Claims (3)

  1. Presse à étages, presse de transfert ou similaire, installation de presse, respectivement machine de formage, comportant un bâti de presse composé de colonnes de presse (2), d'une table de presse (5) et d'une tête (1), dans laquelle les parties de la presse sont couplées rigidement au moyen de tirants d'ancrage (4), des poussoirs (7) pour assurer le formage et un dispositif de retournement (14, 15, 16) pour assurer le mouvement de retournement des pièces usinées entre les postes de travail (13, 6), ainsi que des moyens d'entraînement (19, 20) pour assurer le déplacement des poussoirs (7) et du dispositif de retournement (14, 15, 16), caractérisée par la combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes :
    - Un poussoir (7) s'étend sur plusieurs postes de travail (6),
    - le poussoir (7) est articulé directement sans point d'appui en quatre points d'articulation (18) par l'intermédiaire de biellettes (17),
    - les milieux d'un côté du poussoir, entre deux points d'articulation (18) et le milieu de la distance qui sépare deux tirants d'ancrage du bâti, opposés l'un par rapport à l'autre, sont disposés sur une même ligne (21) qui est horizontale et perpendiculaire au passage (35) à travers la presse,
    - dans le poussoir (7) qui est conformé en poussoir extérieur, sont montés des poussoirs intérieurs (8) dont le nombre correspond au nombre de postes de travail (6), coulissant verticalement sur des glissières (24),
    - entre chacun des poussoirs intérieurs (8) et des poussoirs extérieurs (7) est disposé au moins une sécurité de surcharge (25) comportant une chambre de pression (28) disposée dans un vérin (27) et un piston (29),
    - la chambre de pression (28) est soumise à une précontrainte de pression transmise par des conduits de pression (33), le piston (29) et, de ce fait, le poussoir intérieur (8), étant sollicité verticalement vers le bas, lors du fonctionnement de la presse.
  2. Installation de presse selon la revendication 1, caracterisée en ce que chacune des sécurités de surcharge (25) disposée entre le poussoir extérieur (7) et chaque poussoir intérieur (8) coopère avec un dispositif de réglage de la hauteur de l'outillage (26).
  3. Installation de presse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que dans le vérin (27) de chaque sécurité de surcharge (25), le piston (29) agit sur une roue à denture hélicoïdale (31) et, par un pignon sur une vis sans fin fixe (32) disposée dans le poussoir intérieur (8), une liaison vis-écrou étant disposée entre la vis sans fin (32) et le pignon à denture hélicoïdale (31), et en ce que le pignon à denture hélicoïdale (31) est réglable en rotation au moyen d'une vis sans fin (30) entraînée par un moteur.
