Claims (11)

  1. Appareil comprenant un bloc de commande et indicateur et une plaque de champ de cuisson (4) ayant au moins une zone de chauffage (7), en particulier pour une table de cuisson électrique encastrable (2), le bloc de commande et indicateur (5) étant pourvu d'un élément de commande (20) et d'un élément indicateur (21) pour le réglage d'un bloc de commande électronique (22) qui produit des signaux de commande d'éléments de commutation de puissance (24) d'un élément chauffant associé à la zone de chauffage (7), ce bloc de commande et indicateur (20, 21) étant placé dans un évidement de la plaque de champ de cuisson (4), plane et en verre céramique, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque de champ de cuisson (4) présente au-dessus de l'évidement (8) une partie placée en hauteur (9) recouvrant au moins par endroits l'évidement (8), et que les éléments de commande et indicateur (20, 21) sont montés sur cette partie de plaque placée en hauteur (9).
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de plaque chevauchante (9) est placée dans une zone de coin avant (4) de la plaque de champ de cuisson (4).
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de plaque chevauchante (9) est triangulaire.
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de plaque chevauchante (9) est en forme de secteur circulaire.
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de plaque chevauchante (9) est rectangulaire.
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de plaque chevauchante (9) est jointe par collage à la plaque de champ de cuisson (4).
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de plaque chevauchante (9) est montée sur la plaque de champ de cuisson (4) avec intercalation d'un élément d'écartement.
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de plaque chevauchante (9) est constituée d'un morceau découpé de produit en verre céramique.
  9. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que dans le cas d'une plaque de champ de cuisson (4) pourvue d'une bordure métallique (31), celle-ci forme corps de refroidissement.
