Claims (9)
- Stickmaschine mit vorzugsweise vertikal angeordneter Stoffebene und horizontal parallel angeordneten Stoffwellen (11,12) für den Stickstoff, wobei über die Länge der Stickmaschine verteilt mehrere Horizontalführungen (1,2) angeordnet sind, und jeweils eine obere und untere Horizontalführung (1,2) durch vertikale Verbindungen (3) zu einem Horizontal-Führungselement verbunden sind, wobei die horizontalen Führungselemente von einem Positionierantrieb (4) in maschinenfest angeordneten Führungen (6) vertikal verstellbar sind, und die an einem oder beiden Enden der Maschine angeordneten Horizontalführungen (1,2) mit einem horizontalen Positionierantrieb (8) ausgerüstet sind. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils in den oberen und unteren Horizontalführungen (1,2) horizontal verschiebbare Träger (7) angeordnet sind, an denen Lager (17) oder Halterungen (10) für die Stoffwellen befestigt sind, wobei die Träger und damit die Stoffwellen direkt durch den horizontalen Positionierantrieb (8) horizontal verschiebar sind.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertikal-Positionierantriebe aller HorizontalFührungselemente mechanisch, hydraulisch oder elektrisch/elektronisch synchronisiert sind.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Horizontalantriebe (8) in den oberen und unteren Horizontalführungen (1,2) mechanisch, hydraulisch oder elektronisch synchronisiert sind.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Horizontalführungen (1,2) ohne Horizontalantrieb (8) an den Trägern nur Stoffwellenhalterungen (10) befestigt sind, wobei diese Stoffwellenhalterungen und damit die Träger (7) bei Horizontalverschiebungen der Stoffwellen durch Reibschluss zwischen dem Stoff auf der Stoffwelle und der Stoffwellenstütze entlang der Horizontalführung mitgenommen werden.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die je unteren und die je oberen Träger (7) bzw. Stoffwellenhalterungen (10) und -lager durch leichte Verbindungselemente (13) derart horizontal verbunden sind, daß die Stoffwellenlager beziehungsweise - stützen auch ohne Reibschluß den Horizontalbewegungen folgen.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem oder an beiden Enden der Maschine an den oberen und unteren Trägern (7) in den entsprechenden Horizontalführungen Stoffwellenlagerungen (17) vorgesehen sind, die mit Antrieben (15,16) gekuppelt sind, durch die zum Auf- und Abwickeln des Stoffes und zum Spannen desselben die Stoffwellen gleichsinnig oder entgegengesetzt gedreht werden können.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch Messen des Drehmomentes in den Stoffwellen-Antrieben (15,16) die Stoffspannung gemessen und angezeigt bzw. eine gewünschte voreingestellte Stoffspannung erzeugt werden kann.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese oberen und unteren Stoffwellenlager (17), Stoffwellenhalterungen (10) oder deren Träger (7) durch eine vertikale Stütze (18) fest verbunden sind, um die Stoffspannung aufzunehmen.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Verbindungen (3) zwischen den oberen und unteren Horizontalführungen (1,2) sowie die Stützen (18) zwischen den oberen und unteren Stoffwellenlagern (17) in ihrer Länge veränderbar und fixierbar sind, so daß ein beliebiger Abstand zwischen unterer und oberer Stoffwelle eingestellt werden kann und/oder der Stickstoff so gespannt wird.
