Claims (4)
- Produktionsanlage für Feinstahlprodukte, umfassend als Grundausstattung eine Fertigstraße (1) mit mehreren selbständige Einzelantriebe aufweisenden Gerüsten (2 - 7), wobei der Fertigstraße (1) wenigstens ein Standard-Vorblock (10, 10') vor- oder nachordenbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fertigstraße (1) zur Steigerung ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit bzw. zum Ersatz eines wirkungslos gemachten Gerüstes mit einer nach Walzprogramm aus einer bestimmbaren Anzahl je zweigerüstiger Grundbausteine (10) zusammensetzbaren Fertigblockeinheit (15) mit einer gemeinsamen Antriebseinheit (20) überbrückbar ist.
- Produktionsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Fertigblockeinheiten (15) zur Anpassung einer vorhandenen Fertigstraße (1) im Baukastensystem an besondere Anforderungen, z. B. andere Drahtabmessungen oder andere Materialqualitäten, in einer Umgehungsschleife (30) anordenbar sind.
- Produktionsanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils ein einzelner zweigerüstiger Standard-Vorblock (10) als Baustein mit weiteren von Standard-Vorblöcken (10, 10') gebildeten Bausteinen verbindbar und durch ein gemeinsames Antriebsaggregat (20) zu einer beliebigen Fertigblockeinheit (15) kombinierbar ist.
- Produktionsanlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wirkungslos gemachte Gerüste (2 bis 7) der Fertigstraße (1) durch wenigstens einen Standard-Vorblock (10 bis 13) ersetzbar sind.
