Claims (11)

1. Appareil de cuisson comprenant plusieurs zones de cuisson électriques, dont chacune présente un commutateur de protection thermique (20) qui est respectivement branché sur au moins l'un de ses conducteurs d'arrivée (19) et est disposé à l'extérieur des zones de cuisson, caractérisé par le fait que chacun de ces commutateurs de protection thermique (20) est disposé sur l'appareil de cuisson (11), séparément des zones de cuisson réalisées sous la forme de plaques de cuisson (13, 13a), dans un espace ménagé au-dessous d'une plaque d'encastrement (12) recevant les zones de cuisson, et est réalisé en vue de surveiller la température de cet espace et des pièces constitutives avoisinantes.
2. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les commutateurs de protection thermique (20) sont interposés entre la plaque de cuisson (13) et le bord, de préférence les coins de la plaque d'encastrement (12).
3. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le commutateur de protection thermique (20) est installé sur un étrier de fixation (15), destiné à la plaque de cuisson (13) considérée.
4. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que, en présence de plaques de cuisson (13, 13') présentant plusieurs conducteurs chauffants (N1, N2, N3, 27) enclenchables séparément, le commutateur de protection thermique (20) est branché sur le conducteur d'arrivée de seulement une partie des conducteurs chauffants.
5. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le commutateur de protection thermique (20) est branché sur un conducteur d'arrivée commun à plusieurs conducteurs chauffants.
6. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que, en présence de plaques de cuisson (13) équipées de trois conducteurs chauffants (N1, N2, N3) commandés par un commutateur (22) à sept impulsions, deux (N2, N3) parmi les condecteurs chauffants peuvent être mis hors fonction par le commutateur de protection thermique (20).
7. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les commutateurs de protection thermique (20) sont respectivement prévus à la place d'un limiteur de température incorporé dans la plaque de cuisson.
8. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les commutateurs de protection thermique (20) sont disposés, à chaque fois, sur un conducteur flexible de raccordement partant de la plaque de cuisson (13).
9. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les commutateurs de protection thermique (20) peuvent être installés sur cet appareil de cuisson au moyen d'une fixation rapide.
10. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que cet appareil de cuisson (11) possède le même nombre de commutateurs de protection thermique (20) que de plaques de cuisson (13, 13a).
11. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les plaques de cuisson présentent un corps à face supérieure de cuisson substantiellement fermée.
