Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an arrangement according to the preamble of Claim 1.
  • a generic oven is known from GB 2 256 921 A. From the muffle of the furnace exhaust air is sucked in by a fan through an opening in a duct, which the Exhaust air from the furnace leads. An opening through the air is provided in the sewer line is sucked into the sewer line from the area below a hob.
  • the object of the present invention is an arrangement with an oven and Provide hob, the cooling of which is improved with simple means.
  • the object of the invention is the arrangement with the features of Claim 1 solved.
  • second cooling fan in the hob can be dispensed with or can be more temperature-resistant Functional components to be replaced by less temperature-resistant, because a appropriately dimensioned cooling fan in or on the furnace housing for cooling both the oven and the hob is sufficient. So it is with the invention Combination with the oven is a chilled, inexpensive and respectable the dimensions of the compact hob. At the same time, a necessary one will be found More powerful and larger cooling fan in the furnace housing without any space.
  • both the furnace housing and the bowl housing in the essentially closed and points to the fluidic connection of the two correspondingly spatially assigned housing openings.
  • This allows the Air duct for cooling the oven and the hob as well as their mechanical Stability and protection against accidental contact can be improved.
  • To be as short as possible To be able to provide flow paths and a simple connection are the Furnace housing opening on the top side of the furnace housing and the bowl housing opening arranged on the bottom side of the trough housing.
  • Another reduction from Cooling losses can be achieved in that the furnace housing opening and the Trough housing opening through a corresponding easy-to-install duct piece with each other are connected.
  • the cooktop opening is advantageously assigned to the suction side of the cooling fan. So it will first cold air is led through the trough housing to cool it and heated, before being sucked into the furnace housing by the cooling fan and then out of it is blown.
  • the cooling fan preferably presses the air drawn in at the front of the oven, especially in the door handle area from this. This is a blow on the one hand Cooking hob avoided and on the other hand can lead the heated cooling air and that There are no blow-out openings in the trough housing.
  • the cooling fan is fluidly favorable in the space between the top of the Furnace housing and the top of an oven muffle of the oven arranged. This is particularly a close coupling of the cooling fan to the hob sufficient cooling effect ensured in the furnace housing.
  • a first temperature sensor in the oven there is a first temperature sensor in the oven and a second temperature sensor is arranged in the recess.
  • each Temperatures that occur can, for example, the speed and thus the noise and the power consumption of the cooling fan can be adjusted accordingly.
  • the Cooling fan runs particularly when at least one of the temperature sensors needs cooling reports.
  • a further improvement in this regard can be achieved in that Area of the cooling fan on the suction side of which a flow switch is arranged, by means of those required to cool the oven and the hob Cooling air flows depending on the signals from the first and second temperature sensors are adjustable.
  • the air line for cooling the oven and the hob is particularly simple formed by a gap between the furnace housing and the bowl housing, the Gap has a suction opening on the front of the arrangement.
  • the slit-shaped by this Channel-flowing cooling air cools both the underside of the bowl housing and also the top side of the furnace housing.
  • heat-conducting to the Coupled electronic components are cooled on the underside of the trough housing.
  • the underside of the trough housing serves as a cooling plate.
  • Cooling air is to be sucked into the gap if there is a suction opening in the gap Front of the arrangement is provided.
  • the cooling fan is switched on by the Cooking hob or at least one of its hotplates can be switched on. This makes it possible the sensitive electronics of the hob through the cooling fan located in the oven housing to cool, even when the oven muffle of the oven is not in operation.
  • the cooling fan starts when at least one hotplate of the hob is switched on.
  • a first temperature sensor spaced slightly from the underside of the trough housing arranged on the top side of the furnace housing in this.
  • the temperature in the hob can also vary can be detected approximately and the cooling fan can accordingly when exceeded a predetermined threshold value can be controlled or started.
  • the Oven control for example, from a certain temperature on the electronics of the Oven the cooling fan. This temperature normally only rises when the Oven. If the temperature on the electronics increases, although the oven does not is switched on, this heating is usually caused by the hob.
  • the cooling fan for cooling the hob is switched on.
  • This solution has the additional advantage that it can also be used to cool hobs that do not have an electrical connection to the stove.
  • electronics in the Hob must be equipped with a temperature sensor. Once a certain Temperature in the hob is exceeded, e.g. just before the signal to turn off the hotplates is output, a signal is preferably transmitted via a serial Interface via which other data is also transmitted to the oven or its control sent. This signal is evaluated by the oven control and the cooling fan is switched on when necessary or when the oven is in operation.
  • FIG. 1 In the first embodiment shown in Fig. 1 is above a kitchen furniture 1 a worktop 3 arranged in a conventional manner.
  • An oven 5 is in one box-shaped installation space of the kitchen furniture 1 installed. It has a metallic, essentially closed furnace housing 6, which surrounds an oven muffle 7. This can be closed at the front with an oven door 9.
  • the oven muffle 7 is surrounded by thermal insulation and can be heated with at least one heating element (Not shown).
  • a cooling fan 11 Is between the ceilings of the furnace housing 6 and the oven muffle 7 a cooling fan 11 is arranged. This sucks in air via a fan suction opening 12 and leads it through a blow-out duct 13 out of the oven 5.
  • the oven 5 a blow-out opening 14 on the front below a door handle 15.
  • controls 17 are arranged in a front panel, with behind the front panel 16 arranged controls for operating the oven 5 connected are (not shown).
  • a furnace housing opening 18 for sucking in air above the furnace housing 6.
  • the cooling fan 11 continues to suck over one Furniture opening 19 and this associated, in the rear area of the furnace housing 6th arranged openings (not shown) and openings in the housing area on the side on both sides of the oven door 9 (not shown) cold air in the oven housing 6 and on the Oven muffle 7 over.
  • the air flows are illustrated by corresponding arrows in Fig. 1.
  • the cooling fan 11 sucks directly or with the help of itself known injector effect in the oven muffle 7 vapors arising from this in the outlet duct 13.
  • the heated air or vapors are then released by the cooling fan 11 pressed through the blow-out opening 14, the door handle 15 the hot air downwards from the front panel 16 and a cooking hob 21 arranged above.
  • the hob 21 in an opening of the worktop 3 arranged.
  • This has an essentially closed trough housing 23.
  • heating elements and the control electronics 25 required therefor are arranged.
  • a below the worktop 3 Suction opening 27 is provided.
  • the trough housing 23 has a trough housing opening 29 in the bottom thereof. This is fluidly connected to the furnace housing opening via a tubular channel piece 31 18 connected.
  • the second embodiment shown in Fig. 2 is as far as possible with the same Reference numerals like the first embodiment.
  • the first Embodiment has the trough housing 23 in the rear upper region Trough suction opening 35 through which cooling air is sucked in from above the cooking hob 21 becomes. This is a suction from the front of the oven 5 blown heated air safely avoided. Due to the suitably chosen arrangement of the control electronics 25 and not shown air guide means in the trough housing 23, the suctioned Cooling air over a large area and in a loop for better cooling through the trough housing 23 led. To simplify the assembly of the arrangement on the channel piece 31 Fig. 1 waived in the second embodiment.
