Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for attachment an additional reinforcement on a reinforced concrete component of a building to be renovated, in which the Attachment with continued use of the structure takes place, in which the concrete component first machined with a high pressure water jet is where the additional reinforcement reinforcing steel with a rough surface and with the concrete component Distance from this is set, and at Reinforcing steel additional reinforcement with concrete mass on Concrete component is embedded.
- An object of the invention is therefore a method to create the type mentioned at which is achievable with the additional reinforcement Strengthening or increasing the load-bearing capacity of the Concrete component is enlarged.
- the invention The method solves this problem, the characteristics of claim 1.
- the structure and the concrete component remain during the attachment of the additional reinforcement is functional, i.e. in use.
- the additional reinforcement reinforcing steel is also easy by embedding protected against fire and corrosion. Filling up the groove is made using techniques known per se, by from concrete mass injected below or from the side becomes.
- the groove is not mechanical, e.g. by means of of a chisel that violate the armouring could.
- the reinforcement of the concrete component is e.g. also a prestressing armature, which tendons and includes ropes.
- the groove is relatively narrow and only to accommodate a single additional reinforcement or of only two additional reinforcements in cross section suitable. The groove extends to a depth the concrete component in which the reinforcement runs, but without more than just small areas of reinforcement to expose.
- Bond rigidity and bending capacity of the invention supplemented concrete component correspond to those of a monolithically manufactured concrete component. It becomes a tensile zone of the concrete component with the additional reinforcement provided and thereby the load capacity of the concrete component improved.
- the surface of the Reinforcing steel of the additional reinforcement is common Way ripped.
- the reinforcement of the concrete component shows two adjacent longitudinal reinforcement links.
- the groove is created so that it between the two adjacent longitudinal reinforcement members runs and essentially over the Distance from these.
- the embedding the longitudinal reinforcement members is therefore essentially not damaged or broken.
- Longitudinal reinforcement links are due to the grooving exposed in certain areas if the position of the Longitudinal reinforcing member is not correct, i.e. if the longitudinal reinforcement link is not sufficient runs parallel to the groove.
- the reinforcement of the concrete component shows transverse reinforcement bracket.
- the groove is created so that it and the reinforcement bracket cross each other. So they are exposed Reinforcement areas from the reinforcement bracket educated.
- the groove is generated so that the It is only deeper than the exposed areas the reinforcement bracket, and if the reinforcement steel additional reinforcement between the groove bottom and the Reinforcement bar is pushed.
- the consolidation or load-bearing capacity of the Concrete component further increased.
- the additional reinforcement may change when the do not move the embedding concrete mass into the groove, since such a movement is the desired consolidation prevents.
- the additional reinforcing steel is therefore fixed using a binding wire, e.g. on the exposed crossbar areas. It is also possible to form quick cement blocks in the groove and fix it in these tie wires. This is one simple measure to use the additional reinforcement Distance from the bottom of the groove and against movement when inserting the concrete mass secured when there are no reinforcement brackets in the groove.
- the cross section of the groove is e.g. rectangular. Especially however, it is expedient and advantageous if the groove is created so that it has a trapezoidal cross section with the narrower side at the bottom of the groove having. This facilitates the introduction of the embedding concrete mass.
- the supporting structure of a Bridge is. So it will be the bridge superstructure and not the post of the bridge solidified.
- the reinforcement usually of longitudinal reinforcement and transverse Reinforcement brackets formed.
- a device processing the concrete component is provided, the one high pressure water generator and one orbiting spray nozzle connected to it, which emits the high pressure water jet. It is conceivable to hold this spray nozzle by hand and along to move the concrete component. Like attempts no groove can be created in this way, those in the longitudinal direction and in cross section is designed to be satisfactorily accurate.
- the spray of water moves e.g. straightforward forward.
- the spray nozzle gives the high pressure water jet circling. This enables the material-removing effect of the high pressure water jet across the groove width and facilitates the Generation in a straight line, free of breakouts Groove walls.
- the covers in connection with the circling water jet simplify and improve production an escape-free groove.
- the one that shines continuous spiral circular path is on both Side stripes covered opposite the concrete component, whereby the generated groove depth over the Width of the groove is evened out.
- the high pressure water jet is e.g. with a print of 1000 bar and a water volume of 240 liters / min submitted.
- the groove depth depends on how as long as the beam works in one place, i.e. how the driving speed of the car is great. That's why the controllability of the travel drive is important.
- the circling and also sloping High pressure water jet also works behind or under reinforcement bars of the reinforcement and is in Circular speed, pressure and amount of water a grooving process kept constant.
- one not shown Bridge a concrete component 1 on the bottom is to be reinforced and in the bottom a reinforcement 2 is provided, which consists of longitudinal reinforcement members 3 and reinforcement brackets 4, that cross each other and with not shown Binding wires are connected together. Between two neighboring, parallel to each other and spaced longitudinal reinforcing members 3 is at the bottom of the Concrete component 1 creates a groove 5, the bottom of the groove 6 is lower in the concrete component than the reinforcement 2 and the groove walls 7 each have a clear one Distance from the adjacent longitudinal reinforcing member 3 exhibit.
- the reinforcement bracket 4 cross the groove 5 freely and have so-called exposed areas 9 in the groove on.
- a single reinforcing steel additional reinforcement 10 provided, which behind the exposed areas 9 of the reinforcement bracket 4 is pushed and on this by a binding wire 11 is set.
- the groove 5 is with concrete mass 12 filled, which has hardened, the additional reinforcement 10 encloses all around and with the groove base 6 and the two groove walls 7 holding connected is.
- the one used to attach this additional reinforcement Device includes various not shown Units and a device 13 for generating the groove.
- a straight rail-like device belongs to the device 13 Guide 14 to the bottom of the concrete component 1 is created, and on this immediately by Dowel 15 is attached.
- the guide 14 instructs toothed tracks on both long sides, in which toothed rollers 16 grip, through which the rest of the device 13 is suspended.
- the casters 16 are part of a carriage 17, which is not shown Gearbox takes over which the rollers can be driven by a drive 18. Of the Drive 18 is carried by the carriage 17, is over a Trailing cable 19 is powered and is for the purpose Control the drive speed with one Control device 20 provided via a Trailing cable 21 can be actuated.
- a frame 22 is provided on the carriage 17 protrudes laterally and carries a rotary drive 23 a nozzle head 24 is provided, which with a eccentrically arranged spray nozzle 25 provided that is due to the rotation of the nozzle head 24 makes a circular motion.
- the nozzle head 24 is with its central longitudinal axis inclined towards generating groove 5 arranged so that a High pressure water jet, not shown, leaving the spray nozzle 25 is also inclined.
- Power is supplied and the nozzle head 24 is via a Drag hose 27 high pressure water supplied, the from a high pressure water generator, not shown comes from.
- the carriage 20 also carries a frame 28, which forms two side cover pieces 29 which have a distance from each other that is equal to Width of the groove 5 to be generated is and immediately is located under the groove to be created.
- the frame 28 is between the concrete component 1 and the spray nozzle 24 and the cover pieces 29 move with the spray nozzle.
