Claims (5)
- Hochleistungs-Stabstahl/Drahtstraße, insbesondere für das drallfreie Walzen von Walzgut (12) mit jeweils mehrere Walzgerüste bzw. Walzeinheiten aufweisender Vorstraße (1), mit mindestens einer Zwischenstraße (2) und anschließender Fertigstraße (3) mit gegebenenfalls nachfolgendem Fertigblock (4), wobei nach Maßgabe der minimierten Kaliberreihen in jedem Straßenabschnitt, der Walzenwechsel in der Vorstraße (1) mittels Kranwerkzeug (15), in der Zwischenstraße (2) mittels Manipulator (16) und in der Fertigstraße (3) mittels Schnellwechselvorrichtung (17) gegebenenfalls zusätzlich mittels Manipulator erfolgt und sämtliche Walzgerüste bzw. Walzeinheiten in den einzelnen Straßenabschnitten (1, 2, 3, 4) fliegend gelagerte, abziehbare Walzen (18, 31, 32, 46) aufweisen, wobei ferner
die Vor- und Zwischenstraße (1, 2) zum Zweck des drallfreien Walzens des Walzgutes (12) in wechselnder Reihenfolge Horizontal- und Vertikalgerüste (H-V) aufweisen und die Fertigstraße (3) in Walzrichtung gesehen zumindest aus Horizontal- und Vertikalgerüsten (H-V) besteht, gefolgt von einem eine Vertikal- und Horizontal-Walzeinheit (V-H) aufweisenden Walzblock (7), dessen Horizontal-Walzeinheit (H) ausschließlich zum Trennwalzen des Walzgutes (12) in zwei separate Walzadern (12', 12'') einsetzbar ist, während dessen Vertikal-Walzeinheit (V) zur Normalwalzung des Walzgutes einsetzbar ist und wobei dem Vertikal-Horizontal-Walzblock (7) in der Fertigstraße (3) für die letzten Stiche der Trennwalzung in der Fertigstraße zwei Duo-Walzgerüste (8) mit der Walzfolge vom Ovalkaliber zum Rundkaliber nachgeordnet sind. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Vorstraße (1) ein C-förmig abgewinkeltes an einer Kranbrücke (20) schwenkbar befestigtes Trägerwerkzeug (19) einsetzbar ist, an dessen unterer Schwerpunktslage eine gemeinsame Wechselvorrichtung (21) für die Walzringe (18) zumindest der Horizontal-Gerüste angeordnet ist, wobei in der Zwischenstraße (2) ein allseitig bewegbarer Manipulator (16) angeordnet ist, dessen Kopf (29) die Wechselvorrichtung (35) für die Walzringe (31, 32) der Gerüste (33, 34) trägt und der manuell steuerbar ist und wobei in der Fertigstraße (3) eine heb- und drehbar, gegebenenfalls verschiebbar ausgestattete und auf einem verfahrbaren Wechselwagen (37) angeordnete Wechselvorrichtung (17) für die beiden korrespondierenden Walzringe (46) eines jeden Vertikal- und Horizontal-Gerüsts (42, 43) einsetzbar ist. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 1, oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzenwechselvorrichtung (17) zumindest zwei um deren Drehachse (51) schwenkbare Aufnahmeeinrichtungen (40) für einen zumindest die Walzringe aufnehmenden Montagerahmen (45) aufweist. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Montagerahmen (45) die Walzarmaturen (47) einsetzbar sind sowie die korrespondierenden Walzringe (46, 46') in Betriebsposition fixierbar sind. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frontplatte (52) Zentrier- und Klemmstücke (49, 50) aufweist zur Fixierung des Montagerahmens (45) auf der Frontplatte (52) des Kompaktgerüstes (42, 43).
