Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mast according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a mast with two scaffolding masts is known, a rack being provided on the scaffolding masts, which meshes with a motor-driven gear.
  • the gear wheel is arranged on a work platform, so that this work platform can be adjusted in height along the scaffolding mast by means of the driven gear wheel. It is also possible in this way to adjust the height of a working bridge between two masts by means of gears and gear drives assigned to the individual masts.
  • the mast is built up in shots by placing the masts in shots by hand.
  • a scaffold for repair work on facades and eaves which has a walkable scaffold bridge between two mobile masts, the scaffold bridge at work height on rails or trusses attached there can be moved towards the facade.
  • DE-OS 31 14 602 describes a device for work scaffolding with a lifting and lowering work platform with associated safety device.
  • the work platform is arranged between four recessed guide rails and connected to the guide rails on both sides by a lifting mechanism and a suspension.
  • a support bar is arranged on both sides of the work platform, with the help of which the work platform is placed on the scaffolding towers.
  • Drop pawls are arranged on the support bar, which prevents the working platform from falling by snapping into the recesses in the guide rails when the chain of the lifting mechanism breaks.
  • the aerial work platform with a height-adjustable work platform connected to a frame has a work platform with at least two cross beams which are arranged at a distance from one another and can be connected to one another by longitudinal beams and which are provided with guide members via which the cross beams are each adjustable in height on or in a stand.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a mast of the type mentioned in such a way that the scaffold builds up and dismantles itself by the scaffold's own facilities, so that comparatively few operators are required to build a relatively large scaffold.
  • the mast it should be possible with the mast that, in the case of a mast with a multiplicity of scaffold masts arranged next to one another, at least one driving platform, or else several driving platforms, can be moved independently of one another along the scaffolding masts.
  • a lifting scaffold is reached which can be assembled by a few people, in particular with the aid of the scaffold mast transport device coupled to the carriage, in that the carriage transports the individual scaffolding parts, in particular the scaffolding masts, in shots upwards along the scaffolding masts already attached to the facade.
  • no auxiliary equipment such as a crane or the like, is required to assemble and disassemble the scaffold.
  • the scaffold mast has two support profiles with racks.
  • the carriage is equipped with couplings in such a way that it can take on additional functions such as crane replacement, personnel lift, material lift and the like.
  • One of the devices that can be coupled to the slide is expediently a scaffold mast transport device. - It is therefore possible to use the sled along additional scaffolding masts along partially erected scaffolding masts to be transported upwards to further assemble the scaffold or vice versa to transport scaffold mast sections from top to bottom when dismantling the mast.
  • One of the devices that can be coupled to the slide can also be expediently designed as a personnel and / or material lift. - This allows people to drive or climb the scaffold when the scaffold is finished and it is also possible to transport the materials and tools required for the work to be carried out.
  • the personnel and / or material lift is expediently pivotable on both sides around the scaffolding mast towards the facade.
  • one of the devices that can be coupled to the sled is a crane. - This makes it possible to unload materials from the mast itself from trucks and the like, without the need for an additional crane or truck crane.
  • the length of the driving platform can advantageously be freely determined between the scaffolding masts.
  • an elevator platform railing facing the facade is to be used to expand the stage floor towards the facade.
  • An electric or electrohydraulic drive for the gearwheels is expediently provided on the slide.
  • the mast can be designed so that the driving platforms have electrical or electro-hydraulic drives for driving the gear wheels.
  • At least one gear wheel may be provided to prevent the carriage and the platform from falling, or to be equipped with a device for this purpose.
  • the first driving platform can be inserted between the scaffolding masts and, to put on the next scaffolding mast shot, move up to the upper end of the scaffolding masts that are already standing.
  • a fitter traveling in the driving platform is able to attach the next raised scaffold mast shot to the already standing scaffold mast and to the facade. After at least two scaffolding mast shots have been added, the fitter can use the platform to drive to the end point of the scaffolding masts that were previously raised and wait for the next scaffolding mast shot to be raised there for further extension. With an additional fitter for picking up the mast parts on the floor or on the platform, two fitter are therefore sufficient to quickly cover large facade areas with mobile scaffolding.
  • stage floor is created by folding the railing on the facade side of the driving platform towards the stage floor, which fills the space between the facade and the stage.
  • any number of lifting platforms can be moved independently of one another along the scaffolding masts between the individual scaffolding masts.
  • the driving platforms Via the pantographs on the scaffolding mast, the driving platforms can be equipped with electricity for the tools of the fitters.
  • the length of the platform between the masts is freely selectable via individually connected stage segments. This makes it possible that adjacent lifts do not interfere with their height adjustment. This means that neighboring lifts can overtake or encounter each other.
  • Each of the scaffold bays formed by two neighboring scaffolding masts is completely independent of the scaffold bays adjacent to it with regard to the height adjustment of the driving platforms.
  • the slide can be equipped with additional functions by means of several interchangeable modules, for example a crane boom, which can transport large and heavy components to the roof similar to an otherwise usual construction crane when a scaffolding mast extends above the roof, or one Passenger and / or material lift, which can not only move fitters and material between the individual driving platforms onto the roof, but can also be swung into the building or into the building through the openings in the building.
  • a crane boom which can transport large and heavy components to the roof similar to an otherwise usual construction crane when a scaffolding mast extends above the roof
  • Passenger and / or material lift which can not only move fitters and material between the individual driving platforms onto the roof, but can also be swung into the building or into the building through the openings in the building.
  • a scaffold mast can be connected, for example, to a slide with a crane module and to any number of slides with lift modules, which can be moved independently of one another.
