Claims (9)
- Porte coulissante et basculante vers l'extérieur pour véhicule, en particulier pour véhicule de transport en commun, comportant un cadre de porte (1) disposé dans une ouverture de la paroi latérale du châssis du véhicule, et un battant de porte (2) muni sur ses arêtes extérieures d'un joint périphérique (3), ce battant de porte 2, pour l'ouverture de la porte, étant d'abord dans une première phase de mobilisation (ö1), transféré de la position de fermeture dans une position de poussée, et ensuite, dans une deuxième phase de mobilisation (ö2), poussé en direction horizontale, latéralement vers la position d'ouverture, tandis que la direction du mouvement exécuté pendant la première phase se situe, de manière exclusive, perpendiculairement à la direction de la poussée de la deuxième phase, caractérisée en ce que sur la face intérieure du battant de porte (2) est disposée, sensiblement au milieu dans le sens horizontal, un rail de roulement (4) s'étendant horizontalement et intégré au battant de porte, rail dans lequel pénètre un guidage à rouleaux (5), lequel, à l'intérieur de l'ouverture de la porte, se situe dans une zone au voisinage immédiat de l'arête latérale perpendiculaire à la direction d'ouverture du cadre de porte (1) qui est disposé à la hauteur du rail du roulement (4) et peut être déplacé dans un support (6) en direction de la première phase de mobilisation (ö1), tandis que ledit support (6) est relié de manière fixe au châssis du véhicule et que le battant de porte (2), lequel est au moins partiellement élastique en direction de la première phase de mobilisation (ö1) est précontraint de telle sorte que lors de la mise en place des arêtes latérales, garnies du joint périphérique (3) du battant de porte (2) sur les faces antagonistes du cadre de porte (1), la zone centrale dudit battant (2) peut être déplacée sur un trajet déterminé, en direction de fermeture, de la première phase de mobilisation (ö1), en s'opposant à la force de précontrainte élastique et en subissant une déformation.
- Porte coulissante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée sous la forme d'une porte coulissant à l'extérieur, la première phase de mobilisation (ö1) du mouvement d'ouverture s'effectuant vers l'extérieur, tandis que, par la précontrainte du battant (2) à l'état ouvert de la porte, les arêtes latérales du battant (2) sont transférées vers l'intérieur par rapport à la zone centrale.
- Porte coulissante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée sous la forme d'une porte coulissant à l'extérieur, la première phase du mouvement d'ouverture s'effectuant vers l'intérieur et, par la précontrainte du battant de porte à l'état ouvert de la porte, les arêtes latérales dudit battant sont transférées vers l'extérieur par rapport à la zone centrale.
- Porte coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le support (6) du guidage à rouleaux (5) est fixé sur un pilier latéral vertical du cadre de porte (1).
- Porte coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le moteur pour le mouvement du battant de porte (2) présente dans la première phase (61) un moteur électrique disposé sur le support, ce moteur entraînant, par l'intermédiaire d'un engrenage à crémaillère (8-9), le guidage à rouleaux (5) guidé en direction de la première phase (61), dans un guidage (6.1-7) relié au support (6).
- Porte coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le moteur pour le mouvement du battant de porte (2) présente, dans la deuxième phase (62), un moteur linéaire électrique fonctionnant hors contact, disposé sur le guidage à rouleaux (5), ce moteur entraînant directement le rail (4).
- Porte coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le joint périphérique (3) présente un profil à chambre creuse, lequel à l'état ouvert du battant de porte (2), surplombe vers l'intérieur une butée (3.1) périphérique, disposée sur la face intérieure du battant de porte, et en ce que les faces antagonistes sont disposées sur le cadre de porte (1) sur un manchon périphérique d'étanchéité (1.2).
- Porte coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que sur au moins l'une des faces frontales du rail (4) est disposé un élément de verrouillage (11) lequel, lorsque la porte est fermée, pénètre dans un élément antagoniste (11.1) disposé sur le cadre de porte (1).
- Porte coulissante selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'en cas de présence de deux éléments de verrouillage, tous deux sont accouplés mutuellement par un élément de liaison résistant à la rotation.
