Definitions
- the invention relates to a component according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a connection device or a component for guiding lines in the Area of connecting radiators (DE-U-94 12 853).
- the well-known component consists essentially of a curved piece of pipe made of plastic and from an open plastic one with a lid lockable housing. This closes on a peripheral wall of the housing Pipe section.
- the known component is with its pipe section and with the housing mounted in a wall in the area of the radiator connection, and in such a way that the open end of the pipe section located away from the housing is itself is below the level of the building or room floor and the housing with its open side aligned with the level of the building wall where the Radiator connection should be provided.
- Through the pipe section and through the Inside the housing are both connecting pipes for the radiator flow and - return installed. After laying these pipes and after the position of the Radiator connection, the housing is closed by the cover.
- a component for guiding lines in the area of Connection of radiators (DE-U-295 05 443), in which in a cuboid Block a channel is formed, which is both an upper at a front of the block and also has a lower opening and through which at least one piece of pipe for Connecting a radiator is passed.
- a module module for laying cables in is also known Building walls (DE 40 17 889 A1), essentially consisting of a housing, in the input and output couplings for connecting lines are provided.
- the object of the invention is a component for guiding pipes in the area the connection of a heating or to be provided on a building wall Show sanitary element, which with simplified installation in the building wall also a simplified subsequent laying of the pipeline through this component allows.
- sanitary element is in particular a Understand element for the water supply and sanitary area, for example Valves and shut-off valves for hot water supply (cold and Hot water supply), mixer taps, boilers etc.
- heating element includes, in particular, radiators, however to understand other functional elements of a heating system, for example Pipe distributor etc.
- connection element according to the invention is particularly suitable for connection of radiators.
- the curved piece of pipe is in the block or cuboid component body from a corrugated auxiliary tube, for example Surround plastic, which is integrated into the material of the component body.
- the inner cross section of the auxiliary pipe is larger than the outer cross section of the curved one Pipe piece, so that the latter in turn to compensate for tolerances when Connection of the heating or to be installed on the wall of the building Sanitary element, especially the radiator is freely movable.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 show exemplary embodiments, each using the example of a connection element for radiators.
- the figures each show a partial section through a in a simplified representation Building.
- FIG 1 which shows no embodiment of the invention, 1 is a floor ceiling a building, for example a residential and / or office building and 2 the Exterior wall.
- a radiator 3 is in the usual way via a supply and return connected to the central hot water heating system.
- FIG 1 there is only one reproduced these two lines 4, for example the heating pipe for the return.
- the heating pipes 4 forming the flow and return are for example plastic pipes and in the usual way in the insulating layer 5 of the Ceiling 1 installed, below the screed 6 and thus below the Levels of the room floor.
- the respective heating tube 4 is brought up to the radiator 3 via a block or cuboid component body 7, which in the outer wall 2 on the inside in the area of the lower corner between the building ceiling 1 and the outer wall 2 is used.
- the component body 7 has one both ends open, curved channel 8, an opening 8 'in the lower part of the Block 7 and its other opening 8 "in the upper part of the block in such a way it is provided that both openings are located on a common side of block 7 is located, which faces the inside of the building when block 7 is installed, and in such a way that the lower opening 8 'is level with that in the insulating layer 6 laid part of the heating pipe 4 near the bottom 9 of the block 7 located and the upper opening 8 'immediately below the level of the bottom of the radiator 3 and below the top 10 of the block.
- the channel 8 is shaped so that it is in the area between the two Openings 8 'and 8 "in which enclose the axes of these two openings Plane perpendicular to the front of the component body 7 has a cross section, which is much larger than the cross section of the openings 8 'and 8 "and also is significantly larger than that through the component body 7 or the channel 8 there rigid pipe section 11 which is passed through it in the manner of a jumper Radiator 3 to the line 4 laid in the building ceiling by means of a Connector 12 is connected. Due to the cross section of the Channel 8, on the one hand, the curved rigid tube piece 11 is easily insertable.
- the curved one Pipe piece 11 can also be formed from the heating pipe 4, i.e. in one piece with this tube 4 be made so that the connection 12 is omitted.
- the component body 7 consists of a heat-insulating material, for example Rigid foam, expanded concrete or made of foamed glass and has a size that the Dimensions or the grid size of conventional bricks or one Corresponds to multiples of this.
- the component body 7 it is possible for the component body 7 to have a plurality of channels 8 next to one another has, namely a channel for the lead and a channel for the Return.
- a curved rigid tube piece 11 is then provided in each channel.
- These consist of metal, for example copper or stainless steel.
- FIG. 2 shows a component body 7a, which is different from the component body 7 distinguishes that the pipe section 11 passed through the component body 7a from a finned tube 13 is surrounded, in such a way that the pipe section 11 in this Finned tube 13 to compensate for tolerances when connecting the radiator 3 is mobile.
- the pipe section 11 While in the component body 7, the pipe section 11 subsequently, i.e. after Production of the component body 7 e.g. can be introduced at the construction site is the Component body 7a pre-assembled with the pipe section 11, i.e. on the pipe section 11 is the finned tube 13 is pushed on and then in the manufacture of the component body 7a in molded this.
- composite pipes include flexible Pipes of metal and plastic.
- connection blocks 7 and 7a The advantage of the described radiator connections using an or Several connection blocks 7 and 7a is that the heating pipes 4 in can be laid in the usual way in the insulating layer, and that it is not is necessary, the actual connection to the radiator 3 thereby realize that the heating pipe in question is free-standing or exposed from below the radiator is brought up.
- the advantage of the described Radiator connections using the terminal blocks 7 and 7a furthermore also in that through the formation of the channel 8 in the component body 7 easy insertion of the rigid, curved tube piece 11 is possible and there is also sufficient freedom of movement to bridge tolerances exists, and that the component body 7a cumbersome insertion of the curved Pipe piece 11 is omitted, but still sufficient freedom of movement for that Pipe piece 11 is given when connecting the radiator 3. Since the Terminal blocks 7 and 7a consist of heat insulating material, they correspond also the heat protection requirements.
- connection blocks 7 and 7a also for hot water pipes (process water) be used.
