Definitions
- the invention relates to a washing machine for fire hoses, between a hose inlet and a hose outlet opening at least one pair from both sides the hose path is arranged parallel to one another, brush rollers that can be driven to rotate contains a simultaneous performance of at least have two hoses allowing axial length.
- a washing machine of this type is for example from the earlier patent application DE-A-42 20 059.8 (published on 12/23/93) or DE-C-38 17 778 known.
- the distance can be adjusted change between the two brush rollers of each pair of rollers, so that the rigid in contrast to the hose material Couplings on the hose ends, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the actual hose is between can get through the brush rollers.
- the roller spacing is then always increased if the coupling piece of one of the hoses arrives at the pair of rollers. The at least one other The hose then remains unwashed at this point.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object to create a washing machine according to the preamble, the one continuous washing of everyone next to each other the washing machine continuous hoses, even if the coupling pieces of the different hoses are not get to the roller brushes at the same time.
- This object is achieved in that at least one of the brush rollers in the axial direction independently from each other towards each other Brush roller or individual rollers movable away from it is divided, each assigned to a hose to be washed are.
- the individual rollers are expediently below theirs Dead weight and / or a spring force on the guided Hoses on such that the respective Hose including its couplings one Movement control for the their position automatically to the single roller that matches the current hose cross section.
- hoses 1,2 are made of flexible Material and point at both ends Coupling piece 5 or 6, which consists of metal and one has a substantially circular circumference.
- the hoses 1, 2 then pass through the washing machine 4, its housing on the one hand a hose inlet opening 7 and on the opposite Side has a hose outlet opening 8, wherein the two openings 7,8 in the embodiment by a half-height brush curtain 9 or 10 are closed.
- the hoses enter and exit on each side between the two half curtains, the two pulling the curtain 9 at the hose inlet opening 7 resulting half curtains inwards and the two half curtains of the exit-side curtain 10 after bend outside.
- the washing machine contains at least one pair on both sides the hose path 13 arranged parallel to each other Brush rollers 11, 12, the top and the Bottom of the hoses are assigned and by means of a Drive device during operation for a rotational movement are driven.
- the two brush rollers rotate 11.12 in opposite directions in the direction of the arrows and opposite at the point of the hoses running through to the hose flow direction 13.
- the brush rollers 11,12 attack the hoses and remove them the dirt from the outside. This is done by feeding Wash water in the washing machine, expediently it is provided that the washing machine opens into its interior Wash water outlet nozzles for under increased pressure or contains high-pressure washing water. 2 is such a water supply pipe 14 is indicated schematically, from which the wash water is arranged at a distance from each other Nozzle emerges.
- the washing machine 4 is set up so that its hose outlet opening 8 a care table 15 is adjacent.
- a Trolley 16 is arranged to be movable along the care table 15, so that with the help of the chassis 16 which from the Washing machine escaping hoses on the care table 15 to let go.
- the front coupling pieces 5 of the hoses in each case on one carried by the chassis 16 Coupling holder 17 suspended. Since the direction of travel 18 Chassis and thus the rectified direction of travel 13 the hoses of the direction of rotation of the brush rollers 11, 12 is opposite, the hoses from the brush rollers 11.12 tightened during washing.
- a particularly useful mode of operation is that after the initial insertion of the hoses into the washing machine and Hook the coupling pieces 5 into the coupling holder 17 Chassis 16 first moves to the washing machine 4 so that the by the coupling holders 17 held coupling pieces 5 of the Exit side come to and from the brush rollers 11,12 getting washed. Then the direction of travel of the Chassis 16 switched in the direction 18 so that the hoses all the way through the washing machine.
- This sequence of movements can be by means of a suitable control device automate for the chassis 16.
- the chassis 16 to the washing machine the hose in question or its Coupling piece is moved towards them by the rotating brush rollers
- a control panel 19 that controls the controls for the operation of the washing machine and the chassis.
- the brush rollers 11, 12 have one in the axial direction Length on that at least two hoses side by side at the same time can be passed through the washing machine.
- the exemplary embodiment is one is the simultaneous washing of two tubes permitting roller length.
- At least one of the brush rollers is at the appropriate Embodiment only in the vertical direction Brush roller 11 arranged at the top, independently in the axial direction from each other towards the other brush roller 12 divided individual rollers movable towards or away therefrom, which are each assigned to a hose to be washed.
- the lower brush roller 12 could also be in single rollers be divided or it could be with both brush rollers are independent single rolls.
- the other brush roller 12 is expediently not divided, being either fixed or total in similar to the individual rollers of the brush roller 11 movable can be arranged.
- each hose is independent roller distance variable from the other hoses, so it doesn't matter if hoses are different Cross-section can be washed at the same time or whether at one the hoses, for example, the end coupling piece got to the washing machine.
- the two brush rollers 11, 12 are located in their idle state, i.e. there are no hoses inserted.
- the bristles of the two brush rollers grip against it 3 somewhat into one another, as can be seen from FIG. 2. For reasons of illustration only, between left a small gap between the two brush rollers.
- Fig. 4 shows the situation in which the two hoses 1,2 with its flexible hose jacket through the washing machine to be pulled.
- the two individual brushes are located here 20, 21 practically at the same distance from the brush roller 12.
- the individual rollers 20, 21 can only under their own weight rest on the hoses passed through. Instead of this or in addition can on the individual rollers however also attack a spring force, so that the individual rollers correspondingly stronger or weaker pressed against the hoses will. In this way, the cleaning effect can be increased or there is a gentler hose treatment. In both cases and in the combined case it follows that the respective hose is a motion control for the their position automatically to the current hose cross-section matching single roller forms.
