Claims (5)
- Rakelanordnung für eine Rotations-Tiefdruckmaschine, die zum Abstreifen der überflüssigen Farbe von einem Formzylinder (1) folgende Bestandteile umfaßt:ein Rakelband (20), das so flexibel ist, daß es um quer zu seiner Längsrichtung verlaufende Achsen auf- und abwickelbar ist, und das eine Länge besitzt, die wesentlich größer als die axiale Länge des Formzylinders (1) ist,einen sich parallel zur Rotationsachse des Formzylinders (1) erstreckenden Rakelbalken (25), mit dessen Hilfe das Rakelband (20) an die Mantelfläche des Formzylinders (1) angedrückt wird und der einen sich in Längsrichtung des Rakelbalkens (25) erstreckenden Schlitz (24) aufweist, in dem das Rakelband (20) in Längsrichtung gegen den Rakelbalken (25) verschiebbar gelagert und geführt ist,zwei Wickeleinrichtungen (28, 29) für das Rakelband (20), die im Bereich der axialen Stirnenden des Formzylinders (1) angeordnet sind, sowieeine Antriebseinrichtung, mit deren Hilfe das Rakelband (20) während des Druckbetriebs ständig in Längsrichtung verschoben werden kann, wobei es von der einen Wickeleinrichtung (28, 29) ab- und auf die andere Wickeleinrichtung (29, 28) aufgewickelt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Antriebseinrichtung von einer dem normalen Betriebszustand entsprechenden niederen Vorschubgeschwindigkeit für das Rakelband (20) auf eine hohe Vorschubgeschwindigkeit umschaltbar ist, um eine schadhafte Stelle des Rakelbandes (20) schnell aus dem Anlagebereich am Formzylinder (1) herauszubewegen, daß die Drehrichtung der Antriebseinrichtung umkehrbar ist, so daß das Rakelband (20) von den beiden Wickeleinrichtungen (28, 29) alternierend ab- und aufgewickelt werden kann, und
daß eine Speichereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, in der die Längspositionen von schadhaften Stellen des Rakelbandes (20) gespeichert werden können und unter deren Steuerung die Antriebseinrichtung jedesmal dann auf eine hohe Vorschubgeschwindigkeit umgeschaltet wird, wenn eine bei einem früheren Durchlauf des Rakelbandes (20) festgestellte schadhafte Stelle bei einem späteren Durchlauf wieder in den Anlagebereich des Rakelbandes (20) am Formzylinder (1) eintritt, und wieder auf die niedrigere Vorschubgeschwindigkeit zurückgeschaltet wird, wenn diese schadhafte Stelle den Anlagebereich verläßt. - Rakelanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flächen des Schlitzes (24) im Rakelbalken (25), an denen das Rakelband (20) anliegt und entlanggleitet, geschliffen sind,
- Rakelanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rakelband (20) ein Metallband ist.
- Rakelanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rakelbalken (25) so positioniert ist, daß das Rakelband (20) gegen eine Mantellinie des Formzylinders (1) angedrückt wird, die in Richtung hinter der Farbwanne (8) nicht oberhalb der Querschnittsmitte des Formzylinders (1) liegt.
- Rakelanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantellinie, längs derer das Rakelband (20) an den Formzylinder (1) angedrückt wird, unterhalb der Querschnittsmitte des Formzylinders (1) liegt.
