Claims (20)
- Gepolsterte Versandtasche, bestehend aus einer oberen und einer unteren Normalpapierschicht und zwischen diesen mindestens zwei Polsterlagen aus geprägtem Papier mit Polsterwirkung, welche den Tascheninnenraum bilden, wobei eine der Normalpapierschichten eine faltbare Klappe (85) zum Verschließen der Versandtasche aufweist und wobei die zwei Polsterlagen mit den zwei Normalpapierschichten verklebt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Verklebung zwischen den Normalpapierschichten und den Polsterlagen von der Faltlinie (83) der Klappe (85) ausgehend umlaufend entlang den Rändern der Versandtasche vorgesehen ist,daß von der Faltlinie (83) der Klappe (85) ausgehend umlaufend entlang den Rändern der Versandtasche eine Verklebung zwischen den Polsterlagen vorgesehen, ist,daß die Verklebungen mittels Heißleims bewirkt sind, unddaß sich mindestens eine der Polsterlagen über die Faltlinie (83) der Klappe (85) hinaus in Richtung auf den Klappenrand sowie über die gesamte Breite der Versandtasche erstreckt. - Verfahren zur Herstellung von gepolsterten Versandtaschen, bei dem eine obere und eine untere Normalpapierbahn (11, 12) unter Einfassung von mindestens zwei Polsterpapierbahnen (18, 19) aus geprägtem Papier mit Polsterwirkung in einer Transportrichtung bewegt und dabei zusammengefügt werden, wobei eine der beiden Normalpapierbahnen zur Bildung einer Klappe der Versandtasche quer zur Transportrichtung breiter als die andere Normalpapierbahn ist, wobei die der breiteren Normalpapierbahn benachbarte Polsterpapierbahn in Richtung auf den Klappenrand breiter als die andere Polsterpapierbahn und als die schmalere Normalpapierbahn ist, wobei auf mindestens eine der Polsterpapierbahnen (18, 19) und auf mindestens eine der Normalpapierbahnen (11, 12) ein reaktivierbarer Heißleim entlang vorbestimmter Bereiche (62 bis 65, 66, 68, 72 bis 75) aufgebracht wird, bevor die Normalpapierbahnen und die Polsterpapierbahnen zusammenlaufen, und wobei die obere und die untere Normalpapierbahn mit den Polsterpapierbahnen sowie die Polsterpapierbahnen miteinander durch Heißleim-Reaktivierung in den vorbestimmten Bereichen fest verldebt und entlang derjenigen verklebten Bereiche, die nicht der Lasche benachbart sind, in das vorbestimmte Format geschnitten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Aufbringen des Heißleims derselbe getrocknet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Polsterpapierbahnen (18,19) jeweils nach Abwickeln einer Papierbahn und Zuführung derselben zu einer Prägeeinrichtung (21) hergestellt werden, bevor die Polsterpapierbahnen zwischen die obere und die untere Normalpapierbahn (11,12) geführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Bahnen (11,12,18,19) mit einer Druckmarke versehen wird, die zumindest das Auftragen des Heißleims auf die Bahnen steuert.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorbestimmten Bereiche (62 bis 65,66,68,72 bis 75) in Längsrichtung sowie in Querrichtung der Bahnen (11,12,18,19) verlaufen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die in Querrichtung verlaufenden Bereiche (72 bis 75) mit aufgetragenem Heißleim in zwei zeitlich aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten reaktiviert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere und die untere Normalpapierbahn (11,12) jeweils mit einem randseitigen, in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Heißleim-Auftrag und einem in Querrichtung verlaufenden Heißleim-Auftrag versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mehrnutziger Herstellung von Versandtaschen die vorbestimmten Bereiche einen in Längsrichtung mittig verlaufenden Bereich (63,64,66,68) und randseitige Bereiche (62,65) aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem mittig verlaufenden Bereich (63,64,66,68) ein von Heißleim freier Spalt (78) vorgesehen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den in Querrichtung verlaufenden Bereichen (72 bis 75) ein von Heißleim freier Spalt vorgesehen wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von gepolsterten Versandtaschen,mit einer Station (1) für Normalpapierbahnen, die eine Abwickelrolle (2) für eine obere Normalpapierbahn (11) und eine Abwickelrolle für eine untere Normalpapierbahn (12) aufweist, wobei eine der beiden Normalpapierbahnen zur Bildung einer Klappe der Versandtasche breiter als die andere Normalpapierbahn ist,einer Station (14) für Polsterpapierbahnen aus geprägtem Papier mit Polsterwirkung, die eine Abwickelrolle (15) für eine obere Polsterpapierbahn (18) und eine Abwickelrolle für eine untere Polsterpapierbahn (19) aufweist, wobei die der breiteren Normalpapierbahn benachbarte Polsterpapierbahn in Richtung auf den Klappenrand breiter als die andere Polsterpapierbahn und als die schmalere Normalpapierbahn ist,mindestens einer Station (35) zum Auftragen von Heißleim auf die obere und die untere Normalpapierbahn (11, 12) sowie auf mindestens eine der beiden Polsterpapierbahnen (18, 19),mindestens einer Station (42, 45, 46) zur Reaktivierung der Heißleim-Aufträge, in der die Nomalpapierbahnen (11, 12) und die Polsterpapierbahnen in entlang den Rädern der Versandtasche verlaufenden Verbindungsbereichen miteinander verbunden werden, undeiner Schneideeinrichtung (52, 53) zum Schneiden der Versandtaschen in ein vorgegebenes Format.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Station (14) für Polsterpapierbahnen eine Prägeeinrichtung (21) zum Prägen der Polsterpapierbahnen (18,19) enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Station (35) zum Auftragen von Heißleim diesen in Querrichtung und in Längsrichtung der Bahnen aufträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Station (35) zum Auftragen von Heißleim Düsen (37,38,39) enthält, die den Heißleim in Querrichtung auftragen und mittels einer Zeitsteuerung (41) gesteuert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, gekennzeichnet durch eine Station (43) zum Kühlen des in Längsrichtung aufgetragenen Heißleims.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Station (47,48) zum Kühlen des in Querrichtung aufgetragenen Heißleims.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, gekennzeichnet durch eine Station (25) zur Speicherung von Abschnitten der Normalpapierbahnen (11,12) und/oder der Polsterpapierbahnen (18,19).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Speicherstation (25) eine Bahn-Seitenkantensteuerung für die obere und die untere Normalpapierbahn (11,12) und/oder die obere und die untere Polsterpapierbahn (18,19) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, gekennzeichnet durch eine Düseneinrichtung (58,59,60) zum Auftragen des Heißleims in Längsrichtung.