- This movement control in particular also enables the further Appropriate mode of operation mentioned above, in which the front Coupling piece is washed.
- the flexible hose material is relatively uneven. Accordingly, the individual rollers 20, 21 are practically permanent in motion, since they adapt to any unevenness in the hose adjusts. In this context it can be advantageous that the individual rollers by vibration dampers, in particular Gas springs are supported. 2 is one such Individual roller 20 associated gas spring 22 indicated.
- the individual rollers 20, 21 have a different axial Length on. In this way, hoses can be different Diameter can be washed, the length of the longer single roller to the largest possible hose cross section is adjusted. Of course, you could use both single rollers train with this length, but the washing machine would then build accordingly wider.
- the fixed or generally movable brush roller 12 thus has successive ones in the axial direction Sections, namely the two outer brush sections 25, 26, which each face a single roller 20 or 21, as well as that arranged between the outer brush sections and the portion forming the bristle ring 24.
- the bristle ring 24 is shown in FIG. 2 for the sake of clarity not shown. With regard to FIG. 2 is otherwise to add that the corresponding to Fig. 5 raised Position of the single roller 20 is indicated by dash-dotted lines.
- the movement with which the individual rollers 20,21 on the move other brush roller 12 towards or away from it expediently a pivoting movement.
- it is also a different movement, for example is a linear movement.
- each swivel bracket 27, 28 forms two holding arms 29, 30 and 31.32, respectively, over the end faces of the associated Grab single roller and store it.
- a particularly simple one Arrangement results from the fact that the swivel holder 27, 28th on a continuous, common to all swivel brackets Pivot axis 33 are mounted.
- the pivot axis 33 simultaneously form a drive shaft 34 or from one Drive shaft is penetrated, with this drive shaft the drive of the individual rollers 20, 21 for their rotational movement is derived.
- the one with the swivel axis 33 coinciding drive shaft 34 driven on one side only will.
- the various are driven Rolling in the following way:
- a motor located at the bottom of the washing machine housing 35 drives a belt pulley by means of a first belt drive 36 37, which in turn drives two further belt drives, namely the continuous brush roller 12 for its rotational movement driving belt drive 38 and another Belt drive 39, one of the drive shaft 34 of the individual rollers 20,21 upstream drive gear 40 drives.
- the drive gear 40 meshes with a follower gear 41, which is non-rotatable is connected to the drive shaft 34.
- the continuous Drive shaft 34 in turn drives in the area of each swivel holder 27 or 28 one of the relevant individual rollers 20 or 21 assigned belt drive 42 or 43, via which the relevant Single roller is driven to its rotational movement.
- the two belt drives each assigned to a single roller 42,43 are located on the opposite end faces of the two swivel holders 27, 28.
- the motor-side drive parts can be the brush rollers containing washing room of the washing machine through a partition be divided.
- the initial insertion of the hoses into the washing machine can be facilitated by one of the brush rollers, in the embodiment that in the individual rollers 20,21 divided brush roller 11, on a machine housing upper part 44 is arranged that from its operating position from the lower part of the machine housing containing the other brush roller 45 away in a housing open position (Fig. 6) is transferable.
- the machine housing upper part 44 about a pivot axis 46 can be swiveled up on one of the brush roller end faces facing housing sides is arranged, i.e. the articulation axis 46 is perpendicular to the axial directions the brush rollers.
- the top 44 can be folded up further than shown in FIG. 6.
- the housing In the open position, the housing is then open, so that the Hoses can be placed on the lower brush roller 12.
- the insertion of the hoses could also be so done by hand through the hose inlet 7 is stuck between the brush rollers by hand leads to the outlet opening 8. This procedure too would not pose any particular difficulties since the individual rollers 20,21 because of their pivotable storage can dodge.
- the drive contains the upper part of the machine housing 44 arranged and its pivoting movement Brush roller 11, the embodiment of the two Single rollers 20,21 is formed by means of a lower part on the machine housing 45 arranged drive gear - it is the drive gear 40 - and one arranged on the machine housing upper part 44
- Follower gear - this is the one already mentioned Follower gear 41 - takes place, the two gears in comb the operating position of the upper part 44 and are disengaged in the housing open position.
- the drive gear 40 is thus stationary on the lower part 45 and the follower gear 41 is arranged stationary on the upper part 44, wherein both gears in the area of the dividing line between the Lower part 45 and the upper part 44 are located.
- both gears in the area of the dividing line between the Lower part 45 and the upper part 44 are located.
- the interior of the washing machine containing the brush rollers 10, 12 in which the washing process takes place is down delimited by a floor plate 47 indicated in FIG provided with openings 48 for the drainage of the washing water is.
- This bottom plate 47 is approximately at the level of the lower one Edge of the hose outlet opening 8.
- the base plate 47 forms a base for the coupling piece 6, which is therefore not in the washing machine housing can fall down.
- pivotable arrangement of the individual rollers 20, 21 is to be added that the pivot axis 33 with reference to the individual rollers of the hose inlet opening 7 facing and is arranged above the individual rollers, so that the holding arms 29, 30, 31, 32, starting from the individual rollers, extend obliquely upwards towards the inlet opening 7.
- the belt drives 42, 43 assigned to the individual rollers extend along the holding arms.
- the continuous brush roller 12 can on similar arms 12 sit, extending from the brush roller 12 to the inlet opening 7 extend. You can also see for the continuous Brush roller 12, i.e. in the embodiment for their holding arms 51,52, a swivel bearing in front, one would have this brush roller arrangement resiliently support them on the spot while holding against the hoses from below.
