Claims (6)
- Broyeur comportant un bâti (16), une cuve (18) sans fond supportée par un châssis (20) mobile par rapport au bâti, un cône (10) placé à l'intérieur de la cuve et des moyens (24) aptes à communiquer à la cuve des vibrations ou oscillations circulaires et approximativement horizontales, caractérisé en ce que le cône (10) est monte sur le bâti (16) de façon à pouvoir tourner librement autour de son axe (12) et est équipé de moyens (28) pour mesurer la vitesse de rotation du cône autour de son axe, en liaison avec des moyens (32) de réglage de la fréquence et/ou de l'amplitude des vibrations ou oscillations de la cuve.
- Broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les mouvements de la cuve (18) sont engendrés par des vibrateurs (24) montés sur ledit châssis (20).
- Broyeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'un système de réglage (26) de la position en hauteur du cône par rapport à la cuve.
- Procédé de réglage d'un broyeur selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, consistant à mesurer la vitesse de rotation du cône (10) autour de son axe (12), à déterminer l'épaisseur minimale de la couche de matières dans le plan de sorte (34) des matières broyées à partir de la valeur mesurée de la vitesse de rotation du cône et de la largeur de la fente annulaire existant dans ce plan entre le cône et la cuve (18) quand le broyeur est au repos, et à régler la fréquence et/ou l'amplitude des vibrations ou oscillations de la cuve pour maintenir l'épaisseur minimale de la couche de matières à une valeur de consigne.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérise en ce que l'on règle la position en hauteur du cône (10) par rapport à la cuve (18) pour maintenir l'épaisseur minimale de la couche de matières à la valeur de consigne.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on détermine l'usure des surfaces actives de la cuve (18) et du cône (10) à partir des variations de la vitesse de rotation du cône autour de son axe pour des réglages donnés de la fréquence et de l'amplitude des vibrations ou oscillations et de la largeur de la fente de sortie.
