Claims (24)
- Anschlußvorrichtung für einen Warmwasser-Heizkörper, mit zwei im Bereich einer einmauerbaren Anschlußdose (2) angeordneten Heizkörperanschlüssen (3), wobei die Anschlußdose (2) an der dem Heizkörper (9) zugewandten Vorderseite einen geschlossenen Deckel (5a, 5b)aufweist und die beiden Heizkörperanschlüsse (3) unter dem Deckel (5a, 5b) im Inneren der Anschlußdose (2) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (5a, 5b) zumindest im Bereich der Heizkörperanschlüsse (3) zum Zugriff auf die darunterliegenden Heizkörperanschlüsse (3) aus, einem mittels eines Handwerkzeuges einschlagbaren, zerbrechlicheN Material besteht.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (5a, 5b) zumindest im Bereich der Heizkörperanschlüsse (3) aus geschäumtem Polystyrol oder dgl. besteht.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Abdeckung (12), die in ihren Abmessungen vorzugsweise über die Abmessungen des die Heizkörperanschlüsse (3) abdeckenden Deckels bzw. Deckelbereiches (5a) hinausgeht und die nach Entfernung dieses Deckels bzw. Deckelbereiches (5a) mit der Anschlußdose (2) verbindbar ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (12) die Anschlußdose (2) bis auf zwei Austrittsöffnungen (20, 21) für zum Heizkörper (9) führende Anschlußleitungen (10) vollständig verschließt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung zwei seitliche Aussparungen (20, 21) aufweist, die bei montierter Abdeckung (12) die Austrittsöffnungen bilden.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnungen (20,21) der Abdeckung (12) zur Herausführung der Anschlußleitungen (10) Öffnungen in eine Richtung schräg zur Abdeckungsfläche aufweisen.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparungen zumindest teilweise von einer kuppenartigen Erhöhung überdeckt sind.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (12) aus Kunststoff besteht und über den Bereich der Heizkörperanschlüsse (3) weiter nach unten reicht, wobei in diesem unteren Bereich mehrere horizontal verlaufende Sollbruchstellen (24) in der Abdeckung (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Anschlußdose (2), vorzugsweise einstückig, von den Heizkörperanschlüssen (3) nach unten fortsetzt und dort die zu den Heizkörperanschlüssen (3) führenden Vor- und Rücklaufleitungen (6) aufnimmt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die Anschlußdose (2) und der Deckel (5b) im Bereich der Vor- und Rücklaufleitungen (6) halbkreisförmige Ausnehmungen (15') aufweisen, die die Vor- und Rücklaufleitungen (6) bei montiertem Deckel (5b) insgesamt vollständig umgeben.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (5a, 5b) zumindest zwei Bereiche aufweist, die über eine Sollbruchstelle (17) miteinander verbunden sind, oder aus mindestens zwei gesonderten Teilen gebildet ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Deckelbereich (5b) dicker ausgebildet ist und sich auch an vom Umfangsrand entfernten Stellen an der Anschlußdose (2) abstützt, während der andere Deckelbereich (5a) dünner ausgebildet ist und nur am Umfangsrand (16) unter Bildung eines Hohlraumes (14) auf der Anschlußdose (2) anliegt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußdose (2) hauptsächlich aus wärmedämmendem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus geschäumtem Polystyrol oder dgl. besteht.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußdose ein Halteteil (19), vorzugsweise ein Flacheisen, zur lagesicheren Montage der Heizkörperanschlüsse (3) in der Anschlußdose (2) aufweist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteteil (19) die Außenwand der Anschlußdose (2) überragt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Sonderdeckel(teil) (32) z.B. als Fliesenschablone vorgesehen ist, der die Anschlußdose (2) im Bereich der Heizkörperanschlüsse (3) verschließt und über die Vorderfläche der Anschlußdose (2) vorsteht.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sonderdeckel(teil) (32) zwei seitliche Vorsprünge (33) aufweist, die über die Anschlußdose (2) hinausreichen.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Heizkörperanschlüsse als gemeinsames Anschlußteil (25) ausgebildet sind, welches zwei Anschlüsse (26) für die Vor- und Rücklaufleitungen aufweist und als Baueinheit in der Anschlußdose (2) angeordnet ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußteil (25) zumindest ein Absperrventil (28) zum Absperren der beiden Heizkörperanschlüsse (3) aufweist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußteil (25) eine Kurzschlußverbindung (29) zwischen Vor- und Rücklaufleitung aufweist, die auch bei geschlossenem Heizkörperventil (11) oder geschlossenen Absperrventilen (28) eine Strömung von der Vorlauf- zur Rücklaufleitung erlaubt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine verstellbare Drossel (30) vorgesehen ist, mit der der wirksame Durchtrittsquerschnitt zwischen Vorlauf- und Rücklaufleitung veränderbar ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizkörperanschlüsse (3), welche vorzugsweise an ihrem Ende ein Anschlußgewinde aufweisen, verstellbar, vorzugsweise verschwenkbar, am Anschlußteil (25) gelagert sind.
- Verfahren zum Anschließen eines Warmwasserheizkörpers, mit zwei im Bereich einer einmauerbaren Anschlußdose (2) angeordneten Heizkörperanschlüssen (3), wobei die Anschlußdose (2) an der dem Heizkörper (9) zugewandten Vorderseite einen geschlossenen Deckel (5a, 5b) aufweist und die beiden Heizkörperanschlüsse (3) unter dem Deckel (5a, 5b) im Inneren der Anschlußdose (2) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem geschlossenen Deckel (5a, 5b) versehene Anschlußdose (2) vollständig eingeputzt wird und daß zum Zugriff auf die unter dem Deckel (5a, 5b) liegenden Heizkörperanschlüsse (3) der Deckel (5a, 5b) samt der darüberliegenden Putzschicht eingeschlagen wird und zerbricht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur an einem Teil der Anschlußdosen (2) Heizkörper (9) angeschlossen werden, während die restliche(n) Anschlußdose(n) (2) mit geschlossenem Deckel (5a, 5b) eingeputzt bleibt (bleiben).
