Description
Die Verbindungsstellen, d. h. die Schweißstellen des Querträgers zu den Längsträgern sowie zu der Einhängelasche müssen sicherheitstechnischen Vorschriften entsprechen, die insbesondere bei Schweißverbindungen sehr aufwendig nachzuweisen sind.
In besonders vorteilhafter weise werden die Einzelteile der Transportvorrichtung mittels Gewindeschrauben miteinander verbunden, so daß sicherheitstechnisch aufwendige Schweißverbindungen nicht notwendig sind.

Die beiden parallelen Längsträger 6, 7 sind jeweils rechtwinklig mit dem Querträger 4 in einem Abstand a1 mittels je einer Klemmverbindung 36 verbunden. Die Klemmverbindung 36 besteht aus drei Tragplatten 37, 38, 39, die mittels zweier Gewindeschrauben 41 die Längsträger 6, 7 mit dem Querträger 4 verspannen. Die baugleichen Tragplatten 37, 38 (Fig. 2) weisen mittig jeweils quaderförmige Erhebungen 42 auf, die als Führungen in den Langlöchern 23 der Längsträger 6, 7 verlaufen. Parallel und symmetrisch zu dieser quaderförmigen Erhebung 42 verlaufen an den beiden Seitenkanten 43, 44 der jeweiligen Tragplatte 37, 38 zwei Führungsstücke 46 in einem Abstand b2, d. h. der Breite b2 der Grundfläche 21, 22 der Längsträger 6, 7. Diele beiden Tragplatten 37, 38 sind gegenüberliegend, an der oberen und unteren Grundfläche 21, 22 der Längsträger 6, 7 anliegend angeordnet. Die dritte Tragplatte 39 liegt an der oberen Grundfläche 14 des Querträgers 4 an und weist im Abstand b1, d. h. der Breite b1 der Grundfläche 14 des Querträgers 4, zwei Führungsstücke 47 auf. Diese drei Tragplatten 37, 38, 39 werden über die Gewindeschrauben 41 mit den dazwischenliegenden Längs- und Querträgern 4, 6, 7 verspannt. Bei gelösten Gewindeschrauben 41 kann somit der Abstand a1 der beiden parallelen Längsträger 6, 7 zueinander als auch eine Position der Längsträger 6, 7 zum Querträger 4, d. h. ein Abstand a2, variiert werden. Die Längsträger 6, 7 sind mit dem Querträger 4 in Hubrichtung formschlüssig und in Richtung sowohl der Längsträger 6, 7 als auch des Querträgers 4 reibschlüssig, lösbar verbunden.
Die jeweilige Tragplatte 52 kann mit der entsprechenden Gewindeschraube 53 entlang des Langloches 23 des jeweiligen Längsträgers 6, 7 verschoben und deshalb auf variable Abstände a3 der Transportgewindebohrungen 49 in Längsrichtung eingestellt werden. Auf einen variablen Abstand a4 der Transportgewindebohrungen 49 in Querrichtung kann die Transportvorrichtung 1 durch Lösen der Klemmverbindung 36 und Verschieben der Längsträger 6, 7 bezüglich des Querträgers 4 angepaßt werden. Gleichzeitig besteht die Möglichkeit den Querträger 4 entlang der Längsträger 6, 7 zu verschieben, um die Stellung des Querträgers 4 in Längsrichtung entsprechend der Schwerpunktlage des zu transportierenden Gegenstandes 2 anzupassen. Die Ausrichtung der Transportvorrichtung 1 bezüglich des Schwerpunktes des zu transportierenden Gegenstandes 2 in Querrichtung wird durch die Verschiebbarkeit der Einhängelasche 3 entlang des Querträgers 4 erreicht.
Claims (4)
- Transportvorrichtung (1) zum Transportieren schwerer Gegenstände (2) bestehend aus einer Einhängelasche (3), einem Querträger (4) und zwei zueinander parallelen Längsträgern (6; 7), wobei die Einhängelasche (3) in einer entlang des Querträgers (4) variablen Position angeordnet ist und die Längsträger (6; 7) rechtwinklig zum Querträger (4) in einem veränderbaren Abstand (a2) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsträger (6; 7) zueinander in einem stufenlos veränderbaren Abstand (a1) reibschlüssig lösbar mit dem Querträger verbunden sind und daß die Längsträger (6; 7) jeweils annähernd über ihre gesamte Länge (l) durchgehende Langlöcher (23) aufweisen.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsträger (6; 7) mit dem Querträger (4) mittels jeweils einer Klemmverbindung (36), bestehend aus drei Tragplatten (37; 38; 39) und Gewindeschrauben (41), verbunden sind.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einhängelasche (3) zwischen zwei Tragleisten (11) mittels Gewindeschrauben (9) formschlüssig befestigt ist, und diese Tragleisten (11) wiederum mit dem Querträger (4) mittels Gewindeschrauben (12) und einer Tragplatte (13) verbunden sind.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsträger (6; 7) jeweils aus zwei mit den Grundflächen (27, 28) in einem Abstand (a3) gegenüberliegenden U-Profilen (24; 26), die über Distanzstücke (34) verbunden sind, gebildet werden.
