Claims (2)

  1. Four de cuisson comprenant un espace de cuisson présentant des éléments chauffants thermiques et comprenant un espace à commutateurs (1), dans lequel sont disposés, d'une part, des composants sensibles à la chaleur et dans lequel espace à commutateurs (1) est disposé, d'autre part, un canal d'écoulement largement séparé du reste de l'espace à commutateurs (1) du point de vue de la technique de ventilation ou un boîtier (9) pour le logement de composants, fortement chargés thermiquement et sensibles à la chaleur, d'un dispositif à microondes, un ventilateur de refroidissement (7) étant attribué individuellement à ce boîtier (9) et un ventilateur de refroidissement supplémentaire (13) étant disposé dans l'espace à commutateurs (1) à l'extérieur du dit canal d'écoulement (9) et les deux ventilateurs de refroidissement (7, 13) pouvant fonctionner au moyen de moyens de commande pour la poursuite du régime de refroidissement pendant une phase de poursuite après la fin du fonctionnement de chauffage et/ou de cuisson, caractérisé en ce qu'un organe de commande thermostatique est prévu pour la commande des deux ventilateurs de refroidissement (7, 13) au moins pendant la phase de poursuite, dont le seul capteur de température (26) est disposé dans l'espace à commutateurs (1) à l'extérieur du boîtier (9) et lequel est réglable sur différentes températures de déconnexion dépendant du mode de fonctionnement et du degré de chauffage respectif de l'espace de cuisson, sur quoi la longueur de la phase de poursuite du refroidissement est limitée en fonction du mode de fonctionnement sélectionné, et donc limitée respectivement au minimum nécessaire quant à la valeur limite.
  2. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en plus de l'organe de commande thermostatique, un dispositif de commande lié au temps est ménagé, lequel maintient en service les ventilateurs de refroidissement (7, 13) pendant un temps de poursuite minimal indépendamment de l'organe de commande thermostatique.
