Description
Claims (11)
- Kontaktsystem für einen Hochspannungsleistungsschalter, mit einem festen (16) und einem beweglichen Kontaktstück und mit einem mit dem vorzugsweise als Schaltrohr (17) ausgebildeten beweglichen Kontaktstück verbundenen Blaszylindersystem (33), wobei das Kontaktstück federbelastete Kontaktfinger (27 bis 29) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfinger (27 bis 29) in einen Käfig (26) eingesetzt sind, an dessen kontaktberührungsstellenseitigen Ende wenigstens ein Abbrandkontaktstück (24) aus einem hochabbrandfesten Material befestigt ist.
- Kontaktsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material Graphit ist.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Käfig (26) radial außen durch zwei ineinandergepaßte zylindrische metallische Hüllkörpern (20, 21) begrenzt ist, deren Enden radial nach innen abgebördelt sind und zwischen sich federnd das Abbrandkontaktstück (24) festhalten.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfinger (27 bis 29) fliegend in dem radial nach innen durch das freie Schaltrohrende (19) begrenzten Käfig (26) gelagert sind, wobei die Kontaktfinger (27 bis 29) mittels je einer Blattfeder (31), die sich an dem inneren Hüllkörper (20) abstützt, soweit radial nach innen gedrückt sind, daß ihre Kontaktberührungsflächen (29) im Ausschaltzustand sich innerhalb des durch den Außenumfang des festen Kontaktstückes (16) gebildeten Zylinders befinden und im Einschaltzustand gegen das feste Kontaktstück (16) gedrückt sind.
- Kontaktsystem, insbesondere nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktanordnung innerhalb eines geschlossenen Kunststoffgehäuses (10) untergebracht ist, an dessen Innenfläche ein Abschirmtopf (13, 14, 15) befestigt ist, dessen Topfboden (15) zur Halterung des festen Kontaktstückes (16) dient und der die Kontaktanordnung übergreift.
- Kontaktsystem nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem beweglichen Schaltrohr (17) am Außenumfang des Kolbens (18) Kontaktblattfedern (35) fest verbunden sind, die im Einschaltzustand gegen die Innenfläche des Abschirmtopfes (13 bis 15) anliegen, wobei die Länge des Abschirmtopfes (13 bis 15) so bemessen ist, daß beim Ausschaltvorgang die Kontaktblattfedern (35) vom Abschirmtopf (13 bis 15) freikommen, bevor sich das bewegliche Schaltrohr (17) über die Kontaktfinger 27 und das feste Kontaktstück (16) getrennt haben.
- Kontaktsystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktblattfedern (35) etwa auf einem Zylinder liegen und sich von der Befestigungsstelle in Richtung zum Abschirmtopfboden (15) erstrecken.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am freien Ende des Abschirmtopfes (13 bis 15) an seiner Innenfläche Fixkontaktstücke vorgesehen sind, die mit den Kontaktblattfedern (35) zusammenwirken.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hüllkörper (20, 21) aus unmagnetischem Stahl bestehen.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hüllkörper (20, 21) in dem dem Bördelrand entgegengesetzt liegenden Bereich miteinander verbunden, vorzugsweise verschweißt sind, so daß die freien Bördelrandenden (22, 23) geringfügig auffedern können, um das Abbrandkontaktstück (24) zu fixieren.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Kontaktfinger (27) einen axialen Vorsprung (32) aufweist, der hintern einen axialen Rücksprung (31) am Bördelrand (22) des inneren Hüllkörpers (20) greift.
