  • radiator connections in the wall in an open front Pre-assemble junction box. After completion of the wall of the building can then a radiator is connected to the standardized radiator connections (AT-PS 287 981).
  • AT-PS 287 981 the radiator connections are not outstanding the wall in front, but are housed inside the junction box, which through a lid can be closed at the front.
  • the removable lid remains from always visible as such at the front. It is not meant to cover the lid with one Cover plaster layer.
  • the object of the invention is to easily in the building, especially in a wall to provide pre-assembled connection device for a hot water radiator, which enables a visually appealing impression.
  • the lid should be covered with a layer of plaster or the like, and yet if necessary the radiator connections must be easily accessible.
  • this is the case with a connecting device of the type mentioned Genus achieved in that the lid at least in the area of the radiator connections to access the underlying radiator connections from one by means of a hand tool, breakable material.
  • the method according to the invention provides that with the cover closed provided junction box is completely plastered and that to access the under radiator connections located on the cover, including the cover above Plaster layer is hammered
  • the configuration according to the invention makes it possible to connect the junction box first completely wall in and also the front of the junction box, especially the lid with masonry (generally a layer of plaster) cover up.
  • This allows for a freer interior design later, as the radiator can be connected to any the initially hidden connection devices can be connected, such as this will be described in the following.
  • the unused connectors are invisible under the plaster ceiling. Even if later the interior of the room should be changed, it is easily possible to Connect the radiator at a different location with a different connection device.
  • the cover according to the invention simple at least in the area of the radiator connections (together with the plaster layer above) with a hand tool become.
