Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Schwenken einer changierenden Flachkanne (5) an einer Faserband (FB) abliefernden Textilmaschine, wobei eine verfahrbare Changiervorrichtung (11) angeordnet ist, die Flachkanne (5) zwischen den Greiferplatten (8) der Changiervorrichtung (11) anordenbar ist, die Greiferplatten (8) quer zum Changierweg schwenkbar sind und eine Schwenkvorrichtung (15) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkvorrichtung (15) in Bezug auf die Flachkanne (5) in Höhe des oberen Kannenbereiches (19) angeordnet ist, wobei die Schwenkvorrichtung (15) als Arbeitsmittel Schwenkgeber (13, 14) hat, die beidseitig in unmittelbarer Nähe des oberen Kannenbereiches (19) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkgeber (13, 14) an der Unterseite eines Maschinentisches (4) einander gegenüberliegend bezüglich eines Drehtellers (2) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder beiden der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkgeber (13, 14) jeweils als Rolle (23) ausgebildet ist, die an der Unterseite des Maschinentisches (4) mit jeweils einer exzentrischen Achse (27) verbunden ist, die über einen Verstellhebel (24) drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellhebel (24) im Eingriff steht mit einer Kolbenstange (30) eines steuerbaren Zylinders (26).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinder (26) mittels Verbindungsleitungen (103, 104) mit einer Steuervorrichtung (100) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelfläche (230) einer Rolle (23) gegenüber dem Grundkörper (231) der Rolle (23) drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Exzentrizität der Rolle (23) zur Achse (27) durch einstellbares Verschieben im Langloch (106) der Rolle (23) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Schwenken einer changierenden Flachkanne (5) an einer Faserband (FB) abliefernden Textilmaschine, wobei eine verfahrbare Changiervorrichtung (11) angeordnet ist, die Flachkanne (5) zwischen den Greiferplatten (8) der Changiervorrichtung (11) angeordenbar ist, die Greiferplatten (8) quer zum Changierweg schwenkbar sind und eine Schwenkvorrichtung (15) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkvorrichtung (15) in Bezug auf die Flachkanne (5) in Höhe des unteren Kannenbereiches angeordnet ist, wobei die Schwenkvorrichtung (15) als Arbeitsmittel Schwenkgeber (13, 14) hat, die beidseitig in Nähe des unteren kannenbereiches angeordnet sind.
