Abstract

최조공정(1)의 작업능률 및/또는 생산품질의 최적화를 위한 정렬감압연기, 상세하게는 와이어압연기는 투자자본에 대한 경제적인 보상과 적은 필요공간으로 그리고 거론될 만한 생산중단없이 방법에 있어 현대화되어 있고 그 작업능률에 있어 향상되어서 최종공정(1)은 적어도 하나의 2중 지지된 표준전면블록(10-14)이 앞 및/또는 뒤에 배치되어 있다.

제2도는 단일유니트에 함께 연결된 2중 지지된 2개의 표준전면블록의 평면도,
제3도 단일유니트에 함께 연결된 2중 지지된 4개의 표준 전면블록의 평면도,
제4도는 조립틀 원리를 따르는 구조로 8중 지지된 와이어통로의 종래의 최종 블록유니트의 평면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 최종공정(1)의 작업능률 및/또는 생산품질을 최적화하기 위한 정렬강압연기, 상세하게는 와이어압연기에 있어서, 최종공정(1)은 적어도 하나의 2중 지지된 표준전면블록(10-13)이 앞 및/또는 뒤에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 정련강압연기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2중지지된 표준전면블록(10)은 4(11), 6(12), 8(13) 또는 때로 10중 지지된 전면블록유니트에 함께 연결되고 그리고 이것은 최종공정(1)의 앞 및/또는 뒤에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 정련강압연기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 최종공정(1)의 작동불능으로 된 지지부(2 내지 7)는 적어도 하나의 표준전면블록(10 내지 13)으로 대체될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정련강압연기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 최종공정(1)은 각각 2중 지지된 표준전면블록(10)과 통합된 복수의 최종블록(15)을 통해 연결조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정련강압연기.
