部材（２０）によって支持され
    ている前記他端部（４０）と２つの前記隆起部（５０，
    ５０）によって画定された前記ばね受けとは、前記他端
    部（４０）と２つの前記隆起部（５０，５０）とが協働
    することによって、前記他端部（４０）が自動的に前記
    ピン（３５）上に中心決めされるような形状 になってい
    ることを特徴とするシートベルトのバックル。
  2. 【請求項２】 請求項１に記載のバックルにおいて、前
    記らせん状の圧縮ばね（３０）の前記他端部（４０）
    が、１つの巻部が他の巻部の外側にあるらせん状の巻線
    に形成されているシートベルトのバックル。
  3. 【請求項３】 請求項１に記載のバックルにおいて、前
    記他端部（４０）が 、リングフランジの形状に形成され
    ているシートベルトのバックル。
