Claims (10)
- Rührwerkskugelmühle zum Behandeln von fließfähigem Mahlgut, bestehend aus einem Mahlbehälter, der als horizontal geteiltes Gehäuse (2a, 2b) ein im Mahlbehälter drehbar angeordnetes Rührwerk (1) umfassend, flach ausgebildet ist und mit den benachbarten Gehäusewänden einen oberen und einen unteren Mahlraum (8a, 8b) bildet, daß diese Mahlräume am Außenumfang des Rührwerks (1) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Oberfläche des Rührwerks (1) mit den benachbarten Gehäusewänden mindestens eine Mahlzone bildet, die vom Mahlgut und von Mahlkörpern durchströmt wird, einem Mahlguteinlaß (17) am Mahlbehälter, über den Mahlgut der Mahlzone zugeführt wird, einem ein Trennorgan (15) aufweisenden zentrischen Trennraum (14, 14'), der sich an das Ende der Mahlzone anschließt und einer Verbindung zwischen dem Ende und dem Anfang der Mahlzone, wobei ein erster Mahlgutteilstrom in den Trennraum (14) und ein weiterer Mahlgutteilstrom zusammen mit den Mahlkörpern zum Anfang der Mahlzone gelangt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rührwerk (1) ringscheibenförmig ausgebildet ist und mit den benachbarten Gehäusewänden einen oberen und einen unteren ringscheibenförmigen Mahlraum (8a, 8b) bildet, an den Innenbereich des unteren Mahlraums (8b) radial nach innen sich eine Umlenkzone (11) anschließt, in welcher das Mahlgut mit den Mahlkörpern von der Ebene des unteren Mahlraums (8b) in die Ebene des oberen Mahlraums (8a) umgelenkt wird und von der Verbindung zwischen der Umlenkzone (11) und dem oberen Mahlraum (8a) ein Abzweigkanal (13, 13') für den ersten Mahlgutteilstrom zum Trennraum (14, 14') führt, der unter einem Winkel von weniger als 90° radial nach innen verläuft.
- Rührwerkskugelmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abzweigkanal (13, 13') unter einem spitzen Winkel radial nach innen verläuft.
- Rührwerkskugelmühle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Strömungsrichtung des weiteren Mahlgutteilstroms gesehen nach der Mündung des Abzweigkanals (13, 13') und vor dem Innenbereich des oberen Mahlraums (8a) eine Mahlkörperfördereinrichtung (33) angeordnet ist.
- Rührwerkskugelmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen dem oberen und unteren Mahlraum (8a, 8b) am Außenumfang des Rührwerks (1) als weiterer Mahlraum ausgebildet ist.
- Rührwerkskugelmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen dem oberen und unteren Mahlraum (8a, 8b) am Außenumfang des Rührwerks (1) als weitere Umlenkzone (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Rührwerkskugelmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rührwerk (1) von einem Verbindungsflansch (7) getragen wird, der eine kegelstumpfförmige Innenseite aufweist, an die sich ein kreiszylindrischer Trennraum (14, 14') anschließt, benachbart zur kegelstumpfförmigen Innenseite die kegelstumpfförmige Außenseite eines Stators (21) verläuft, zwischen Innen- und Außenseite der Abzweigkanal (13, 13') gebildet und das im Trennraum (14, 14') befindliche Trennorgan vom Stator (21) getragen wird.
- Rührwerkskugelmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rührwerk (1) von einem Verbindungsflansch (7) getragen wird, der außen kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet ist, ein Oberteil (19) des Gehäuses (2a, 2b) im Abstand dazu verläuft und im so gebildeten Spalt (18) ein Mahlguteinlaß (17) mündet.
- Rührwerkskugelmühle nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt (18) unten in den Innenbereich des oberen Mahlraums (8a) mündet.
- Rührwerkskugelmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennorgan ein Spaltsieb (15) ist.
- Rührwerkskugelmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennorgan ein drehangetriebenes Abweiserad (23) ist.
